    So far, so good. Moved to a new house and signed up for service. The sales guy was nice and did his requisite upselling of bundled services. We opted for a 400 mB plan with Apple TV... talked me into a "DIY self install "... just pick it up at the store and plug it into the wall. I arrived at the nearest Spectrum store and found a decent line. 20 minutes or so, I was in the store, and the CSR handed me a few boxes of stuff. All was well until I got home and realized "plug it in" requires a cable connection to the home. C'mon, sales guy... I literally told you it's a new home, we just moved in, and asked you if I needed an existing cable hook up and you said no. A few minutes on the customer service phone line and Jose was going to be at the house to do the install.... in five days. Frustrating, but I suppose not unexpected. The glorious day came, Jose showed up, drilled a hole through the wall, and got everything working. Speed tests have given my a max of 390ish/25ish, so not bad. It has also fluctuated as low as 35/5, so we'll have to see how it goes. But all in all, it was one of our only local options, and I'm hopeful there will be more good times than frustrating ones moving forward.

    What a joke this business is, they weren't open when I passed by at 500pm on a Thursday. Actually this place looks closed because the main sign on top is missing they only have a sticker sign on their door plus it's all the windows are blacked out but the lights and furnishings are still there. Again what a joke because on their website it doesn't state they are closed for good. I had to return a modem to them but ended up going to a UPS store to send it, what a waste of time.

    This charter spectrum store is in the middle of a busy shopping strip mall. I had to come in here to exchange a cable modem. Level of service on a Sunday afternoon was fast (no lines). Pandemic/Covid protection: - There were 3 employees in the office, 2 without masks, the last with masks and gloves - They have their double door entrance propped open which was a plus - They wanted me to sign some kind of receipt but we're okay that I declined once I told them I wanted to go get a pen. All in my specific experience was good but YMMV

    Horrible customer service. I came in the morning and left immediately when I saw over 15 people waiting in line for service. Left work early to return equipment and nothing changed...one employee for 20 customers! Hire more people!

    There's over 30 people waiting I've been here for over an hour and there's only 1 person inside working earlier this morning at around 10 am. Spectrum is price grouching our internet but just provide 1 employee to help us. There's two managers over here and they are useless and worthless. I was also given the two managers name is Rong and Peter.

    Hm....the wait for a service rep was longer tan expected. Maybe it was due to several old ppl being helped. OH well.

As noted in other reviews, the way in which the customer service works is by transferring you to a representative that at best can only ask you to unplug your router and plug it back in again. If you have a more serious problem, then the best they can do is refer you to their mysterious "tier 2" team. They will tell you that your issue has been escalated and to expect a call back the same day or the following day. Currently, I have been waiting back to hear from this team for a month. I have called over and over again and I am unable to reach a single individual who can help me with my problem. This is a nightmare for someone who works at home and requires stable internet to do their job well. Reading other reviews and looking online demonstrates that this is a common enough problem that signing up for this service is a bad idea. If you are searching for an apartment and you find one that offers BAI connect, I encourage you to keep searching and to tell the apartment management that you will not be submitting an application because of the ISP they chose. Trust me, you do not want to be stuck in this hellish scenario of wasting hours of your time weeks on end to get no where. What you are paying for is just not worth it. I have been a customer of ATT and Spectrum, while both have their failings, I can at the very least say that I was able to get a hold of someone who could help me eventually. If your service works as intended, then great, but do not get fooled by reviews written in the best of circumstances. If one thing goes wrong you are going to suffer for it because they are either too lazy, incompetent, or just plain spiteful to help you get your issue resolved. Finally, if this review speaks to your own experience, please leave your own review on yelp and file a complaint with the FTC. They are defrauding their customers on the most basic level by denying them access to adequate customer support. Further, make your voice heard and force apartment buildings to seek better service providers. Avoid BAI connect at all costs.

My family enjoys watching streaming shows from iTalkBB, however there is plenty of aspects of this company that I need to point out. 1. When the streaming box is turned on, the quality of the image would change from color to black and white. I thought it might've been the television quality at first that is affected, although when I switch to a different channel, color resolution is normal. 2. When I asked for an agent that can speak English, it takes them hours to call me back before a technician is able to assist. Sometimes I wouldn't get a call back at all. 3. Be careful with the information you provide this company as I have received SCAM calls through this company which tells me that they have been selling customer information without our consent. 4. When I engage in conversation with an agent, I get the feeling that they dont even want to work with the customer to resolve their issue and making them feel like a total idiot telling them information that is absolutely rhetorical. Overall, I would give this rating a negative review. Please do better with training the staff to have better customer service and improve the quality of the service otherwise customers will be throwing money away like it's meaningless.
