The food was really tasty! The service was fast, the employees were very nice and when my friend and I walked in (never having been there) they told us to go up and order and someone would bring our food to us. The restaurant was very tasty and it wasn't busy. Love the old barn/rustic feel that the place added as well.

Burnt biscuit and is also very hard.

Couldn't wait to try this cool new restaurant in Florence. Unfortunately the place is a BIG miss. Totally let us down. Came in a 9:15am this morning with my wife. Found out that it's basically a gas station type restaurant, where you have to order at the cashiers station. Was hoping to be served, but that's ok. Wanted eggs, but no eggs. And they serve breakfast - but no eggs? Ordered the biscuits and gravy for myself for $9.00. Biscuit came to us burnt and hard - see pic - probably made the biscuits early this morning. Couldn't even tear it apart with the plastic knife and fork. Gravy was good, but they only give you enough gravy for one (1) biscuit, not two (2). For $9.00? Wife a breakfast sandwich on toast which she said was just OK. Nothing special. Really wanted to like this place. We won't be back until the quality of food comes up a few levels. Right now the food is below gas station level.

Fried catfish, fried onion rings, and fried hushpuppies. I'm surprised the coleslaw was not fried.

Not a place for health conscious people. Most of the side dishes are fried food. I ordered the catfish. It was mostly breading. The hush puppies were good and the onions ok. The best part was the nice lady at the door asking if I had ever eaten there. I had not. She took the time to explain the process thoroughly. I liked that part. The restrooms were clean and the place was well kept.

Smash burger & included crisp, battered onion rings. $15

Motivated to come here tonight because gas was $.30 less. And I could use my kroger $.10 extra off per gallon. Spontaneously tried the resturant and checked out the store. The smash burger is now my fav burger in town! Reminds me of steak & shake before the changed the recipe and added a lot of garlic. I do plan to ask for onion rings in a separate box next time because - this is one juicy burger! Crispy edges, tender. For $15 I could customize topping and choose wonderful onion rings for no upcharge. Appreciated nothing was too salty! Just predictable steak burger deliciousness. The store had icees (their brand) for less than $2 and some well priced hot foods that looked fresh.

Very cute place food was good. I had the chicken Parmesan sandwich HUGE piece of very tender chicken with good breading. And onion rings were good. Husband had cowboy burger and tatertots he enjoyed too. Price is extremely reasonable for such quality food. You order when you walk in and they bring you your meal to table. Check this place out

Nice building. Service was good. Food is average at best. Fancy fast food at a little less than sit down prices.

Expect a moderately high energy vibe during peak times. Quick and friendly! The wait was 30 min, as it appeared so many others also had the idea to visit this morning. My friend chose the BYO quesadilla, which was served with sour cream and salsa. She also got a side of fruit. I opted for the BYO omelette. It comes with a bread option, so I went for one of their in-house biscuits with a side of gravy. The onions were a fine dice and well sautéed in my omelette, which was perfect! And the biscuit was just as yummy as I remembered. Good things to note: You pay at the table, with the option to do tap/Apple pay , which I greatly appreciate. Don't forget to get a couple of biscuits to take home and later enjoy with butter and honey.

(I believe her name was Sidney?). Foods must to come out together. Our family had 2 orders of avocado toast. One arrived first thing, the other was minutes after all food was served. (My wife's was last) As a large profitable franchise, I'd focus on the layout. The front wait area is not comfortable, walking through the dining room has no flow, families are smashed and sat into uncomfortable booths, tables, with no room to walk around when chairs have guests pulled out from tables and enjoying themselves. We were trying to navigate our son's wheelchair to our seat. I'd strongly advised removing front entry checkout. Has no reason whatsoever in today's world. Nothing is efficient. Clogging, bogging, and shuffling out of the way for checkout, arrivals, and yelling party names. (Experience) It can leave a last tarnished memory when existing the restaurant.

I've had two very different experiences with this restaurant -- one solid, one frustrating -- which…read moreaverages out to mediocre at best. My first visit was a takeout order of breakfast tacos that were pretty tasty. Based on that, I was hopeful for a good dine-in experience when I stopped by again recently with my mom for a late breakfast. This is a counter-service spot where you order at the register, grab a number, and seat yourself while they bring the food out. We arrived around 10 AM and it was packed. Despite the crowd, the line moved quickly, but that's where the efficiency ended. Most of the open tables were dirty, so we had to clean one ourselves with napkins. Not ideal. Then came the confusion around drinks. We never received cups after ordering -- despite asking three separate times. First, we were told the cups would come out with our food. When they didn't, we asked the food runner, who said he'd check on it but just disappeared into the kitchen. Finally, we had to go back to the counter a third time just to get cups for the fountain machine. That's a lot of back and forth for something basic. When the food finally arrived, it was lukewarm at best. I ordered two bacon breakfast tacos and a side of smashed potatoes. The tortillas were so hard they were practically inedible -- I ended up tearing pieces off and eating just the egg, bacon, and cheese filling. The potatoes were bland and also cold, like they'd been sitting out too long. It's disappointing because my first experience was solid. I'm hoping this was just an off day, but for nearly $40, this meal didn't feel worth it. The staff seemed overwhelmed and stretched thin, with just a handful of employees trying to juggle too many tasks during a rush. Cleanliness, service, and food temperature all suffered as a result. For now, this location won't be high on my list to return to. There are better breakfast spots in town that don't come with this much hassle.

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, exactly what you want when you're traveling together and getting excited for a big game. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of without feeling rushed, which is always appreciated when you're with family. The highlight of the meal was definitely the biscuits and gravy--they were outstanding. The biscuits were soft, fluffy, and fresh, and the gravy was rich, flavorful, and comforting in that classic Southern way Cracker Barrel does so well. It was the kind of meal that leaves everyone at the table happy and satisfied. My daughter really enjoyed her meal and I got to eat her eggs because she don't like eggs so that was an added bonus for me. But the parking lot was full and a sign near the door said they were open during remodeling. I placed an order to go, two eggs over medium, three pancakes, and a side of hash brown casserole. Not the healthiest breakfast I realize, but was an occasional treat. One reason that I don't usually order pancakes at restaurants is because I prefer a real maple syrup with my pancakes. Few restaurants actually serve real maple syrup, and I would be willing to pay extra for it, but usually it isn't available. However, I noticed that Cracker Barrel has been advertising 100% pure natural syrup, so I took that to mean real maple syrup. My order was well packaged, and complete with everything I had ordered. The eggs were perfectly cooked to over medium, as I had requested. Hash brown casserole was tasty, as always, and the pancakes were good. The "100% Pure Natural Syrup" turned out to be 50% Vermont Maple Syrup and 50% Cane sugar. It tasted very good, much better than the typical artificially maple - flavored corn syrup and water that passes for pancake syrup at most restaurants. So although the "100% Pure Natural Syrup"wasn't truly 100% real maple syrup, it was very good.
