GREAT hamburger and the best onion rings ever - nice and crisp. All the food arrived hot and delicious. Our server, Madison, was friendly and attentive.

This was one of the best burgers I've ever had. My only complaint would be the fries and lack of dipping sauces offered. The house-made ketchup was too sweet so we asked for something different. Service was great and I loved the inside of the restaurant. It had plenty of parking outside and a Graeter's close by.

Very good food and plenty of great beers on tap. Was late evening but still good service and quick food. Had apps and burgers. Ate them too fast to get a picture but took these of the apps! Will stop back when in area and plan to try some other menu items. What we had was good!! Check it out.

Sooo good! We stopped in for lunch today. I ordered the Provençal burger and pinion rings. The service was so friendly and fast. The place was welcoming with a good vibe for lunch or dinner. The food was fantastic. It is located in Ft Mitchell with a nice parking lot.

We've been wanting a good burger and fries on the NKY side of the river for a while now, and we found the right place tonight! Service was friendly and good, drinks were tasty, and our burgers and fries were spot on delicious. We made a reservation late this Saturday afternoon through their website, and had no problem getting seated at our table as soon as we arrived. The restaurant was full, but not overcrowded. He had the double bacon burger, which was two 4 Oz Pattie's with bacon in between and on top, and he loved it! I had a basic burger (which is 8oz.) with onions, tomato and lettuce, and it was perfect. Fries were tasty, and their house ketchup was slightly sweet and delicious. Drinks were good, too. He had a Kentucky Mule, and I had house Cabernet. We'll be back whenever we want a good sit down experience for a good burger and fries!

Easy to find, great location, and parking. You get what you pay for is how we see it. The burgers were big and juicy, the onion rings was crunchy and delicious, the salad was refreshing and a great size, the chicken fingers was probably some of the best we had. Definitely recommend trying this place out.

Awesome! Service was on point without being intrusive. Outside seating is incredibly nice.

The usual adjectives of undiscovered gem, etc. apply. It's situated right in a residential community and 60% of their traffic is local. We went on a Saturday evening when they have live music. Love the music. Not too loud or intrusive and you can actually hear your dining compadres during dinner. The patio area looked enticing, too, and we'll try that on a cooler fall evening. Loved the menu options and the drink selections. The smoked old-fashioned was my favorite and our server, Sydney, relished lighting the fire for it. I even ordered another one because she enjoyed doing it so much. Their specialty is brisket and they do it daily on their smoker outside the kitchen. They're also known for their flatbreads and I selected the Brisket flatbread which was absolutely scrumptious. That followed up on the appetizer of spinach artichoke dip which was some of the best I've had. I can't end this review without commenting on our server, Sydney, with whom we conversed at length over the course of 3.5 hours. She's one of the most interesting, insightful, intelligent young women you'll ever meet. Make sure you come on a night she's working! This will definitely be one of our favorite, local 'go tos'.

This is basically bar food in an expensive looking setting. We both wanted to order their chicken wings, but were told that they only had 10 wings left. Which was puzzling since the place was relatively empty. And speaking of that, we made a reservation online thinking the place would be hopping for dinner. Not so much. I had the taco el pastor. It was good but was basically pulled pork on a corn tortilla with bbq sauce. I also ordered the Brussel sprouts which would have been really good if they weren't drowning in white sauce. I recommend asking for all sauces on the side, btw. TVs on the wall all around the dining room are tuned into blooper reels and trivia. All in all, the menu wasn't intriguing enough for us to want to go back.

The first thing I look for is a nice patio. Unfortunately the weather wasn't cooperating today, but I will be back for this fabulous patio. I was there before the dinner rush, which explains the emptiness of the restaurant. More people started arriving after 5:00. There were so many yummy sounding choices on the menu that it was hard to decide. I asked my server, Erin, what she recommends and she said the CAJUN BOURBON FILET TIPS were her favorite. I went with that and was not disappointed. The filet was cooked and seasoned perfectly. It is served over mashed potatoes and topped with onion straws. While the beef portion was small, it was a satisfying meal and the flavors were perfection! I added a side Caesar salad. Their house-made croutons were so good and the dressing was tasty and perfectly portioned. I don't often order dessert, but decided to splurge tonight and got a slice of the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake to-go. OMG, this is one of the best cheesecakes I've ever had. It was light and dense at the same time, if that makes sense. So creamy and melt in your mouth delicious. I will dream about it tonight LOL.

What's striking about the restaurant itself is how quiet and calm it feels. Not to say energy is low or it's so quiet you feel self-conscious talking; it's just that nothing about the experience feels rushed or accidental. As expected, the bread course was phenomenal as was all the food we enjoyed! We opted for the wine pairing along with dinner, which results in about 1.5 or 2 full glasses over the course of the meal. The sommelier did an excellent job introducing and explaining each wine, as well as why it was selected to pair with each course. My mom and I dined here today and the experience was frustrating from the start. We were seated and initially greeted by one waitress who took our order, but we were quickly handed off to another server who was already clearly overwhelmed with multiple tables. This quick handoff likely contributed to the miscommunication surrounding our incorrect order, which could have been avoided if the original server had not switched us off so abruptly. She seemed far more focused on guests she knew who were seated nearby, while our new server was left juggling several tables on her own. I felt bad for her--she was clearly doing her best without much support. I didn't see a manager on the floor to help address the situation. On top of that, our food came out incorrect and had to be sent back to be fixed. We were also told my child would receive a kids' drink with her meal, which never came. Unfortunately, this has become a pattern--each visit seems to bring poorer service and lower food quality, especially considering the prices. I do enjoy the atmosphere, particularly during the warmer months, but between the inconsistent service and disappointing food, I don't see myself returning anytime soon.
