My most recent visit was for a corporate function and once again they did not disappoint. There was a colleague who stated she felt they'd gone downhill, but I could not cosign her opinion. We were sat in a separate room, had our designated servers, who didn't miss a beat. The food was phenomenal; I filled up and more to take home and comfort eat, lol. The lobster feels Fresh, the bread its the perfect ratio for the BIG amount of lobster that they put on them, awesome flavors, great service and the price even though at first glance you may say its a little up there... LOOK AT THE PICS! They dont shy on the lobster meat, its well worth it. You're literally tucked away in the corner, and that area looked very raggedy and completely different from the atmosphere we were expecting. When we asked if we could be moved, we were told no. What made this even more frustrating was hearing another party ask to be moved shortly after us and being given the table we had requested. I also included in the reservation that it was my partner's birthday, but that was completely overlooked. Meanwhile, the table right next to us was celebrating a birthday and received recognition, which made the experience feel even more disappointing. Between the seating, the undercooked chicken, and the lack of attention to a special occasion we had specifically mentioned, the night was honestly a complete bust. I expected much more from this restaurant and unfortunately left extremely disappointed. the seating is also very close together and crammed, I literally heard the conversation happening next to me by the other table more than I heard my own conversation.
