    Fried oysters

When you walk up to the door it doesn't look like much, but when we entered it was decorated very nice, was clean, and the food was amazing. Portions for price were great. I will definitely come back!

Ate my weight in butter (with a side of shellfish) and couldn't be happier. I love me a seafood boil, and the Cajun flavor is on point. Plastic bibs, gloves, and a shell bucket mean you're in for a good time! Crab legs were delicious, as were the crawfish--love the flexibility to do a combo and did another separate pound order for our kiddo. Easy parking hiding in a small strip next to Home Buys and Lowe's. We'll be back!

My first seafood boil! And I'm glad it was here because I had a great time with an old friend and her parents. A great dinner to converse over and enjoy delicious foods. We got the mr. Catch which had mussel, shrimp, corn, potatoes, crab, and lobster tail. Loved every component. Note to self: mussel was a GREAT choice. 2 of these was enough to feed 5 with a helping of calamari too which was also so good.

My husband has been craving a crab boil and we found this place that was only 20 minutes from our home in Anderson. I am SO GLAD that we went here! The decor reminded me of a restaurant you would find in Myrtle Beach. Our server, Jordan, was very sweet and our food came out quickly after we ordered. My son got an order of mozzarella sticks and hush puppies and my husband and I split a crab boil with mussels, shrimp, crab legs, corn and potatoes. We went with our servers suggestion and got to the Mr Crab seasoning and it was amazing! Everything was fresh and hot and we were so full we couldn't finish our plates. My ONLY complaint is that the bathrooms were not super clean I didn't feel like they reflected the rest of the restaurant. We will definitely be back!

AMAZING Seafood boil for a deal of a price at this wonderful resturant! Pros: Price, Flavor, Freshness, Interior, Staff. Cons: None Tried this spot while out for groceries and I was blown away. For starters the interior (while not my style) was very well decorated, organized, and very clean! Our hostess was super friendly and spoke Mandarin with us, we got to meet the boss of the restaurant, and our waiters regularly stopped by to make sure we were taken care of with gloves, wipes, and anything we could need. We ordered snow crab during their BOGO deal as well as mussels and calamari. Everything came out hot and their custom sauce was my favorite. The boils was perfect where the potato and corn we super soft but not mushy. Crab came off as easy as crab can and the other seafood was tender but not chewy. For two people 3 pounds of seafood plus a extra helping of potatoes was satisfying but a little more would have filled me up so either go 2 pounds per person or add more sides. We didn't even get to try their special skewer BBQ item. Im glad to have found a true 10/10 experience and I am looking forward to going back with a big group. Total cost w/ tip per person $30 | Rating 10/10

We were here on a Tuesday and the restaurant was not hopping. Here's hoping it hops other days of the week. The place is cute and our booth was very cozy. Our waiter, Scott, was helpful and pleasant. I ordered a Iberville Hand Grenade to start. It was slightly sweet and strong. It was a nice start for our dining experience. We started with Fried Green Tomatoes. Scott explained there was currently a shortage of asparagus, so no asparagus on this appetizer, but I didn't miss them. We both thought flavor of this dish was completely satisfying. I ordered Pasta Laveau with Shrimp, which was delicious. Mark had the Gumbo, which he thoroughly enjoyed. I'm glad this place is close enough to stop in before a show. I think I'd bring friends back to give it a try. Overall, a good experience and a good meal.

Not to mention the fact that you HAVE TO HAVE A RESERVATION, was mind boggling for the place. Like the server was very nice and all, that is a plus. Though sadly the food, we had the gumbo and etu fay, it was honestly pretty sad. Like it's up there with the top 5 most sad restaurants I've ever eaten at. The food was pretty bland, and lacked any form of spice. Not to mention it was hard to tell what was actually in it, like a lot of the ingredients tasted over cooked. So yeah it's going to be a no for me.

The wicker chairs in the section to the left of the bar as you face the bar were unusually deep and low. Over time I think we all adjusted, but sitting in them definitely felt unusual. There are other chairs throughout the restaurant. I recommend finding a table with different chairs. Our waiter was knowledgeable and very efficient. We hadn't checked on the website, but found out Thursday is oyster day, with $1 oysters and fried oysters and $1.50 for Oyster Bienville. The fried oysters were delicious. The raw oysters were good, though I had one that was gritty. We are going again in two weeks and will try the Oyster Bienville along with other assorted oysters. Two of us had the special Pan Seared Sea Bass. It came highly recommended and did not disappoint. The crisp on the top was delicious and the fish itself was delicate and moist. It did indeed melt in my mouth. The potatoes were very good, though I didn't finish all of them. The greens were good. Mark had a ribeye and is still raving about it today. He ordered the preparation version made with just salt and pepper. He also had a cup of gumbo. He said it had an amazing depth of flavor. We wrapped up with dessert. Three folks had Key Lime Pie. I opted for Karma's Opera Crème Cake. Oh my goodness, it was huge, sweet and delicious. I tried a bit of key lime and it just didn't compare. That said, those who had the Key Lime Pie loved it. Not only would we return, but we have the date already scheduled. I'm looking forward to trying something different.

For drinks I had the hurricane, the espresso martini, I left my heart in Nola and sazerac. The alligator had good flavor but it was a tad bit tough. The fried green tomatoes were thin and I was not expecting that. The pasta, Mac and mussels had very good flavor. The blacked fish could have had more flavor in my opinion. I sat in the bar so I could watch the band Mystic Mile perform, and they were great. I wish I could say as much for my Po' Boy. As shown in the photo, it was huge! As soon as I saw it, I knew I was going to need to eat some of it with a fork before I could get it down to being a manageable sandwich, especially since it had 13 nice-sized pieces of breaded shrimp. There was so much on the French bread roll that I could not even see the roll. The shrimp were perfectly cooked and tasty, and the homemade pickle slices added a nice touch. However, once I got to the point of trying to eat it as a sandwich, I was very disappointed to find that the roll had a hard crust and tough interior. It definitely was not crisp on the outside with a flaky, paper-thin crust and airy on the inside, which is how Po' Boy rolls were in NOLA. I took two bites of the roll and decided I would finish the shrimp with a fork. I ordered the Bananas Foster bread pudding for dessert. It had a great flavor, but the banana pieces were hard, like biting into an undercooked carrot. Overall the bar service was good, but the food quality was mixed since it tasted great but had some big flaws. BTW, if you're a big fan of root beer, try their draft root beer. It was extremely tasty. I wanted so much for this to be a great experience, but I have yet to decide if I'll return to give them another try.

Our server, Chloe, introduced herself with a smile and provided us with a quick refresher. I knew from her energy that we were going to be in great hands for the evening. Sweet, fruity, and pretty... that green cocktail did exactly what it needed to do, lol. FIVE STARS! Now, on to the food... The Gator Bites are a MUST. I ordered the hot honey sauce on the side just to play it safe and I am glad I did, because babyyyy, that spice had no boundaries. If you're a lover of spicy things, you'll be good to order as is, lol! I also ordered the Roasted Oysters. Another MUST! The oysters had a parmesan crust with lemon garlic butter drizzled over them... They were gone in minutes! I was on the fence for my entree, but then my girl Chloe clocked that Pasta Mardi Gras and the rest is history. It was creamy, savory, and packed with flavor. I knew my girl wouldn't let me down! Customer Service: Chloe was our waitress and she was knowledgeable, sociable, funny and caring. She did a wonderful job in giving recommendations and telling us about the specials.
