    CAUTION! This place scammed us! We were scheduled to move at 6:30AM and no one showed up. We called. We emailed. NO COMMUNICATION. I drove to the address listed on their website (3411 E Corona Avenue, #102 Phoenix, AZ 85040) and it does not belong to them. No signage. It is used by Hana Dispensaries. After no way to get a hold of anyone, we had to move ourselves. This company put us in a real pickle. I cannot imagine if we were not moving locally, had ended our utilities, had work/a place to be, etc. This lack of courtesy and communication is at the responsibility of the owner. DO NOT RELY ON THIS BUSINESS. They took our money and ran. HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. The owner responded to my review saying to call the number I have called 50 plus times with no answer or call back. He also has not provided an update to the business address and NO REFUND!

    Although I told the owner I would not post a bad review I've changed my mind. This company is awful. I used them twice to move in out of storage. Every single piece of my wood furniture is scratched and damaged. No response for 3 weeks of emails and phone calls. Took absolutely no responsibility for any damage but offered a $50 refund. But now it's been 12 days and no refund, no response to another email. I had sheets and towels available for the movers to use but they didn't use them. I did my best to cover things as they went into storage but I was clearly in the way and asked to stay clear. "They have a process." I only wish I had read all of these very bad reviews before I hired them. Unless you have nothing but boxes I would not use this company. They may have a good Groupon but if you value your belongings steer clear. These pieces were in near perfect condition.

    I want to start by saying that the movers who actually arrived to move were awesome and friendly. Unfortunately, the owner was insanely unprofessional and rude. Please watch the video, there is no exaggerating how terrible this guy is. We weren't able to capture the whole conversation but he does say that he records all the phone calls and I really do encourage him to post the rest. Based on how he replies to other bad reviews I think he might lie and say he isn't the owner or that we weren't ready in a reasonable time for our estimate. -The time stamp on my phone in the video & picture during our phone call shows that they were trying to come way earlier than our scheduled time. -If you're not the owner, you wouldn't complain about lost time paying employees. On the morning of our move, we received a call from the moving team telling us their first job had been canceled and asking if they could come by earlier to start our move. We explained that we were grabbing the keys to our new place so that wouldn't work for us and that our scheduled time would still be best. About 5-10 minutes later we got a call from "Steve" saying that the movers would arrive in 10 minutes and that we needed to be ready. Assuming there was a miscommunication, we explained that we had emails with them confirming that our move time was scheduled for 12-4. He then tries to lie and say that no job had been canceled and that his movers were so good that they got done with the first job early. After this part of the conversation goes nowhere, he threatens us that our move will be canceled because there are no extra time slots. When we ask how that could be possible if we were scheduled for 12-4, he doubles back (probably because he didn't think his lie through well enough) and says it's an estimated arrival time. No reasonable person would believe that an estimate would mean over 3 hours before the estimate.     The people you entrust to enter your home and move your personal belongings are just not these guys. They're dishonest, argumentative, and showcase a complete lack of care for their customers. Read through their negative reviews and see how they respond, because that's the exact way they'll treat you. Rather than offer a simple apology when I shared my negative experience online, they lied and said it wasn't true. Which humorously enough proves my point that they lack integrity and customer service.

    I am writing because I don't think my problem will be solved. Long for short, Do not hire them. Read negative reviews and her replies. Yes, they replied on google, how sweet, I read about the people assaulted by them, I don't want get hurt or anything. I am done with it. Have you ever heard a mover said if you forget to tell them you have a grill, they won't move for you? Or They will leave your other items behind because they took your grill? Yes we had extra kid toys, but we helped to load up and down a lot of things, we did work. Have you ever heard one of the movers saying do not look at me, you are slow me down? Then we left the room, the table completely damaged, and refused to put up for us because it took time. I just wonder how can they do that. It is only 12 mins drive, took them half hour to wrap the desk, then drop it on the floor, and got damaged? All he said is we don't cover. Have you ever hanged up by a mad lady twice? Try them. They arrived at 11:45AM, then complained too hot to work, was it my fault? We did not have lunch until four. Waited whole morning. Three years ago I used them. Last work was finished in 2 hours including 30 mins drive. They were using a tiny truck with a trailer. But this time we did not have too many add ons and only 12 mins drive, took 4 hours, why? And a super big truck won't fit in. Why? They are slow, unprofessional, rude, and expensive. 125 dollars to get to your home, 10 dollars charged even they used our wrapping supplies. 150 dollars for additional 1 mins -60 mins. And in additional time, only one worked for us. The other one stood on the trunk let us carry items. Or fold his pad slowly or took phone calls. We did everything we can to cooperate, when they arrived they said we did perfect work packaging. And me and husband helped to carry items. We even prepared iced water for them. At the end, one yelling that's it all the time. We gave up and wanted to rent a U haul to take left overs, she gave us hope, then broke her words. If she did not say that, I won't be so upset. Then I gave her an offer to fix it. Never get back. See the offer I gave, how hard for them finish the work in the 20 mins we paid? I am hopeless, I can do nothing except reviewing. And say sorry to the ones I referred.

I got a call and an email a couple days before my scheduled move for confirmation, and everything went so smooth. I can't say enough praises about my entire experience!! Renée and her other two guys showed up right up about 720, when they gave me a window between 7 and 730 which was perfect. I had two stops before my final destination, and they did everything like real pros! They were so gentle with my things, and once we got to my new home, they went out of their way to assemble furniture for me. They even took all the trash before they left. All three of them were so friendly and personable, I loved getting to spend time with them while we were moving all of my belongings. I can't recommend another moving company enough, if you're looking for someone to take care of your goods and provide incredible customer service for reasonable pricing, this is absolutely your company.     Just-In Time Moving truly helped me out of an emergency situation…read more I had originally hired another moving company, Not Your Husband Moving, and ended up in a terrible situation where I was billed for more than double the estimated hours for the move into storage and the move was not completed as originally estimated. I needed to get my household goods out of their storage quickly to stop the situation from getting worse. Just-In Time Moving was gracious enough to fit me into their schedule last minute. Their office was communicative, their estimate was thorough and clear, and the final bill matched what they estimated. The crew showed up on time, communicated throughout the day, and was professional, careful, and kind. This was not a simple move. They had to unload my furniture and belongings from storage crates, unwrap items that had been wrapped by the prior mover, take care with everything, rewrap my furniture, load it, transport it, and unload it into my new storage unit. They completed the entire job in 7.5 hours. By comparison, the prior mover had tried to bill me 16.5 hours for the move into storage alone. Just-In Time Moving did a fantastic job, and I am extremely grateful they were willing to help me on short notice. After the experience I had before them, their professionalism, clear communication, and honest billing meant everything. My advice to anyone hiring movers: read all reviews carefully, do not take online ratings at face value, check whether the company is listed with moversaz.org, review BBB ratings, and read how the company responds to 1-star and 2-star reviews. I originally found them when I needed to move a piano and quickly realized that, based on the quotes I was getting, it was almost as expensive to move just the piano as it was to move the whole house. Thankfully they handled it with no problem. Both moves were smooth, the crew worked quickly, and everything was handled with care. Moving is stressful enough, so it's always a relief when the team you hire is organized and professional. Another reason I'm happy to keep giving them my business is that they volunteer their services for a food drive at a nonprofit I'm involved with. Seeing a company show up for the community like that really means a lot. Great service, dependable team, and a company that gives back. Hard to ask for more than that.

Victor and his crew showed up early looked at what I needed and got to work. They were nice and personable and so friendly. Even with a snafu with my storage lock, they managed to make two stops before the final destination and get everything moved in within 3 1/2 hours. I hired Meghan to come in and help because I've tried several of those popular organize yourself books ("The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up", "Un-f--- Your Habitat", etc.) and they never worked. I just assumed I was predisposed to disorganization. Meghan came over for a consultation and looked it over, assured me things weren't really all that bad, and talked over what would be involved. She said it would take about 5 hours. I was expecting a few days, so I was thrilled. We booked a time for the organizing day, and she arrived on time and ready to go. It was so helpful to have a professional give me tips and tell me where to put things. She listened to how I use my space in order to help me figure out the best places to put things. My home office is amazingly clean and tidy now, and the mountain of paperwork was turned into a molehill. I took 40 lbs of paper to the office store to shred, and my paperwork backlog is now only about 2 inches. I'll finish it in a workday or two. My kitchen is logically arranged now, my closet is tidy, and those random boxes under the bed have been sorted. Everything I own now has a place, and I feel confident that I'll be able to keep things tidy by just returning everything to its place when I'm done with it. Meghan was worth every penny I paid her and more. We spent 5 1/2 hours, and she bought me weeks of time and relieved me of unbelievable amounts of stress. I should have called her sooner!
