CAUTION! This place scammed us! We were scheduled to move at 6:30AM and no one showed up. We called. We emailed. NO COMMUNICATION. I drove to the address listed on their website (3411 E Corona Avenue, #102 Phoenix, AZ 85040) and it does not belong to them. No signage. It is used by Hana Dispensaries. After no way to get a hold of anyone, we had to move ourselves. This company put us in a real pickle. I cannot imagine if we were not moving locally, had ended our utilities, had work/a place to be, etc. This lack of courtesy and communication is at the responsibility of the owner. DO NOT RELY ON THIS BUSINESS. They took our money and ran. HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. The owner responded to my review saying to call the number I have called 50 plus times with no answer or call back. He also has not provided an update to the business address and NO REFUND!

Although I told the owner I would not post a bad review I've changed my mind. This company is awful. I used them twice to move in out of storage. Every single piece of my wood furniture is scratched and damaged. No response for 3 weeks of emails and phone calls. Took absolutely no responsibility for any damage but offered a $50 refund. But now it's been 12 days and no refund, no response to another email. I had sheets and towels available for the movers to use but they didn't use them. I did my best to cover things as they went into storage but I was clearly in the way and asked to stay clear. "They have a process." I only wish I had read all of these very bad reviews before I hired them. Unless you have nothing but boxes I would not use this company. They may have a good Groupon but if you value your belongings steer clear. These pieces were in near perfect condition.

I want to start by saying that the movers who actually arrived to move were awesome and friendly. Unfortunately, the owner was insanely unprofessional and rude. Please watch the video, there is no exaggerating how terrible this guy is. We weren't able to capture the whole conversation but he does say that he records all the phone calls and I really do encourage him to post the rest. Based on how he replies to other bad reviews I think he might lie and say he isn't the owner or that we weren't ready in a reasonable time for our estimate. -The time stamp on my phone in the video & picture during our phone call shows that they were trying to come way earlier than our scheduled time. -If you're not the owner, you wouldn't complain about lost time paying employees. On the morning of our move, we received a call from the moving team telling us their first job had been canceled and asking if they could come by earlier to start our move. We explained that we were grabbing the keys to our new place so that wouldn't work for us and that our scheduled time would still be best. About 5-10 minutes later we got a call from "Steve" saying that the movers would arrive in 10 minutes and that we needed to be ready. Assuming there was a miscommunication, we explained that we had emails with them confirming that our move time was scheduled for 12-4. He then tries to lie and say that no job had been canceled and that his movers were so good that they got done with the first job early. After this part of the conversation goes nowhere, he threatens us that our move will be canceled because there are no extra time slots. When we ask how that could be possible if we were scheduled for 12-4, he doubles back (probably because he didn't think his lie through well enough) and says it's an estimated arrival time. No reasonable person would believe that an estimate would mean over 3 hours before the estimate. The people you entrust to enter your home and move your personal belongings are just not these guys. They're dishonest, argumentative, and showcase a complete lack of care for their customers. Read through their negative reviews and see how they respond, because that's the exact way they'll treat you. Rather than offer a simple apology when I shared my negative experience online, they lied and said it wasn't true. Which humorously enough proves my point that they lack integrity and customer service.

I am writing because I don't think my problem will be solved. Long for short, Do not hire them. Read negative reviews and her replies. Yes, they replied on google, how sweet, I read about the people assaulted by them, I don't want get hurt or anything. I am done with it. Have you ever heard a mover said if you forget to tell them you have a grill, they won't move for you? Or They will leave your other items behind because they took your grill? Yes we had extra kid toys, but we helped to load up and down a lot of things, we did work. Have you ever heard one of the movers saying do not look at me, you are slow me down? Then we left the room, the table completely damaged, and refused to put up for us because it took time. I just wonder how can they do that. It is only 12 mins drive, took them half hour to wrap the desk, then drop it on the floor, and got damaged? All he said is we don't cover. Have you ever hanged up by a mad lady twice? Try them. They arrived at 11:45AM, then complained too hot to work, was it my fault? We did not have lunch until four. Waited whole morning. Three years ago I used them. Last work was finished in 2 hours including 30 mins drive. They were using a tiny truck with a trailer. But this time we did not have too many add ons and only 12 mins drive, took 4 hours, why? And a super big truck won't fit in. Why? They are slow, unprofessional, rude, and expensive. 125 dollars to get to your home, 10 dollars charged even they used our wrapping supplies. 150 dollars for additional 1 mins -60 mins. And in additional time, only one worked for us. The other one stood on the trunk let us carry items. Or fold his pad slowly or took phone calls. We did everything we can to cooperate, when they arrived they said we did perfect work packaging. And me and husband helped to carry items. We even prepared iced water for them. At the end, one yelling that's it all the time. We gave up and wanted to rent a U haul to take left overs, she gave us hope, then broke her words. If she did not say that, I won't be so upset. Then I gave her an offer to fix it. Never get back. See the offer I gave, how hard for them finish the work in the 20 mins we paid? I am hopeless, I can do nothing except reviewing. And say sorry to the ones I referred.

They emailed me months later saying that the claim was denied because there is no damage to my dresser. Once I move my dresser the leg will pop out because it was broken by their mover , who tried to leave without saying anything. They had the chance to do the right thing and they refuse to. I even said I would give them a second chance if they gave me money off my next move and guess what? They ignored my email, hung up on me and blocked my phone number... they have low prices but it's not worth it.. I promise you. STAY AWAY! read more

soft touch... more like rough handling customers!!!! lisa or whomever the rude lady answering the phone is sounding like a karen (she caring about the wrong things). i saw in review by several ppl that the service is rude the most recent said a customer said ok i got you i know where you work. how tf does that mean a threat? that can simply mean they went online and reviewed you. dont waste the phx police time b/c yalll have horrible service. i have seen several complaints who said the customer service rep im assuming the lisa lady talks over potential customers. yall need to fire her. its clear the positive reviews are thee b/c they were offered a discount off their service. after reviewing these reviews it sounds like they do not like the groupon buyers but why offer your services there? soft touch are attacking potential customers because they are expressing their experience. this is unprofessional behavior!!! soft touch is far form soft they clearly break furniture and beat on keyboards. do not use this service. these ppl are keeping your card information. sounds scammy!!! this company is not accredited by bbb and has an f as their score. save your time ... they are rude. i just saw a video review and they were extremely rude to the customers because they wanted to come to the customers house earlier when they had a scheduled/designated moving time/appointment. they did not want to honor their initial pick up time. soft touch is far from soft clearly have horrible service!!! beware i would give no starts the customer service is rude. read more

The most laughable about this company is the name. There's nothing soft about their moving service . They have very unprofessional movers, and office staff. When I tried to dispute the time being charged, the mover kicked and broke my table. Naturally I called the office to complain and I was treated with the outpost disrespect, being accused of lying and offering no retribution for my purposely broken table. Called to complain to management about the size truck they brought to a move, the manager screamed at me then told me the items will be left in front of my apartment. They put them on the street. As my 8 year old daughter is crying and they're throwing the items out of the truck they look at her and say have fun and leave. They then later returned because I had to call the police since all of our items were not returned. Zero stars would be way more accurate because I just don't know how a business can do that. They can say whatever they want in their response to sleep at night but their behavior is unjustifiable read more

I was referred to use this service from a friend of mine and huge mistake and her and her family will no longer be using them as well due to this incident. This was my very first time using a moving company and never again will go with them. My coffee table was damaged during the move and they are unwilling to pay for the damages THEY CAUSED, they can only refund the price it costs to get it from my old apartment to my new apartment which doesn't help me with a new coffee table in any sort of way. When the mover Rick saw the damage he stated "I didn't do it the other guy did" and I was like "Ok...". AND it's pretty unprofessional when the movers find out what you do for a living and the last thing out the door they say is "So when can we ****?" and in return I stated "I don't just do that with people?" and they left. So unhappy and highly do not recommend. I just want my coffee table that was perfect to be fixed but now I have to go buy a whole new one out of pocket due to this company :) Thank you! read more

This is an All Star team. If you have delicate items look no further. They arrived on time, took care in packaging what needed packaging and got the job done. I was shocked at how well they fit everything into my storage unit. Locally owned is the way to go. Looking forward to calling them up on my next move. read more

We just recently used Soft Touch Moving & Packing to our move from Arrowhead area in Glendale, to near Biltmore area in Phoenix. They came between the times that was stated, and they moved fast! Gavin & David are the guys who came by. Gavin & David were both professional and quick! They made it looked so easy. They did the whole entire move in a span of two hours!! Mind you, we had most of our packed boxes downstairs for our one bedroom apartment and had mostly heavy furniture left on the top floor. But they also had to drive about 20+ miles to get to the new place. I couldn't believe how fast they were moving!! Next time we move, we'll definitely be using Soft Touch Moving Packing!! read more

Highly recommend! I would definitely use them again, and again! Absolutely the best movers ever! Scott and Alexander moved some valuable & extremely large items for us including a large collectors edition O'Keefe and Merritt aristocrat oven (which probably weighs near 1000 pounds), large GE monogram side-by-side stainless steel refrigerator, and an extremely heavy, very large dining room table. Every item was moved with no damage to the item or our floors or house! In addition to that they are both very nice guys & really pleasant to work with. read more

Jourdy and his other two crew members did an awesome job helping me to move from an one bedroom apt on the third floor to my new house. They carefully wrapped my furniture and made sure they didn't leave any marks on the door frames. They moved everything very efficiently. Their truck is big inside but all the packing materials (blankets, etc) are all very well organized. The whole job was done under three hours which was very impressive. And they didn't leave any trash at my place. I really appreciate their hard work carrying stuff down from the third floor with no elevator. I highly recommend this moving company. read more

This was the 2nd time using Soft Touch... my first experience was extremely professional. However, after my recent move I highly discourage anyone from booking with them and I would NEVER use them again. My furniture was damaged as well as the walls moving my furniture out. Not just paint scratches, but large chunks out of the walls. When reaching out to the company, they offered small compensation (amounting to hardly nothing compared to the damage their movers did)... but then they never followed through in actually crediting me back and stopped answering emails. DO NOT HIRE THEM! read more

This company is horrible!! They doubled the price at the end of the job, fraudulently said they would return the "required" and extra $10.00 charge they surprised us with for plastic to cover the mattress for moving IF WE WROTE AND SENT A POSITIVE REVIEW, and let them take a picture of the review [so we couldn't rove or edit it ...blocked editong]. Moreover, they left an huge desk _ that they couldn't fit through the office door--in the MIDDLE OF THE HALLWAY, blocking access to another room, and making it difficult to squeeze through into the office room. Furthermore, they charged another $500.00 dollars-in addition to the $500,00 we had already paid at the beginning of the move. When we called, to try to get some - any- kind of help that was too.big for a doorway, a woman,and later a man joining in,began literally screaming at us,and hung up on us. I think horrible is too weak a word to describe our experience with Soft Touch Moving company!!! Do not use. An afterthought-they broke a couple smaller.items which we discovered while unpacking too. The response to this review is a Lot of Lies, misconstrued and untruths. We paid in full, we're hung upon on when articulating that there was no need to swear or be so nasty, etc., ad nauseum. 5/12/21 Where to begin.... Start off not so great. The wait however was well worth the service!!! The truck "HUGE" spotless, which in my book says a lot, as I sigh in relief, shows up finally. 2 gentlemen movers jump out knowing I'm probably not the happiest camper on the block and within minuets of introduction, very clear, meaningful and sincere apology, Rick & Rob had me smiling ear to ear. Rick's experience with people, his job (I believe 15 yrs), the furniture (cares about each individual piece as if it was his) and working with his team was outstanding. I had two drop off points and we literally went through each piece of furniture and decided where and when each piece should be loaded for organized, time saving and protective measures. Rob, not as long in the biz, was spot on and excellent with his people skills as well, as he took in short cuts (totally making sense), safety measures (hand positions and such) from Rick and only having to learn once! I am so impressed with this team and the company that stands behind them! I urge anyone moving and any Realtors who have clients moving in or around AZ, and these days its a constant, to use no one else but SOFT TOUCH MOVING & PACKING! TI paid to be packed And moved to my new house. 4 guys came in to my house and refused to take even packed boxes. All they took was the large furnitur. I don't know what I paid for but DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. they took my dining room table but left the leaf in the old house. I have to now spend money and my health (after surgery) and move everything myself. Save yourself the heartache, money and do not do bossiness with Soft Touch Moving Company! read more

Alexander, Jeordy and Jose have been amazing through out this stressful process. They took care of my furniture and house better than I even expected (my previous moves didn't go as smooth). Only thing I have a complaint against is that Jose didn't want to join the group selfie Would recommend soft touch moving to my family and friends on any given day. Thank you Soft Touch!! I have to say this was before I went to my previous place to clean up and found lots of items left in my apartment. They moved tons of my stuff I am not sure why they left lamps, and extra clothes. Great moving company. The guys showed up 15 minutes early and busted their butts the entire day. The moved our 2 story house in north Phoenix down to Arcadia in 5 hours! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they broke a foot off of one of my living room tables. They said the company would contact me within a day or two about coming out to fix it or replace it and I haven't heard anything and it's been almost a week. read more

Fast, Professional and Stress Free! Soft Touch movers were on time, protected my home, and they were fast! Everything agreed upon upfront was honored, no last minute, surprise fees. What a great experience!! These guys helped me move a few months back to a storage, unit until I found my forever home. Today was my big move to my forever home and it was so incredible how much care they took with everything they were doing. Scott and Jose are a team to be reckoned with!!! Scott remembered pieces that I had from the first move and how to handle some very special items from months ago... I agree with all of the reviews that have said Lisa is the reason not to use this company ever. I would never entrust my family's belongs to a company that is managed by someone who is so rude and ignores the contract language. I spoke to Rachael to schedule my family's move. I explained that I was not comfortable putting in writing my credit/debit card information. She said I could just send the Groupon voucher number and pay the rest over the phone the next morning. The next morning Lisa called and said that my contract was void because I did not give my card information. I explained my conversation with Rachael. Lisa essentially said she outranks Rachael and I have to give her the card information in writing. When I told her the contract said I could pay cash, Lisa said she was going to just cancel the move. That was fine with me but I asked her why she is demanding a card when the contract said that using a card would add 4% and that we could pay in cash. She just was snotty and said that the contract also said they would charge the card (which does not contradict the language--if you give a card they will charge it but you can also pay cash). Lisa ignored the contract language and was flat out rude. If they won't abide by their own agreement right in the beginning, I would not trust them to move a shoebox for me. read more

These guys were awesome! The communication from the first call to the last box dropped off was excellent. They are thorough and want to make sure you are setup for a successful move. On the day of the move the guys called with plenty of notice that they were on the way (about an hour advance). They also called when they were 15 min away. Once they got to my house they talked with me to confirm what I wanted moved and how. Then started moving right away. I had 2 hours to move a 1 bedroom from phx to tempe and they did it in an hour and 20 min! Such a great group of guys- all very friendly and welcoming. It was like moving with friends! On January 13, I contracted for three hours at the Groupon rate of $350. I was going to purchase a Groupon for this, but when I called the company, Lisa, informed me that they would just give me the Groupon rate instead of me going through Groupon. I was scheduled for three hours of moving on January 14 with an estimated arrival of 9 am to 12 pm. I reserve the reservation under my significant others name and information in order to have a contract sent to his email. The email never came through so I called several hours later and provided my name and email in order to receive the contract. I received the contract and provided my payment information. On both calls Lisa stated that the estimated arrival time was between 9 AM and 12 PM. In the contract it does indicate to be at the location all day and if you are not the first move of the day, there would be an estimated arrival time. Since I was given an estimated arrival time four different times in my two phone calls with Lisa that demonstrated that I was not the first move of the day. During the conversation, Lisa stated that the driver would be contacting us the morning of for an estimated arrival time. Today, January 14, my boyfriend received a text at 7:25 AM stating the move time was 8 am. He and I were at our new home unpacking. Another text came through at 8:19 in the morning stating that they were at the moving location and would wait 10 more minutes before leaving. I immediately left to meet them at the moving location and arrived there at 8:42 AM. The company was gone. I continue to wait as I assumed they would return. I called the soft touch office phone number and received a prompt to leave a message with no further information. I left a message to stating that they contact me within 20 minutes or I was going to dispute the charge and contact the Better Business Bureau. Lisa returned the call within that timeframe and I explained my frustration as I was very upset. She then informed me that in the contract it says estimated time . I assertively interrupted her and told her I needed them to make it right. She continued to refer to the verbiage of estimated arrival time . Admittedly, I was very upset and I interrupted her again as I did not want her to keep repeating estimated arrival time when she had informed me four times that the estimated arrival time was between nine and 12. Never was there mention of 8 AM and in fact, the office doesn't even open on Saturdays until 10 AM. Lisa then hung up on me. I immediately called back and asked her to make this right and her response was to continue to be rude and then stated I should dispute the charge and have a nice day and then she hung up on me. There was no customer service at all points of my call. She was rude and defensive. There was no attempt to say we will reschedule this, and there was no attempt to refund me. Joe, Adam, and Tony did an awesome job moving all of my furniture and boxes from a garage and 3rd floor apt bldg, they were very accommodating. I only signed up for 3 hours but they needed an extra hour however they worked pretty darn hard and didn't stop. Super professional and careful with my things, will definitely use them again. Looked around for quite some time for an affordable yet reputable company. Came across the Groupon for Soft Touch for a great price. Basically what I did was just have them move the big stuff for me: 3 bedrooms with beds, bed frames, and dressers, 2 living room couches, coffee tables, TVs, TV stand, dining room set, patio furniture, etc. My rule of thumb for moving is this: If you need more than one person to pick it up, give it to the movers. Small boxes and kitchen stuff (not appliances) you can pick up on your own aren't worth paying that extra hour of work unless you are just incredibly lazy. The Groupon does not include the trip fee, so expect that charge of a little more than $100, but other than that there were no additional charges. I did give them all each a Visa gift card as a tip (read online not to hand a tip to the main person but each mover individually...figured with a gift card there's no way a manager could take it. Bought the gift cards a couple days in advance, but after meeting the team I think they would be fair about a cash tip). The team was incredibly nice! I can't believe they work in the summertime with this heat and do SEVERAL moves a day... I give them so much credit! I got the Groupon for 2 men and 3 hours. They actually showed up with a 3rd person which was nice because I don't think I would have made the 3 hr window without her! I have used 2 other moving companies before and this one takes the cake with quality care, service, and attention to time. Will definitely use for my next move! read more

Do Not Use This Company We purchased a voucher on Groupon thinking we were getting a great deal. When everything was over, items were broken and missing. Among many of items missing, I had a movie and classic video game collection. The collection included hundreds of movies, games, controllers, etc. Luckily, I kept an itemized list on my computer for the police report. The company did send a small payment for the items broken however, considering one of the items was my grandmother's table, it was not enough to cover what I lost. Do not use this company, but if you simply cannot pass up a good deal, then make sure to itemize the contents of every box. read more

One star only because I could not give less. Absolutely awful!! I found the company on Groupon and decided to give them a shot. It was very difficult to reach a live person in the beginning to set up the date and time for move, I figured it was due to high volume due to Covid-19. We moved in the beginning of August 2020 in the middle of Covid-19 so like the housing market was busy, so were the moving companies. Finally, all was set for the day of the move. Movers were nice, looked like one was in training. Took a lot longer than I was quoted and they weren't even able to move all, I had to help in my truck. They wrapped my mattresses like they said they would but one mattress had already had a plastic wrap so they did not wrap it, yet they charged me for a plastic wrap and left it on a bench. when taking apart my brand new desk they screwed a screw in instead of out and broke my desk along with leaving chips and scratches all over. They ONLY let me know of the broken desk and took pictures and they said the office would handle it. Then I noticed wear on the corners of my brand new futon and chips and scratches on my new, never used dining room table and reached out to Soft Touch and spoke to Lisa, she requested that I email and send pictures and someone would reached out to me within 5 days...still nothing. The move was taken place 8/10 on and I called and spoke to Lisa and emailed her on 8/14, and I have yet to get a response. I called again a few other times and was not able to get a live person until today. Today 10/9 I was finally able to get through to a live person. A woman named Araceli answered the phone and was so rude. I asked for the Owner/Manager and told her my situation and she let me know in such a rude way and tone that she was new to the company and it was not her issue/fault and she would take a message. I then asked her if I could get the owners name for reference and she was even more rude and said, "Listen, I took your message, I will give it to someone, I will not give you anymore information!" I did not purchase the extra insurance for the move, BUT that does not give the company the right to mishandle my belongings, dismiss and ignore me, and to be so dismissive and rude. Sadly for them, I have friends that are selling and purchasing homes as well as work in that line of profession and are always helping out small/new/local businesses through referral. Trust me, i definitely let them know about my full experience up to today and will be updating them on the rude customer service this company has! read more

Wow!!! This moving crew was just simply amazing!!! Rick, Jose and Tony were rockstars!! Moved my things quickly and efficiently. I'm giving a 5 star as the movers were quick & efficient!! However, I initially used Groupon (thinking I would have a great discount). Not the case. There was a $100 stair charge. I could never speak with anyone at the office. Called multiple times but no one ever called me back. My understanding was cost$$ would be $405 for 2 hours. It turned out moving time took 3 hrs. That additional hour was $145! Moved from a 1 bedroom Apartment to a 3 bedroom house. Also, when I signed up for the early bird special using Groupon I was charged an additional $35 bcuz the early bird special was dated further out! I wouldn't recommend this company. Too many hidden fees and horrible customer service. Wow! read more

Ok read the entire review, Our first contact was Mercedes, great to work with. The movers were Victor, Jose, Eliseo were GREAT movers, fast, strong, polite, careful with our stuff. Rachael was my last office contact to verify time, WAS RUDE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DOWN RITE B-OTCH TO WORK WITH, SHE KEPT BEING RUDE AND HUNG UP ON ME. Because of her and only Rachael they get 1 star. Everyone else was great. If Rachel answers hang up and move on. These people are not the cheapest BUT THE MOVERS ARE GREAT. read more

Initially, I was unhappy with Soft Touch Moving & Packing. After signing my estimate, I received an email stating that it had been "signed & filed". Five days before the move, I called just to verify the time that they would be there, and make sure we were still on schedule. They advised that they had no record of me signing the estimate, and that my Saturday slot was no longer available because I didn't call to book after signing the estimate. I was told that Sunday evening was the best they could do. Fast forward to Sunday - Scott called about 45 minutes before they arrived, and they showed up right when expected. Scott, Dillon, and Lisa were all very professional and efficient. I was quoted for 3 hours, and they actually finished the entire move in less than that. They provided their own materials, for no additional cost, and also disassembled, and reassembled a desk that wouldn't fit through the door. My positive experience with the movers definitely outweighed the snafu with the scheduling. I would highly recommend Soft Touch, just be sure to call to schedule. read more

The only good thing I can say about the comment is how polite the movers were. After expressing to customer service that items were damaged she was extremely rude and short with me. Until they could offer me a reasonable option on how to fix the items and she could explain more about the extra$250 I was getting charged I said I didn't want to sign the receipt. She threatened to call the police due to it being a civil matter . I never refused to pay, I just wanted to be compensated for the damages and lost time on trying to figure out what happened. Over all by far the worst moving company I have ever hired and would not recommend them. Next time I'll book earlier and stick with Taurus moving company read more

So this company literally pulled me out of Yelp retirement. There are so many moving company's here in the valley and it's hard to make a decision. In Phoenix there are dozens of company's ranging from national to some guy in a van. The prices are an amazing variety as well. A different company quoted a ridiculous number at over $1300 to move a one bedroom from Chandler to Scottsdale. Another said they could do it for $350 . Added to that all the fears about taking smoke breaks, getting lost,hidden fees or having to make two trips so they can stretch the hourly rate. I was seriously not looking forward to hiring a moving company. After enduring a endless search on the Internet I discovered that Soft Touch Moving has the best overall rating in the valley. I only found a couple reviews that were bad and after reading those I can tell they are just problematic people posting them. So I gave Soft Touch moving a call. Right off the bat I was put at ease by Araceli who answered the phone. She was very professional and answered all my questions. She even suggested valid tips to help me even save more money on my move! She was very specific about on asking me the right questions about my move,how many boxes,larger items,fragile items ect. She quoted me to send out 26 foot moving truck and three men. (Another surprise,most companies only offer two movers) Also there was a minimum of two hrs work and one hour travel. Ok,sounds great lets do it! I received a call from the manager Scott the day before my move date. He again explained to me there moving process and confirmed my address. On the day on my move I received a call from the guy leading the crew,Brian.He asked me if it was ok if there early? Heck yes! They showed up at 5:45 am. The three men were very professional and introduced themselves with there names and a hand shake! We went over the scope of the job and they got right to work! What happened next feels like a hot sweaty dream,not the kind I normally go for but these guys are amazing to watch! They protected my floors with a red carpet,padded my front door and even had special pads designed for the bannister my stair case! They wrapped all my furniture in pads and used stretch wrap to hold them on. These guys hustle,no breaks! I offered them a warm Gatorade ( was all I had) and the guy reached in his cooler and said " no,I have a cold one for you" This type of customer service is rare to find!They had my stuff out,house completely emptied in one hour. It was a 116 degrees outside,no joke! I was sweating standing there just watching! Brian coordinated the loading of the truck. Brian is not someone I would want to be up against during a game of Tetris or Jenga! He knows how to stack like a pro! My wife had taken the car so she was waiting for the moving crew to arrive at the new house. They got there and unloaded in record timing! They did a great job at putting the furniture in the exact place that she wanted. They set up or beds and even hooked up our washer/dryer that they gladly carried upstairs. The final bill was exactly as Ariceli and Scott had said,not a penny more! In fact the move was roughly $150 cheaper than what I anticipated! So I made it up to them in there well deserved tip. The bottom line is these gentlemen absolutely spectacular! They had no reason to hustle the way they did,especially in this heat! But they did anyways! This is my second time using STM and to be honest I don't know what I would have done without them! Totally stress free,I didn't lift a finger and didn't break the bank,eather! For reference, my move was from Cave creek to Scottsdale Optima with 500 square foot apartment's worth of stuff plus outdoor furniture. The arrival time was between 2 and 5 pm. They gave me a call at 2 pm to let me know they were in route and would be arriving at 3 pm They rang my door bell at 3 pm on the dot! I was totally blown away by how quickly! My entire apartment content furniture was hauled out and safety loaded in the truck in 30 minutes! Seriously ,the didn't disturb my neighbors ,scuff the walls,or even clog up the elevator. Quite and quick! When we arrived at my new apartment, I didn't realize how far away they had to park to unload. They quickly parked there truck out front put orange cones around and used a trolley truck to safety drive my stuff down into the parking garage where they unloaded it into a elevator. Here is the most amazing thing: I was moving into a teeny tiny little hobbit hole. I have a spiral stairs that goes into a loft. Tiny door ect. Somehow they managed to slip everything up there ,easy peasy! Mind you,I can hardly carry a large pizza up the stairs,that's how narrow they are. Not only did everything get in quickly ,but they re- assembled and arranged everything exactly how I wanted it,including rooling out the carpets,ect The whole shebang cost about $300. I call that $300 well spent,thank you guys! read more

We are moving from Peoria Arizona to Showlow Arizona, from the beginning the communication for our move was impeccable. I knew every detail of the move, how much it would cost, how much time it will take etc. They were scheduled to show up between 6:30 AM and 7 AM on September 30. Rick, Ben and Robert showed up as scheduled, completed a walk through the house to see the items that were to be taken. they were friendly, they were precise, they were very cautious with our items as some of them were pretty special to me. They had conversations with us the entire time and never once complained or stopped. They were very professional and kind. When we moved into the home we are in right now five years ago we used another moving company and it was a complete nightmare they broke items that needed to be replaced they were rude, they didn't do anything even close to what Soft Touch did. I would definitely highly recommend this moving company to anybody that I know. We will be living in a travel trailer until our house is built so our things are in storage, when we move into the home in about a year and a half , we will most definitely use them again. This is hands down the BEST moving company that my family has hired in Arizona and weve moved five times. Our movers James, Austin and Mario were very friendly and eager to get to work right away. They made us feel like they were helping there own family. They had to move a house-worth of furniture and a lot of fragile item down from a 13 floor high rise. They didnt blink a eye and made us feel like it wasnt a big deal at all and that it was a simple move. They packed eveything in there huge moving truck perfectly with plenty of room to spare!These guys were so fast,and i couldnt believe how friendly and nice they were the whole time. Im always apprehensive about movers because i feel like they are annoyed by customers that have them do hard work. But James,Mario and Austin made us feel like it was just another day in the office. They rolled out rugs to protect the floors from dirt and scatches. They put pads on my doors and railings to protect the walls. They wrapped all the furniture so well it could have withstood a nuclear blast! Well maybe im exaggerating,but they wrap the furniture so well! This was our third time using this company and everyone is amazing! I have to give a special shout out to LIsa, she has coordinated all 3 of our moves flawlessly. She has helped us with packing and even handled the logistics of shipping a container overseas before. She is a pleasure to work with and it's one of the reasons we keep coming back! The quality of work performance is outstanding from the men at soft touch, and its no wonder with a leader like Lisa. She is the sweetest person you will ever have a chance to meet. Thank you Lisa! My crew this time was JD, Mario, Dave and Pete. They did an outstanding job with our move yesterday. They moved an equivalent to a 4 bedroom in just under 6 hours in 115 degree weather. These guys were really hustling, wrapping furniture and getting everything moved without a scratch. I don't know how they can work so hard in these conditions but they all had smiling faces and a positive attitude the entire time. WOW... I was very lucky on getting SOFT TOUCH MOVING AND PACKING on my move to Phoenix. Coming from Washington State, it can be a crab shoot. As a matter of fact, in Washington, I had hired movers that didn't even show up so you can imagine how FORTUNATE I felt to have the experience I had with Scott and Daniel! They were early! They worked hard. My POD was in "visitor parking" so they had additional challenges other than the 3 Stories they had to climb. Honestly I could not be more pleased or impressed. I asked for their cards as I couldn't be more confident in recommending them. They went above and beyond. A rare thing these days They wore booties, put a red carpet cover on my floors and covered the corners of my walls and stairwells to ensure all was as it was prior to the many pieces of furniture and boxes being hauled in. Your things are important. This place will be your home. You chose what to keep and what to sell, donate or toss. They respected that and I was/am grateful. This is my third time I've used Soft Touch Moving in the past year. Previously, we moved our elderly mother into an assisted living facility and then the family room furniture to a brother. THIS time they moved the remaining furniture to SIX different homes in Chandler, Mesa, and Scottsdale. Michael, Scott, and Robby worked tirelessly for 7.25 hours to carefully wrap every piece in blankets, and put it in the truck. They arrived on time and gave us a 30 minute heads-up that they were on their way. Their attitudes were amazing. No complaints or groaning at all! One piece had to be moved out of my sister's house to her next-door neighbor's home to a second-floor bedroom. That one piece would have worn out most folks, but they made it look so easy! I have had three wonderful experiences with this group. Incredible work ethic and polite and hard-working. I honestly couldn't ask for a better moving experience. Many thanks for treating Mom's possessions with such great care! Total cost was $861.15. Well worth the 7 plus hours of work! read more

My parents decided to move after youngest sister moved out, but their 'empty nest' was not so empty-it had twenty years of stuff that a large family accumulates. This job just felt impossible to us. Scott showed up with a crew of five and had the entire house moved in six hours to my parent's new condo, and everything was placed thoughtfully for unpacking, with the larger pieces set up for them. Words cannot describe how comfortable they made my family during the moving process which is usually a very stressful time in life. Scott's rates are excellent-competitive, and SO worth it. The crew was just incredible.... on time, SUPER efficient and extremely careful with their time, coming in under their estimate, but we compensated them anyway, and then some! Everything that gives you pause about hiring movers is not true with these guys-they totally break the mold with an extremely professional crew and a very nice, communicative, and thorough booking system. Thank you so much! Alex and Jason were excellent. Although we tried to be as prepared as possible, they took the extra professional step of making sure our furniture was well wrapped and secure. This is the best moving experience we have ever had. We had no damage or scratches on any of our furniture or the walls and floors. When we arrived at our new home, the painting crew was still finishing up. Your guys moved everything in the garage and worked with the painters so our 3 very large pieces could be moved in the house. I will give you the maximum stars possible on every site on which we can leave a review. I also appreciate the good communication between your office and us. Loved the inventory list. Appreciated the excellent explanation upfront about costs and we were well-prepared when settling the final invoice. What a great company! These were the slowest, least efficient movers I have ever had. They took 20 minutes re-parking their truck as soon as they got there (after I had signed the arrival time.) They were supposed to follow me to the storage unit I was moving to, and they had everything in the truck ready to go/ said they would be right behind me, and I waited almost a half hour for them to show up at the storage unit. They would lift one single bistro chair off the stack at a time, carry one leg of a table at a time, and I had to tell them several times that I needed certain things at the front of the storage unit. They took 4 hours and 15 minutes to move my small one bedroom apartment to a storage unit that was 9 minutes away. They did not pad my furniture to move it, my expensive art was not shrink wrapped, and they complained that they were thirsty even after I had shared bottled water with them. I have no idea if anything is even broken or damaged, because I moved into a storage unit. read more

We chose Soft Touch Moving simply by having the best rate we came across (we used Groupon to find the deal but booked directly with the company themselves instead of buying through Groupon and got the same deal). Anyways, we had a great experience! I especially want to give MAJOR credit where the credit is due to one of the specific men of the two movers we got, his name is Alex. Alex is such a hard worker! He was friendly, caring of our belongings and his worth ethic in general was just amazing! We moved from a 2nd story complex to a 2 story town home and he killed this move for us! I read complaints on movers being slow basically running the time to make more money and this dude was not the case. He literally came in and concord! I can't put all of my thoughts into words but I specifically had to stop our unpacking process now just so I could leave a review to give him the 5 stars he deserves! I will be suggesting Soft Touch to anyone in the Phoenix area who is moving, even if they aren't thinking about hiring movers! Absolutely fantastic customer service from the phone call when booking, to wrapping up the move.our movers, Scott, Mario and JD are extremely professional but relaxed and friendly! Upon arrival (which was even earlier than I anticipated! Yay!) they asked for a quick tour, went over the inventory list I had sent in prior to my move, and got started. They provide their own moving blankets, cling wrap and other necessary supplies. They wrapped and moved all of my furniture very quickly from house to house, placing all furniture in the correct room and location! As someone who had never hired movers, but heard the horror stories, I was slightly anxious for the move, but have never been so pleasantly surprised. THANK goodness for SOFT TOUCH moving! Moving can be a nightmare. Things get broken, things get lost, things aren't packed properly or sorted properly....the list goes on and on. My husband and I have had to move quite a few times for his job so we have had more experience than we have wanted with Movers. Out of all of the Movers that we have used across the country, SOFT TOUCH MOVING was by far our BEST EXPERIENCE. The team worked hard to utilize literally every single inch of our moving containers. They came on time, they were prepared, they were friendly and professional. Communication from beginning to end was exemplary. Their bid was accurate both in timing and cost. We hired Scott and his crew to help us load our truck. We had a big uhaul truck and we had to move a big 3000 sqft house from Arizona to California. We were sure that it was impossible to fit everything in the truck. The team did such an amazing job!! They packed everything so well in plastic and in blankets! Everything reached perfectly and not a single thing broke or cracked during the 14 hour drive! They were extremely courteous, v punctual, v organized, v gentle with the items, v quick and v v reasonably priced! We just hired them randomly off craigslist and we considered ourselves so lucky that we came across them! We would recommend them v highly to anyone who needs help moving and would hire them again in a heartbeat. Best of luck guys! read more

There are not enough positive adjectives to describe the excellence of this moving company. John and Dakota were beyond professional from the beginning to the end. Never once did they complain or say "they can't move that"! We had a terrible experience with Arizona Discount Movers and had reservations that we may have the same negative experience. Soft Touch Moving Company exceeded in everyday way. They showed up on time, moved even things that were not "boxed", never stopped for a minute to take a break, chat, or smoke like our previous said moving company! ! We hired Soft Touch to move all our stuff about two miles away from our current location. From the initial contact, the estimate process, the call before arrival, arrived on time, the packing, transportation, and unpacking, was all done very professionally and quickly. They provided us with moving boxes at a discounted rate. On the moving day, garment boxes were provided for our use. Furniture were padded and shrink wrapped. Bed frames and furniture were broken down and setup. Mattress were bagged. All for a two mile move. They asked directions for the placement of items and boxes; provided valid suggestions as well. I moved here from California a year ago and soft touch unloaded the pod I had. They did such an amazing job that I just used them again. The level of care they put into taking care of my stuff is unreal. The movers I had were just amazing both times. The way that the movers talked to each other is almost like they are family and have been doing this forever. They were so respectful, carrying and nice. Biggest thank you to all the movers Scott, Tom, Adam, Victor, Jose, Rick, Mario and Joe. What a pleasure to to have met such a wonderful team of young men! We used soft touch to do packing and move our four bedroom home into a two bedroom condo. We had a crew of six and two trucks. We put half of our belongings in there storage as we did down size a lot! The men were very detailed as they labeled everything very clearly. It made unpacking a breeze. Everything arrived intact and nothing was broken. The move was organized and professional as it gets! They rolled out the red carpet at both our home and condo. Daniel and Jose from soft touch moving made my move a piece of cake! Thank you guys so much for taking so much care of my items and wrapping things to make sure nothing was damaged. They also set up my bed in my new apartment which made my work week a lot easier! Not sure how you guys did it in the az summer heat and got it done so fast. They also followed all safety measures for Covid and stepped back if I ever had to walk by (sorry guys! I felt I was in your way) they were very respectful. Theres a lot more to say but all that matters is that I highly HIGHLY recommend this company and will see you guys again when my lease is up :D read more
