That is more than triple the original price in under a year. When I contacted management to raise concerns, I was told they can increase the rent however and whenever they want, and that if I don't like it my only option is to vacate the unit. That response is unreasonable, particularly given that customers cannot easily move their belongings on short notice--especially when living out of state. This pricing structure feels intentionally designed to lure customers in with a low introductory rate and then impose steep, frequent increases once their property is stored. I would not recommend this location to anyone who expects fair, transparent, or stable pricing. The BBB & Attorney General are currently investigating their practices.

He was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us. Recently I had different storage needs. Christina also greeted us with a big smile and went way above and beyond to accommodate us. I have used this storage center for over 20 years. I am not sure when US Storage took over, but…read moresince then the service has deteriorated. When I worked the only time I could go to the unit was during the noon hour. This was before there was a door that could be open with code. 9 times out of 10 the office would be closed and I couldn't get in. The new door made access easier except when it didn't work, which was more than a few times. Last weekend I was unable to enter because the door was down and the staff took the weekend off. This was incredibly inconvenient and cost me a weekend of Christmas decoration. When I finally was able to contact a live person a very weak apology was given. My unit has been broken into twice. They did make adjustments to the door which seems to have solved that problem. The cost of the unit goes up every year and the service goes down. Lates fees are oppressive so pay on time. Don't expect any compensation from them if you can't access unit. If you wonder why I'm still with them the answer is I am disabled and I would have to first find another unit and then hire a mover. As soon as I am able that is what I will do. To summarize the customer service here is the worst I have ever had to deal with. If by some chance someone from US Storage try's to call me, I have tried to change the contact number multiple times . Every time they call they call the line they told me they would change.

I love that they provide a bunch of carts that you can use to load and unload. My unit it located right outside of the elevator in the basement so it's super convenient when moving a lot of work boxes. All in all, I've been thrilled with my experience so far and my husband is SUPER happy to not have boxes on boxes of work supplies taking up space in our garage. :) I also think it's very affordable for an air conditioned unit (almost a must here in AZ, unless you're just storing paper!). You can set up auto payments as well through your own portal so that you never miss one!

The dude who runs the place is actually a great guard so you can trust your stuff here. There's a rule here, if someone pulls into the gate in front of you, you can't just follow. You have to still enter your code. Well I accidentally broke that rule and the dude who runs the place pulled up on me quick, making sure I'm a tenant and not a thief. I think he lives there so you have that security 24/7. That's better than that big box chain in my opinion.
