As we were packing we discovered the amount of items we needed to store were expanding. Judy realized they didn't have a 3rd unit and called several other local storage facilities in an attempt to help me locate one. When that didn't come to fruition, Judy emptied the unit they use to store their items for the facility and rented that to me as well. The place is clean and secure. Easily accessed. If I ever need storage again, I will call Greenway Mini Storage first. And I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks.

Her positive attitude is contagious. She helped me with my storage needs. She was very thorough. She walked me through the property. The property is very nice. It looks brand new and extremely clean. It is centrally located, and unlike most climate controlled facilities. That one is actually cold inside. One of the things I noticed while touring the property was Renee knew all the renters that were on the property by name. I thought was wonderful. Throughout my three visits to the property to Renée was on site. One thing I will mention is being a store manager. I seen her personally with the cleaning cart and gloves on cleaning storage units cleaning as well as the facilities. As a manager myself, I thought her leading my example was amazing. She also checked on me to make sure I was doing OK because it was hot outside while unloading my U-Haul unit. She's very hands-on. She has a great personality. This store facilities is a very lucky to have her. I would highly recommend the facility based off of how clean it is, how well kept it, it's very centrally located in Phoenix. And of course, because of Renee.

They live on-site which is super convenient if you ever have an issue you need help with. They've got plenty of units, including some that are climate controlled. They're staffed 9-6, with 24 hour gate access. The facility is between Greenway and Bell, near 12th St. I like it because it's close to main roads, but not on them. Weeks later, got an email saying I stayed too long overnight and was threatened with losing 24-hour access -- despite the facility advertising 24/7/365 gate access in writing, on their site and in their own emails. Then came a rent increase notice from $102 to $215/month, more than double. My partner won't even go back during business hours after how Colleen treated her. Found comparable climate-controlled storage elsewhere for a fraction of the price. Disappointing after such a strong start.

However, she just looked so annoyed that we were there. We kept our questions very brief and did receive answers and basic costs. Hoowever, it was the attitude that just had us stop there and leave. As soon as we got outside of the building, we both looked at each other and said "Dang she had attitude, we'll go somewhere else..." When I arrived at the facility, the unit I reserved was no longer available, office staff put me in a slightly larger unit outside for the same rate. I was grateful and very appreciative for working to find a unit on the property. All this took place Late '25, I just received (March '26) a notice that the unit price is increasing 50%. I contacted Customer service about the enormous increase and was told "Market increase". Yes, they did give me a 30-day notice, but this is an underhanded increase. CS did say they could try to look for alternative discounts that may apply to me... Yes, CS said they could "Try"... a good company would do that immediately when contacted. Boy I sure don't want to put them out at all. Ultimately nothing was done to address this unprecedented 50% increase. I will point out I am a Autopay customer, never late, no issues. The locals may be nice and friendly but corporate is disconnected and only wants your money. Buyer BEWARE, they will screw you down the line. I would not recommend.

The entrances time is between 6 AM to 9 PM, that would seem like a lot of time but for me it isn't. I WFH and I log in at 6:30. Job #3 I go in at 6 PM. There is little to no time for me to get to my unit. That is a drawback to me. I just need the hours extended a little more. Besides that the place is great.
