I have stored with UHaul, Extra Space (dear god no!), and other small names (usually go with these..) and just like I wrote.. these "smaller" or lesser known/non-corporate big dawgs are usually the way to go! Extra space auctioned off illegally some sentimental items that I should sue for. Uhaul turned into a whole ordeal that was ridiculous. But this Tri-city Storage for my move across the country that I could not fit everything in my car for at last minute has been SO PLEASANT! They were amazingly nice for needing a unit last minute, then my stuff didn't fit (what a shock), so I needed another one. You'd think they would price gauge me like the other guys.. nope! Got a second one in no time, moved in late, was out late, it was THE ONE NIGHT it poured rain in Phoenix ugh! I got to utilize their complimentary moving truck WHAT A GODSEND! The employee(s) are so friendly and easy going. They have text reminders for payments. They aren't nazis about making payments if you forget. Uhaul charges hundreds of dollars plus interest if you are a Minute late. Seriously. Not here. You need to pay your bills, but they won't knock your door down if you are human. Which we all are! And being all the shit hit the fan on my 2,500 mile drive across country the last thing I needed to worry about was my stupid storage units with some of my most valuable things in them! I got rid of everything but my most valuable items so in my units are some seriously worthless but priceless to me items.. if anything happened to them I'd be devastated. While driving across country a semi dumped all its cargo right in front of me and cracked all my wheels while I had no choice but to run over it all. While this was happening did I want to hear about late storage bills or water damage or a break in?? No! Thank you tri city for being a fantastic storage facility and taking care of my stuff and having your shit together while I didn't! I'll be back soon to somehow haul all my crap across the country too - in the mean time I'm glad I can trust your facility to take care of my things and not be a**holes in the meantime My facility is on McKellips but I'm pretty sure they have quite a few in the valley, have been around for a while and actually belong to a large owner business but you'd never know because they act and operate like mom and pop owners. They have pay online, and sms communication and the facility feels safe at night. Thanks guys!

The LED lighting in the locker area turns on and off automatically and can also be manually switched on or off. Lockers are available in two sizes: 3' x 3' and 4' x 3'. Each locker is approximately 3'7" high. You can buy a lock there or bring your own. As I have moved around the country, I have encountered several wine storage cellars over the years. We found the answer. It was Hampton's Moving Services, from Cave Creek, Arizona. And it turns out that the best movers we have ever used, by far, quoted us the lowest price too! After all these years, we have accumulated a lot of stuff. And we were moving it all a pretty long distance. So, we had to find someone that we could afford who could handle our move. We found Kevin (Hampton) and Melissa (Edwards). Kevin and Melissa do things very differently. First of all, they took the time and made the effort to come to our house in Arizona to see for themselves what we were going to be moving. Try to find any other moving company who does that. You won't! Once they saw what we had to move they gave us a price. The price they gave us was all-inclusive. And we paid exactly what they said we would be paying. There were no extra charges. There were no hidden costs. There were no surprises. Period. They also told us that everything would fit into one truck, that only our belongings would be on that truck, that they would load the truck on Saturday morning in Arizona, and that they would unload the truck in Washington on Monday. They also told us that only their employees would load and unload the truck, and that they trained their employees themselves. Everything they told us was true. They spent less than 5 hours loading the truck on Saturday, and they spent about 4 hours unloading everything on Monday. While they were driving from Arizona to Washington, we flew from Phoenix to Bellingham, Washington with our two dogs. Nothing was damaged, nothing was missing. Everything was placed in our new home exactly where we asked them to put it. There were no cross words, no temper tantrums, no arguments, and no dirty looks. Our car was not scratched, dented, or damaged in any way. Kevin, Melissa, and Horst love to move people's things from point A to point B. They enjoy moving things to a new place in the same town or to a city on the other side of the country. They take pride in their work. They enjoy doing things right and doing things efficiently. They work very hard, and they smile the whole time. They care about their customers and their customers' things. They enjoyed moving us. My wife and I were very fortunate to have Kevin, Melissa, and Horst move our household and our car from Arizona to Washington State. We could not have chosen a better moving company to handle our long-distance move. Not for love or money! Who are you going to trust with your belongings?

When we decided to move back to Arizona in July 2024, of course we hired them again. However, this time they used pickup crews on both ends, with very disappointing results: -- There was no inventory of boxes and their contents. Instead, items were jammed into random, mislabeled boxes. (After days of searching, I finally found my office computer in the garage, at the bottom of a box labeled "Books."). -- Careless packing and/or handling caused hundreds of dollars of damage. -- Adding insult to injury, they charged us $350 more than the contract price. All attempts to resolve the problems have failed. They ignored multiple email or phone messages, and eventually responded by accusing us of harassing them because we are "old and bored with nothing to do." I gave them ample warning about this review update, practically begging them for a negotiated settlement, but my emails and text messages went undelivered, apparently because they have blocked communication. What a way to treat a customer!
