Jeff and his crew (Roy, Matthew & Aidan) came up with a solution for me that was very workable. They came out 2 days before the move and completely loaded up a U-Haul. They came back 2 days later with their truck and loaded up the balance of my property, moved both trucks to my new location and unloaded both. These guys worked like dogs, but very efficient and friendly dogs! They were extremely careful with my stuff, and the only thing that got broken was a piece that I transported myself. I should have let them do it. They came in under what their original time / cost estimate was. The first time I met Jenny, I was not well and in need of help going through things in my home to decide what to ship to my other out of state home. Never overbearing, her helpful suggestions were well thought out always keeping in mind my needs. She carefully organized, packed, measured and weighed each box so that everything was was ready to be picked up at my front door. Jenny also photographed donations for my records then dropped them off at the donation center for me. Because I had planned on being away for months, Jenny suggested then took photos of my good silver that I was not moving so that I would have it for insurance purposes. Something I had not even thought about. Months later, when I decided to stay longer at at my other home, Jenny helped me once again. She went to my house and found everything on the list I sent her then professionally packed and shipped it all to me. There were many sentimental and fragile items. Everything arrived on time in perfect condition. Most recently, Jenny came to my rescue once again when I decided to sell my home. Downsizing and moving to another state is overwhelming and extremely stressful. Because of COVID I could not return. I was totally dependent on Jenny's expertise. It was a huge job. Doing this remotely via phone, photos and FaceTime felt like an impossible task but Jenny made it all seem so effortless. All of the big name interstate movers turn down small sized interstate moves. I must have called 12 different movers; which included the well known companies and some of the smaller ones. The local companies are happy to take your business for intrastate moves; but not interstate moves. I was concerned when no contract was required by Brandon. However, this guy can be trusted to perform what is agreed upon with just using text messaging. He is also very careful with fragile pieces; taking great care in delivering them in one piece. Some movers suggested shipping our boxes. However, this is not an inexpensive option. Plus ,unlike Brandon, who carries your boxes out of the unit and into your destination ( we have three levels ); the usual shippers require delivery to the store and drop off at the eventual destinations front stoop. As for cost, considering Brandon is flexable about pickup and delivery; the small extra amount is well worth it!!! Paul H.

We loved that they charged in 15 minute increments instead of have to pay a whole hour if they are over 5 minutes. They were on time and worked so fast but were very careful with all of our stuff.
