The Managers at this location in Modesto have been extremely helpful.Angel is a very sweet, funny, outgoing women, she takes pride in providing excellent customer service to her customers. I am a returning customer and I have to say that they have kept up every unit, they are cleaned thoroughly and reasonably priced.The grounds are kept up nicely. This location has made it very accomadable for customers with busy lives to still having late access through the gate, your not going to find many storages in this area that are open 7 days a week and open till 10 pm. Although this location can get very busy, Angel has always made me feel that I am acknowledged when I walk through their door. Having Angel and her husband living on the premises makes me feel secure that my storage is safe at all times. I was calling around to different storage places for our trailer, and no spaces available . So I called Security Self Storage and also no space either. The manager Tally said she would put me on a waiting list, that sometimes comes available sooner than you think. I said sure that would be great!! Two weeks later she called me with the good news that a storage space has become available and did I want it. I was so happy I said what do I need to do to rent it. I have returned to using Security Public Storage after a period away, and using a differe t local storage and not a minute to soon. Competitive rates, good hours, and a more than competent staff who , that even when busy, each customer recieved proffessional service, accurate information and for me thet were in the office. I am pleased with there service, and recommend this facility for all your storage needs in the greater Modesto area Unlike there Escondido, Ca facility which is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I like this place because it's close to my house, it's easy to get to, the hours are flexible, and the staff is very helpful and friendly whenever I need to come and resolve an issue or make a payment. The unit that I have fits perfectly for my needs but they also offer variation in sizes should I need to decrease or increase my unit size in the future. I liked that when I first moved here, they had some good deals for me to sign up, so it was super affordable, as well as easy to get into. Just started with this SPS and I have to go say the staff are friendly, professional and very helpful. Gave me a tour of the facility and it is a lot bigger on the inside than the outside. Clean facilities and very secure. Called earlier in the week to ask about pricing and whatnot and the person I spoke to was Tally, very friendly and helpful, she and Steve made everything easy to understand. A nice place to store all kinds of things. They provide certain supplies to you if you're short on them. These supplies are boxes or locks for your storage unit. It's also incredibly nice that they have a wonderful and friendly staff on hand. I never find myself waiting too long to helped whenever I came in to pay for my unit.
