Pedro and William did an amazing job and worked almost non-stop to get everything done. They were on time, but seriously, they left a LOT of stuff behind. We had to scramble to overload a car and an suv, and clean in a very short time. We left behind way too much but had no choice. I feel that this company should have come with another truck and finished the job we paid for. Our TV stand also has 3 broken legs- they told us about 1. We are 73 and 85 years old, so the last minute packing shouldn't have been up to us. read more

I called around a few places and their rates are very reasonable considering they are licensed/insured/bonded. 3 (very professional) guys in 2 hours filled my 16ft POD with room to spare! They were careful and mindful of our stuff. They really did turn it into the Mary Poppins POD. I kept adding to the "if it fits pile" because they made it happen. Let me start off by saying that we decided to go with this moving company because of the 5 star reviews. Don't let that fool you. My window was 9-10 am, but they sent the movers 2 hours lateand not only that when I was called by the company about this issue it seemed like they were double booked. When the movers arrived, it didn't seem like they were prepared to pack because there was no bubble wrap used. When I had my consultation I was told everything would be provided. I'm very disappointed with this process. I'm more so upset with the company than the workers, they did the job they were told to do. When I asked at payment time what the company could do to make it right, there was no compensation or anything. For these reasons, I would not go with this company again. read more

The best hands down. Jas is awesome and the admin staff are without question the best. They are timely, responsive, professional and quality-driven. They are great with follow-up and resolve. Pedro, Kenard, Terry, Jas, Roy, and Dawonne took the bull by the horns and accomplished a phenomenal yet cumbersome task in moving us and they did it without incident. We have a lot of custom-made and heavy furniture that isn't very mover friendly, but they were able to handle it like a charm. Make sure you do a walkthrough before and after with them! The more I look around the more damage I see to my furniture- very frustrating- there are holes in the side of my couches ! These were brand new couches... couldn't have happened any other way but during the move. Worked hard and got the job done. Long day. Respectful and easy to work with. BUT no walkthrough done at the end and there are a lot of scratches and dings and chips on furniture. Nightstands have a chunk out and scratches, rug has grease on it, dressers have scratches. Tv condole has chunk out of it...I expected some, but there are a lot. The wood floor of the home we moved out of was scratched in several places, the wall got a nice dent. My kids saw them use furniture stain to cover a scratch on couch. I wish they had been upfront about damage caused. I wish they had been a walk through before and after. read more

Long review.. So a little over a year ago my grandparents moved out of their house and needed to store their things while they traveled for a while.. They called pack it up movers and from there Cheli and Jas got the ball rolling. They picked up basically their whole house/life including beds, heavy tables, a piano, etc. and took it to a "vault" for it to be stored till they were ready to buy a house and have them move everything in. Fast forward 8ish months it was time to move in. During that 8 month period my grandma unfortunately got diagnosed with breast cancer for the second time in her life and had been going through Chemo. So I had called Cheli and told her which day we needed to move in (time crunch due to chemo schedule) and even though Jas was going to be unable to make it that day (which he ended up being able to come by at the end) they understood the severity of our timeline and still made it happen for us. Everything was delivered and set up making it easy for my grandparents because they didn't have to do a thing but direct the guys on where things go. The guys put together all the beds, placed all the furniture exactly how my grandparents wanted it, hooked up all the appliances and so much more. The crew was great! Very hard workers and very respectful of all the furniture and the home. They were extremely careful and most definitely hustled! But I do have to say that Cheli and Jas were so kind to my grandma during this difficult time and that is the part that I truly appreciate... Anytime I call, Cheli asks how my grandma is doing and it seemed like she really cares which has made this experience even better. After our world being flipped upside down, it was so nice and a huge relief knowing that this big move would be hassle free.. Fast forward like 4 months.. When I was finally ready to bring the items to my house from my storage I knew right away that I just had to call pack it up movers to help me! Just today they moved a very old and sentimental piano, and an extremely heavy garage storage cabinet for me and they did an awesome job! The customer service, and the pride that they put into everything they do is just phenomenal! Showed up on time and did a fairly good job. Communication was great with Jas. I would recommend you pack up those breakable things (like lamps) ahead of time or just transport them yourself. Otherwise a lot of movers' "billable" hour will be spent on wrapping things up - which is necessary for them because they don't want to break your things. I deducted one star because a piece of wall was chipped off when they when they moved furniture upstairs. The guy said they will call me to fix it at later time but never did. We hired two guys and a truck to pack up the house. They did not wrap the kitchen table, the antique buffet, wood chest of drawers, dresser, nor the book shelves. The dining room table did not have any hardware to put it together. There were shoe prints on the chest of drawers and power tools placed on the buffet. As boxes were placed in the house they were placed all over and in different rooms. We found a box marked kitchen flatware fragile in the master bath. This was the norm. I used this company in my previous move and they were great so I ended up calling again them this time. From the very beginning everything was very professional. Jaz responded immediately to my request. He gave me the estimate and we sat up a moving date. He confirmed the day before the move and all looked good OMG! Those guys are AMAZING! We had anticipated to spend around 4-5 hours of moving time for a 3 bedroom house considering most of the furniture was going to stay in the old house because the buyers were keeping it. The day before the move the deal fell through and we had to cancel the new furniture orders and move the old ones to the new house. The move ended up taking 12 hours!!! I can't describe how strong, fast, very well mannered and super nice the guys were. Kenar, the leader, looked like a 15 yers old kid with a strength of 10 guys combined. I was shocked by his abilities to handle HUUUUGE pieces of furniture and maneuver it so efficiently and expertly without any damages. Pedro and Roy were just as great. Despite the amount of time to finish the move and the extremely heavy loads they had to deal with, they were energetic, funny and over all absolutely wonderful. I feel a huge amount of gratitude for this crew. I know it's their job but they did it so well and went along with the unexpected changes and finished it perfectly! They went above and beyond what was expected with no complaints. Of course we ended up paying double of what we originally anticipated but nothing in this move went according to the original plan. They are responsive when you call for a quote, but the 2 men that moved our belongings were horrible. First they were late. They broke our TV stand and acted like it was already broken, but that TV sat on our dresser for years and we see it daily and it was NEVER broken. When they moved our piano, they scratched the laminate floor and did not take responsibility for it. Dishonest and sloppy men. We did not say anything because we were afraid of retaliation.
