The quality of service started at the top. I requested to have some packers to help prepare the house. They sent Ashley to sort, donate and prep the house. Ashley worked with my friend. Ashley's empathy, kindness, guidance and outstanding work ethic has saved the day. She will continue to help at the new place making it a smooth transition. It truly takes someone with heart to help in the middle of chaos. The move turned out to be a long and rough move. Caleb and Jaq started the move and then was joined by Ben and Jacob. I would change my move date if the Grace movers were not available. They are that good. They have moved me and my family more than 10 times in the last 5 years and i have never had a complaint. After a few asks for recommendations, I was referred to Grace Moving and I am glad I did. Their estimator was prompt, professional and thorough with his visit to provide me with his same day quote which happened to come in under the 3 others I was previously quoted. Our move involved a very tight window of time between receiving keys to our new home around 1p and having to be out of our existing home by 5p. During the initial consult it was clear to me that the estimator (sorry for forgetting his name) had my best intentions. Our load was not huge and he confirmed it would be a half day job at most but would still meet their minimum hours per job. He offered ways I could save money by helping move things into a central location or point out more as they are in the processing of moving the day of. Vincent and Edgar (movers) arrived as scheduled and immediately offered a warm thank you and handshake for choosing their services for our move. Courteous doesn't do them justice. Our movers were wonderful, very careful with all of our things, extremely respectful in every conversation. They went above and beyond. The office staff was easy to work with and communicated well. With so much going on as you can imagine moves are pretty hectic, I missed a detail on the estimate stating it was final, the movers finished about 2 hours earlier than expected and mentioned there could be a small credit, no credit was able to be obtained due to that detail.
