We needed to rent a storage unit and found Security Public Storage. They had big sized storage units that we needed, and same day availability to boot!! The employees have been very friendly and helpful, except one (but I think they were a substitute and not the usual crew we see). Kat, Ashley, and Ashley have been great! The access hours are 7 days a week (except major holidays) from 6am -- 10pm. I wish they were open a little later even a few hours later (like midnight). But I don't think that will change anytime soon, if at all. :( All-in-all, I would recommend, especially when they run specials. It is a great deal. read more

So far so good. I researched several different places in the area before signing up here. Everyone I worked with was great, Angela & Kat yesterday and Anthony today. I was given a 6 mo discount rate followed by a comparison rate per month after. The unit was clean upon arrival. Anthony was very detailed on explaining everything from insurance to entering and exiting. Biggest feature I like the most is that each unit is individually alarm, just another added security measure besides locked gate on entrance & exit, and camera system. Wow!!!! Extremely rude. Absolutely terrible customer service. We walked in this establishment to buy approximately 60 to 80 boxes for moving purposes. We were never greeted properly. We were instantly told to get out because there can only be one customer in there at a time. I asked what the purpose of that was and she stated due to the pandemic. Pandemic regulations have changed. But whatever..... so I proceeded to wait outside for the customer to finish their business so I can then go inside with my wife. The rude lady behind the counter then proceeded to tell me I'm not sure what you're not understanding, but there can only be one customer in here. Being that my wife and I are in there I consider that one customer. However apparently you cannot enter the facility with your wife even if you are vaccinated. She continue to be rude and mouth off to us. I then told my wife to go to the truck. She immediately said yes go to the truck, I'm not sure why you're not understanding "I have told you three times". Very disrespectful, and condescending. I will never do business with this establishment. I will also be making a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They just lost a customer and hopefully many more once you read this. I took these pictures of the outside of the business so I can document and confirm the address on yelp. The rude lady and a gentleman (Anthony) that was not wearing a mask comes out to yell at me and state that I am not allowed to take pictures, because it is illegal. I am formed him that it was in fact not illegal, and he was crazy. He took a picture of myself and my truck (great job Anthony). I will never be coming back to this establishment. I used to rent alot from Uhaul but never at this location and now I know why!!! This is the very worst experience I ever had with Uhaul! First nothing about mileage was mentioned if they would have I would have rented a bigger uhaul for 50 and could have kept overnight! But no I get this dirty truck ,that you can barely look through windshield! The inside wasn't even wiped down you can tell cause it was dirty! Now because I'm on fixed income i had to drive to pickup used bed frame, just to be charged 200 for sacramento and back REALLY!!!!! I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW HOW YOU DID ME!!!!!! I haven't had any problems with this business thus far. However, I am a little concerned about bugs I have seen coming out of one unit close to ours. I have no idea what they were, but I certainly don't want them in our unit. I was upset though that when we opened the unit after the last season, everything was covered in a layer of dirt (or heavy dust). Whatever it was, I had to spend quite a bit of time cleaning off what we had to move out. The bird feces and guk we had to clean out of the hallway to take our things out was pretty gross. (Spent extra time sweeping and cleaning the hallway enough to take our things out. ) But all in all...ok. read more
