Our family has two trailers at this location, we found out both were broken into when retrieving them. One had the door handled tampered with and the other completely entered and damage done. The front office states they "called everyone" but neither received a call nor voicemail. In addition to this lie, they offered no level of apology, remorse, compensation, or any type of solution. When told that we would be looking for a new storage option, they did nothing to retain good existing customers. Who knows if they fixed the security issue, but clearly the way they handled the issue across the board shows they do not care about their customers or the property being stored. Take your toys elsewhere -- it's not worth it.
