The service was AMAZING I had met the manager Ralphina a few days prior to moving into my unit & she was so friendly, super respectful, my 4 year old son loved her as well and he's not to fond of many . She definitely made sure I was comfortable there , It might not mean a lot to some people but it means a lot to long time customers! p.s- the day I officially moved into my unit I found out it was one of my friends moms that was helping me!! which made me feel better I moved into a 10x20 & The unit was super clean and very nice.Thank you so much for the amazing service!! read more

Clean and well managed site with easy access except you don't have 24-hour access. I think the earliest is 7:30AM. It's one of the cheapest in Modesto but monthly rates have gone up twice since I've had it. read more

I am very familiar with the storage industry and its operations and I am exceptionally pleased with this facility. Before I spoke to staff I knew I wanted to use this facility; very close to where I lived and a FREE moving truck to use. Storage unit is clean and easy to access. Office staff was friendly and able to answer my questions. I would have preferred a unit smaller than the 10x15 I have, but apparently there were none of that size left. As a single woman, I like the security feature that requires security codes both entering and exiting property. Clean, courteous and convenient. read more

I was very new to the whole renting a storage. When I first called I was greeted by a very polite and patient lady. She offered to hold the space for me until the end of the business day (something other storage places don't do) Later that afternoon when I went to do all my paper work I was greeted by the same lady. She immediately knew who I was which made me feel like I was important not just a monthly number to them. She explained the whole process to me from a-z as she knew I was new to all of this. I didn't feel any pressure or obligated to purchase anything I didn't need (unlike other places wanted to shove a $20 lock down my throat) I am really confident that the customer service will continue to be great. read more

good: the management was really friendly. They set us up with one storage that we thought would fit our stuff but when we tried to fit everything in and when they saw this they offered to switch the lockers at no charge. They really helped us during a time when we needed it and If i need a storage after this time I'll be sure to go back here. I never had to put anything into storage and was very nervous about it, but when i found Yosemite Self Storage, the process turned out easier then i thought. Michelle was the lady i was dealing with and she was awesome! She walked me through the processs and made me feel comfortable. One thing that i really liked was that they let me use there moving truck for free and provided there own driver, i payed nothing out of my pocket for this service. I needed to be out of my residence ASAP and there moving truck was not available, but Michelle said she would drive the truck herself if need be. She was going to go above and beyond to make sure i was taken care of and that meant so much to me. Very nice people and clean facility. Thank you Michelle!! read more
