We have used Master Storage now for 4 years and have been very happy with their service. Love that they have covered units for trailers that are easy to pull in and out of along with a dump station on site. Electricity is also available if needed . Security with electric fencing feels more secure than others facilities we have used in the past. We will definitely recommend to friends for their storage needs. read more

Well if you want security this is not the place. In fact the management will open your unit based on your word that you are who you say you are and never ask you to show an ID. The new management has no clue what security is. Recently I learned my storage unit was found open approximately one month ago without my lock on it. You would think that would be a great time to notify the renter your unit was unsecured. Not with this management. Granted they secured it with their own lock but only after everything of value had been removed, not by me or anyone I asked to remove it. I was always current on rent for the past two years and was never notified that the previous owners recently sold the business to someone else. If you ask me, these people are shady. They never notified me of the change in ownership and within a month of new ownership my stuff is gone. The guy who claimed to be the manager said he remembered a woman came to the office claiming to be my wife. She was upset about not being able to get into the unit. He said he then helped her. When I called the sheriff to take the report of theft, the manager then denied helping the unknown female open the unit. He then gave three different stories to the Deputy on how he made contact with the female. And how convenient that the video cameras they have, they could not show to me or the deputy. Your stuff is not secure at this place. They will not cooperate if your stuff is stolen but will cooperate with thieves who want to take your stuff. read more

Very smart mouthed Customer Service. Jesus who works there and answers the phone is very chauvinistic. He didn't seem to appreciate a women expressing dissatisfaction. They can't seem to get the automatic payment problem solved. It's been 5 months and it's still not resolved. I set up the auto payment for a specific date but it never happens on that date. Jesus seems to think it's not a big deal as long as the payment is posted by the 10th of every month but it is a big deal.. I need to know what day to expect the payment to post so I can make sure I have enough money in my banking account to cover it!! Personal contact information and emergency contact information was changed to someone I don't even know. My phone number as well as my husbands phone number was changed to a number I did not recognize and nobody seems to know how or why it happened and Jesus actually had the nerve to be offended because I was upset, worried and concerned. The office help is very unprofessional and for all the reasons above I do not recommend Master Storage. read more

I am shocked at what I found in my storage unit, not once but multiple times. On several occasions we told the management that we had rat issues. In those times, not once did they tell us we needed insurance for that. I went in to pull my mattress and we found rat droppings and urine. It was disgusting! My mattress was destroyed. We also found condoms on a couple of occasions we assume the rats dragged in. When we reached out for a solution through the management and owners, no one ever gave us a solution. I lost over 6k worth of valuables and when I tried over a dozen times to reach out to them for a solution, no one seemed to have one. At the end, they just started to ignore our calls. So unprofessional. I highly recommend you look around. Don't let the cheap prices fool you. read more
