I have over the years rented many self storages and Jeanice went far an beyond in helping to make the appropriate size unit to rent, she also gave me a great rate. I had called several different self storages in Modesto and Pelandale Self Storage was the least expensive by far. The facility is CLEAN and there is ample surveillance as well as security gates. It was also nice to know that they have Ryder moving trucks and vans on site that are available to rent. I decided that I would rent Ryder van from Pelandale Self Storage as well in order to move my larger belongings and again Jeanice was extremely helpful.
