I have been a tenant at this facility for many years and lately it is going in the wrong direction. Grounds are unkept and overgrown with weeds. I reported the black water tank for the rv dump as being plugged or backed up after my waste tank sprayed all over the grounds. That was in early November and yet as of today it is still out of service. Supposedly they ant find anyone who can repair the issues. I like the place and the people who run the business but if you want to keep raising the rental fees than at least make the facility functional and clean. Katy A. - Thank you for the response. This storage is ALL about MONEY ONLY!!! I don't recommend at all my mom was late on it for two months and she had to pay it plus $200 more to take all her things out. Really upsetting. They only gave her an hour to get her things out. Really bad service and the people there really suck. It's not the first time people had gone to complain. Trying to find a storage unit in Turlock was tough and making me quite nervous. But I found Arco's Storage online and from the beginning it was stress free. I worked with Rachelle and she was so so helpful and got me set up immediately! I have 2 storage container units and they are brand new and clean. I think it is very very clean actually cleaner than most strangeness I've ever been to each unit was it nicely built and has maintained everything just like it was quiet respected everyone was nicer the front desk lady is amazing Sabrina she is absolutely amazing I would go there and rent there just cause of her she went out of her way to help me out who's there every time in but I need to speak with her and was prompt thorough knowledgeable just an amazing amazing front front of house representative of that establishment recommend it to anyone. read more

I moved here from Michigan and, without a place to live yet, had to find a storage space to put all my stuff until I had a home. I chose Arco's because of its location and its new customer deals -- which I found more attractive than other companies' "free first month" offers (which mean "pay us your SECOND month up front and THEN your first month is free"). I'm really, really glad they hooked me with that offer! The storage facility is clean, clean, clean. Easy to get in and out. Layout of the buildings is great. Big mix of different size storage spaces. Of course, the office sells boxes and other moving supplies if you need them. Restroom there is big and clean if you need one while the office is open. The staff is absolutely fabulous! The woman who runs the office is very friendly and helpful. The gentleman who works out on the properties generously offered to help me move my stuff out of my truck and did what he could to make my task easier. I can't say anything about where they store vehicles but, given how the rest of the storage facility is run, I can't imagine things in that part being any different. One thing that might concern some people if you've never used a storage facility (this was my sixth from five different parts of the US): You'll probably notice a lot of bait traps for rodents on the property. There will even be one in your shed. One of the reasons this place is so clean is because of those! Not only are there fields with crops and animals all around, you never know what people will store in the space next to you. Arco's is being very pro-active in controlling what pests may come in from outside by doing this. Just make sure that you don't pick this stuff up with bare hands, and monitor any children or dogs you might bring with you. When I had my dog with me, I would put a box blocking her access to the bait trap. I've rented one storage space in NY that looked fine but on each visit, made me a little more nervous about leaving my belongings there. It's not a good feeling to have when you're at home or work and think of something you need to move from or into storage and that uneasy feeling creeps up on you. You'll never have that concern with this facility. It's extremely well run, well maintained and secure. Putting everything I owned into storage here until I found a permanent home never caused me a moment of concern; rather, it set my mind at ease to know they were here at Arco's. read more

Arco's meets all the storage needs. Close to the freeway, clean, good prices, makes efforts to prevent pests entering your unit and most importantly safe. There were no issues at Arcos for one year of storing there. However this review is for Jessica, the manager, even more than just the storage! When we first got to Delhi, the unit we had planned on renting was not available. She made accommodations and was flexible to make it work for us! Auto payment monthly was easy. Upon move out, any kinks (due to a few errors on my part) were smoothed over easily by Jessica. I'm very appreciate for her making this year of needing storage very easy for us and would definitely store here again if necessary. read more

STOLEN Trailer right out of their facility within days of paying for a spot. The thieves cut the hinge lock. As with almost all storage there is no insurance on stolen property. In all fairness I believe the owner updated their security after this. read more

Just moved my stuff in earlier this month and so far I'm very impressed. We were coming from out of state and we did a lot of research into all the storage facilities in and around the Turlock area and Arco seemed the most promising. I reserved the unit site-unseen and was pleased when I got there. The facility is very clean and well taken care of and management is super friendly. They even give you an awesome bucket of goodies when you move in! Bottled water, snacks, packing supplies, etc. They also called me a couple weeks after moving in to make sure we were happy with their service, which was nice. The site is very secure. Gated, security cameras, and a person who lives on site 24/7 - all things that are important to us. Prices are as good as, if not better than other storage places in the area.
