The staff at Willmott Self Storage have great professional people skills, they make renting there pleasant. I've rented through them before and we currently have (3) storage units and each of them prior to renting was very clean and easy to get to. I feel very safe and secure knowing cameras and monitoring are always running throughout the facilities. Gates and private security codes are another way of knowing your visits are secure. The staff is very nice and helpful. I have three storage units here and have had them for three years. The place is clean, neat, and well monitored. The units are easily accessible. The place is very well maintained. I'm usually the only person in the whole place which is very nice when I'm going through my units and have stuff all over the drives. This is a great storage facility! It is very clean, well kept, and safe. I have been storing some of my stuff there for over a year and have not had any issues whatsoever. STOP!!!!!!....Do not rent your vehicle from this location!!!!! (U-Haul) I was charged a fuel charge when I returned my truck after hours even after I filled the gas tank to the EXACT level I drove off their lot with, they STILL charged me for fuel. After I called the corporate and local #'s they refused to refund me the money stating that it was essentially my word against the employee who checked in the truck the following morning. Meaning I was out not only the fuel charge, but the money I spent to refuel before returning the truck....VERY SHADY.... I will never rent from U-Haul or this location again. It wasn't even really about the money, it was just the principal of the thing, leaving me no recourse...I would suggest if you do still rent from this location that you snap a picture of the fuel tank reading prior to dropping the vehicle off...BIGTIME RIPOFF!!!!!!
