I bought a unit that had went to auction ,sold ,gone through and abandoned again the employees here cleaned it up put the trash back in the boxes, and resold the unit as a "manager special" the previous buyer left a cleaning deposit which should have been used to haul off the garbage left behind instead the unit was manipulated to look better than it was .all together this cost me around 400$ ,again buyers beware

In my opinion, the money saved on these goods offsets the time and money spent traveling to LB. Payment methods. I have paid with both cash and credit card. An after-hours drop box exists for cash payment. Access. The storage unit is closed between 20:30-06:00. Unfortunately, the gate fails sometimes during normal operating hours. Today for instance, I arrived at 07:00 and typed my code without success. I pulled away from the gate, and another patron tried the gate. He drove away without entering. Phone Support. This business is a 9-5 business. Although a cell phone is given for after-hours access, the boss seldom answers her cell phone after hours; in my experience the bosses seldom answer an after-hours phone call, so the behavior of the Pacheco Mini Storage Boss is typical. The hired staff mostly answer the office phone during 9-5 hours. Forgiveness. I am forgetful, so I late with my payment often. Pacheco Mini Storage allows payment until the 10th of the month before a 10$ late penalty is assessed. In my opinion, this perk makes up for the other quarks at this business.
