This location is infested with rats/mice. I stored my belongings here two years. I removed everything last week as I am moving into a house. When I opened the door it smelt like rodent urine. There was droppings all over my belongings. I had to throw away furniture,bedding,clothing. Storing my belongings here has cost me a lot of money. This was brought up to management their solution was that they waved the 60 dollar cleaning fee. Mind you the unit was clean upon my departure besides all the rodent droppings everywhere. Save yourself Money store somewhere else. read more

We have had our rv stored here for a few years. We moved here after having been vandalized at another place. We were broken into about a year ago and had everything stolen, propane tanks, power cord, everything! The owner took no responsibility to make the property safer as he was very aware how they got in which was a simple matter of cutting the fence. He never made any attempt to improve this situation. Well today we were hit again and you guessed it they cut the fence again. This property is very poorly maintained ie: weeds approximately 3 to 4 ft high and about 25-30 feet from the trailers which is a major fire hazard and yes we did ask multiple times for them to be taken care of. They do not clearly mark the spaces or the space numbers. The only reason we got a call today was because the person in the office counted the spaces wrong and called to let us know that there was damage to our trailer, if not we never would have been called to come check out unit out. This is poor ownership not contacting anyone storing their property there. Everyone should have received a call or email about this issue so they could check their unit. Beware these owners do not care about your property or it's well being. They only care about the money coming in and not maintaining the property. read more

They will raise your rent Every 6 to 7 months. My unit was sold at auction. I was in lock down due to covid 19. Lost my job and contracted the virus. I let them know my situation. They would not work with me. So I could save my storage unit from going to auction. read more

Unethical business practices. Tells customer one thing then charges customer arbitrary fees. I even asked if you can confirm that we were told this then will you wave the fee..she said no they will just tell there rep to not do it again but still charge us for the mistake if there was one in their behalf as contract overrides any verbal agreement. I don't think its ethical to engage in conversation contrary to your policy or contract especially when that conversation results in fees on the customers behalf. And if its recognized and confirmed then you should eat the cost of this fee as a business and correct the mistake. Now they won't let me pay my account because there's is an additional charge of $20 on there that shouldn't have been there if they would have not affirmed this in an attempt to charge more fees or continue the lien process. read more

I rented 3 storage unit awaiting my new home to close escrow. In less then 30 days Rats had eaten my sofa, plastic lines on my refrigerator along with my families clothing stored there. they also chewed on Bedroom box springs. I informed Mary, who was the facility manager who witnessed the damages. I asked her who would be responsible, her reply was they were not reliable for any. In small print of the contract ,they has put in not liable for any loss or damages. Upon removing my items 2 days after ,I detected pest control they had under contract on premises. I asked if he would look at some of my damaged item. He confirmed it was Rats, and that he was not ware of it. I also read a review on yelp warning by a former employee of theirs after the fact, they knew of this rodent problem. these people are cold, insensitive and care less about its customers.
