Let me start of by saying, that the customer service is exemplifying. The staff went so far and beyond my expectations. Seeing how me and my family are experiencing a very tough obstacle due to having to move after the owners decided to sell their home, leaving us without a place to move. Despite all this most storages in Modesto were full and did not have a a large enough storage for our items and belongings. Yet, the manager at Ellis was so compassionate and understanding of our needs,that she went above any customer service I have ever received before to help find us a unit that was large enough to store our items. I could not be more appreciative for that, for we were on the breaking end of having to sell most of our items. I truly enjoyed the conversations with the staff, who were extremely friendly and outgoing made my time very enjoyable. The units are extremely clean and super spacious and its in a prime location in Modesto. It's driveway accessible which is important when storing large items. This storage place exceeded my expectations and I know that they will go above and beyond for you as well. You will not regret doing business with Ellis. The staff at Ellis storage made our move less stressfull and their website & online payment options are very user friendly. We used their on site moving truck at very little cost and were done in a day! After checking out multiple facilities we settled on Ellis Storage because they had great reviews of the staff, facility & additional services....and they absolutely lived up to all the great comments! Their website is easy to navigate and pretty much answered all my initial questions about cost/size before calling in. I felt empowered and ready to make contact. Once I did the staff was amazing! The customer service is always sweet and reliable. The storage area is always clean and well maintained. I love that the gate is always locked and I never feel unsafe while getting into my storage. I also feel that my stuff is nicely secure. I love how they make your individual gate passwords easy for you to remember, that is key if you have a horrible memory like I do. They also will provide a lock at the start of your journey with their storage services that is nice and the price is great. Upon reading the web sight I learned as a customer I have a lot of benefits that are truly great and more then ample. For example a truck service for free, online pay, and great discounts to help with the costs. Plus there is video surveillance, which is very comforting. I lost my purse when I was organizing my storage yesterday. Robert, the maintenance guy, was always there helping me to move boxes if I need to. I informed him about it, he immediately notified the manager, Suki. As soon as Suki knew it, she called the next owner of the space beside me, for there were couple of guys who was moving too, while I was there. She was informed they will be back in an hour. To make the story short, when I came back to the storage, Suki has my purse and gave it to me. These staff are efficient, honest and helpful. I got my phone and wallet back. Just recently rented a space here and I tell you everyone from the front desk help to the grounds keeper were extremely pleasant. I had checked around to do the comparisons and I found that not only are they reasonable but the grounds are very well kept and clean. Another attraction to this particular establishment is they offer a truck for their tenants to help with the process of moving your items. Bravo to all the ladies at the front desk. I appreciate the courtesy and kindness the staff have at the Tully location. They are always very helpful. They were not pushy in telling me to rent the storage and they do no ignore me to talk on their cell phones. Also, I noticed their security cameras were working and I'm relaxed knowing my belongings are being watched to help avoid something from being taken to easily. I only have one comment on hours as I sometimes can only get to my storage in the evenings due to my schedule. I would like to have access to my storage unit all hours. Ellis storage has been the home of many of my treasures for several years. The fantastic staff has always been really great. When I started I had a small unit, then as my needs grew they were always there to assist me. Then when my son need a place I recommended Ellis and he was very pleased with the security and the service he received. I appreciate the security, the clean facility and one time when we did not lock our unit properly they called so we could come down immediately and correct it. We went in just to get a price on a unit and see if any were available. They aren't the cheapest units in town, but as soon as we walked in the office I was willing to pay a little more. The lady at the desk was very helpful and friendly. She was patient with us while my husband and I discussed our options. After we signed all the papers she made sure our acess to the gate worked correctly and we knew how to get to our unit. We had our daughter and she drove her and I to the unit after my husband made it through the gate. The entire facility is very clean and the units were well maintained. After just being lied to and told the 1$ first mo didnt apply and basically treated like shit at a competitor storage place, boy was i happy and pleased with Debra who was a pleasure to do business with. No misleading ads or fake pricing to git you in the door. She also was helpful in choosing which rooms and sizes even showing me several. I was locked out of my unit as I had my keys stolen. Robert had the lock cut and replaced in less than Fifteen minutes. I had met a buyer of a tv set I had stored there and he was amazed with the fast response, bought my tv and said he would be a customer in the future when he needed storage. The best staff ever! Ellis Storage @ Tully & Silverwood RV Parking, is one of the bit more expensive storage companies in the area BUT the over all quality and service received are well worth it.
