Be very careful of this company and its poor business practices. We have been with them for just over a year and they have increased their cost twice. The first increase was for 13% their newest increase will be 36%. Customer service is fair and the facility is kept clean for the part. We have had some issues with bugs getting into our unit. I strongly suggest you think twice before using StoreQuest as your storage provider. We will be looking for a better company next year. read more

THEEEEE WORSE PLACE! I have 2 units with them. Been with them for almost a year and my rate has increased every other month. It has almost doubled from when I initially decided to store with them. Ive contacted their guest service regarding the increase. The lady on the phone whom assisted me mentioned she had corrected the amount however , i received my bill and yet it has been corrected. Ive been contacting someone every other month and it's always a problem. I also have it on auto pay. However all of a sudden they decide to miss my payment and not draft my account. They want to charge me fees, when my account is set up on auto pay. I spoke to the manager at this location and he doesn't understand why his system shows 2 different information. and doesn't have an answer for me but told me to call a different number. This company is unprofessional and I will NEVER use this storage place again. Lastly, We had a uhaul and wasn't able to back into our unit. This place is small and doesn't accomodate us as customers. read more

Horrible customer service they give you a teaser special rate $116 a month and then for no good reason after three months they send you a letter it's jumping to $192 this robbery. Smart ass customer service you can call and they'll give you two months back at the original rate but you have to pay the one month at the jacked up rate. Ok, been here quite awhile. Only a few small issues, then this! I'd seen a damaged gate problem on three separate occasions all with a reasonable explanation. Still, an unsecured main gate is NOT the minimum you should expect from a facility you hire on specifically to BE secure. Now it's been over a week. Who knows how long before that! WIDE OPEN. I called of course, reasonable explanation. Ok. Parts coming soon. You've got cameras. This time, gate wide open, I call, nobody staffing the office. Nobody monitoring cameras. My wife and I see three bicycle riding transient types riding back and forth within the grounds. No one to talk to. We are moving out! read more

DON'T DO IT....Besides the difficult access..actually impossible with large truck as others have mentioned. 1) security is actually non-existent. 2) the so called insurance is expensive and possibly a scam. According to MPD there have been 7.... 8 counting ours...units robbed. The unit was entered from the adjoining unit and all that was left were broken and trashed belongings. It was not discovered by any security system, no notification by management. It was discovered when we entered to get some items out. We filed a claim, but were denied because they claimed there was no evidence of illegal entry...huh? So neither the entry code used by customers or any camera security or of any use. The security system should show not just entry to the property but also if we had entered and removed items stored there. All we get from the office is a shoulder shrug and a pitiful sorry. Do yourself a favor and find another storage facility. read more

Securing a unit here took less than 15min for me. Paying, signing, and out the door...literally. This place definitely is not only after your money. They really take care of their customers. Angelica went out of her way to take care of a small issue (more of a mistake than an issue), same day and didn't give me the run around or what so ever like other storage units would if I did have an issue. I'd most def come here anytime to store my goods. Very secure, clean and well maintained. read more

I go to the auctions from this storage place and knew the management there was pretty awesome. Booked the unit online, easy as 1,2,3. Went down to office and picked up security code from them and put our lock on storage. Took less than 15 mins. And we were all done. Plus by booking online got a awesome discount on storage unit rental. read more

Laura is super friendly and helpful. She and Lence made our crazy move so much easier. We had a giant U-Haul and they set us up with a unit across the street so that we could have room to unload. Would highly recommend these guys! read more
