I had searched a couple of months for a storage facility to rent out a unit from. I had searched from Modesto to Manteca but my valuables are memories from my family. It's hard to put a price on such important memories of little ones growing up. I knew I had to find the right place to trust these memories with. Even though I found several other storage places that were less in monthly fees I constantly questioned some of the characters and values of the people running the facilities. Very helpful and super friendly staff! The managers were not only super friendly and helpful but they actually cared about me. One of the managers had a small conversation with me wich made me feel very comfortable this being my first time renting something on my own. before coming here I was going to checkout another storage company by they were lagging but I'm super glad I came here the storage units look small but fit alot of stuff! They are super clean the area is well gated and looks very secure. The prices are also one of the best things about this place if you apply online you get a good amount off for the first two months. Just stopped in and checked this place out. Very nice and knowledgeable staff. You pay for what you get when it comes to storage facilities. I checked another place out down the street and they got me in with the cheap quote over the phone, but when I got there all the fees that they tried to charge me were crazy. This place was up front and honest and I should have listened to them and saved myself a trip. So far so good. Facility is very clean. LOVE THIS STORAGE UNIT ! My roommates and I needed something affordable and something quick-- we walked in got the papers signed and that evening we had everything moved into the unit. Super easy process and the onsite manager went out of her way to make sure our needs were accommodated! And since we are in the middle of moving between places we aren't sure how long we will need our unit which makes this place so awesome because they are MONTH TO MONTH !! The storage in riverbank along with each of their facilities are by far the newest and cleanest by a long shot. I feel the security for such a business is intact and I do not worry for a slight second of the risks that come along with crime and thieves. The management team is awesome at this facility and being in another state they have made me feel no less of a valued customer and accommodative to my needs not to mention they are very empathetic to hardships if they do occur. read more

Called looking for a large storage. Eve was so knowledgeable and helpful. She helped me figure out exactly what size we needed. Unfortunately when I called they didn't have what I needed. 15 minutes later she called back and one had just opened up. We headed right down and signed the papers for it. Great people! Great service! Great units! I came here a few years ago after having a a terrible experience at the storage place in Escalon. (The one off of Baker st near the cannery) It was awful. Excellent customer service and very helpful. The only downfall to this location is the entrance/exit. There is not a sufficient amount of driveway to pull in or out of putting your vehicle sticking out into traffic. Otherwise, I would definitely refer to anyone looking for a storage unit read more
