Placed my items in public storage for three months, the last month the price went up. Upon picking up my items, my things were covered with rat pee and poop. After moving my items out, I was charged the following month due to me not properly "moving out" by not taking the lock (public storage lock- not usable or useful to me). Payment was non negotiable and had to be paid even though items were moved out before. When i explained my situation, the office clerk did nothing but mentioned collections and my credit being affected if not paid. I ended up paying another months payment along with the late fee. Of the items I retrieved from the storage, 70% percent had to be thrown away. These were my actual, priceless items. They're irreplaceable. Due to me not having insurance, nothing was covered and so I'm just without. The reason why I did not get insurance this time was because I previously had my items stored and the same thing happened and insurance didn't do anything about it. I transferred storage places and another time I had my unit broken into and insurance/police were intolerable (even though I was calm and patient during the whole ordeal). The staff here are friendly, but that's about the only positive thing I can say. This facility has a serious rat problem, and it's clearly not being addressed. No matter how nice the employees are, it doesn't make up for poor maintenance and lack of proper pest control. Moved to another company. Constantly dirty. Front entrance to my building had garbage in it several times. Homeless and sketchy people either parked or inside the building. The security doors were consistently propped open so anyone could walk in. On move out day there was a very strong smell of urine coming from a unit. read more

This location is exceptionaly​ clean and most of the units are inside and climate controlled I love that! Kim was wonderful and explained everything to me thoroughly and promptly. They offer a wide variety of storage unit sizes for you every need. I only paid one dollar for the first month's rent which is awesome! I would rate this facility a zero. The whole place is rat and bug infested and they deceive you. When you move in they make you get insurance and say your items will be protected. However, the insurance doesn't cover rats and rodents destroying your stuff. My bed alone to replace it. It's almost three grand. The insurance only covers $250. So Most of my items are going to the garbage without the ability to replace them because the insurance isn't worth paying for. And then they raise the rent every 6 months to a year almost $100 and say it's because their units are in demand. Our unit was covered in rat feces which apparently is a known issue at this location. We moved out early this month and during the 2 evenings emptying out, I must have met 5-6 others moving out due to the same reason. Please check your existing unit to see if you have rat urine and feces around, we had just renewed for the month and there was no refund or coverage that would be given. We kept no food, just comic books and collectibles in it and spent a weekend disinfecting everything before moving to another storage location. read more

Although service was good, the office was closed on Saturday, November 18, 2023, which was supposed to be open. Was not able to turn in keys. This presents a problem since I am headed back to Utah. I had a climate controlled unit, which worked well. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful during the move in process. Issues: 1st: They have a real rat problem. When unloading everything out of the unit there was rat waste all over. Luckily enough when we did pack up everything we sealed it very well. 2nd: Pricing, jumped almost 100.00 from last year, for a 10 x 20 climate controlled unit. We found a 10 x 20 close to my brothers house, so he could start clearing it out for under half on what I was paying at Public Storage. This are the reasons for the 3 star rating. read more

DISGUSTING! We've had a unit here for the last year+ and we now find rat feces and urine all over our unit. The rats are running along the open grating above the units and spreading filth all over everyone's belongings. You can see rat feces outside of units as well from when other renters have kicked or swept theirs out. Employees are doing their best, but their bosses don't seem to care. Very disappointed when I went to this site to open my storage for the first time I was shocked to see just walking into the building before I had even gotten to my storage yet there were HUGE rat droppings everywhere. Decently priced, it's a nice area and the storages arent torn up, it's near a fancy savemart that looks like it's trying to be a whole foods. Rebeka was really nice and helpful every time I talked to her. Like a science fiction movie inside -- climate controlled, spotlessly clean, and totally automated.
