Our family has experienced two thefts from our storage units. I'm not sure what else is missing at this time. The prior theft was my daughter's storage unit. She lost so many personal items that was just heartbreaking. Ramon offered no consolation and said that I should file a police report. Other than creating the record, this will not bring back our personal items. I asked him if there had been other thefts and he said, "No" ! I have no confidence in this facility and they will not add barbed wire across the top of the walls to prohibit invasion and theft from the property. They are concerned about liability should someone be harmed while climbing over! Well, shouldn't they be liable for our loss! When you go with your gut instinct it's usually right on and I believe as the other review and suspect that this is an inside job! Never consider their security cameras as an attribute to offer you security for this storage facility. Such a disappointment! Never a late payment! Your customers help to make your payroll! Ellis should hire employees who are a value to their company and not offer suspicion of theft! No proof but the gut says otherwise!
