Absolutely would call again! At first we had a bump in the road, the scheduling had gotten mixed up between the workers so I got pretty worried. But boy did they jump on the job as fast as they could!!! Sending out the two workers we need and they did a great job bringing everything down from the second floor and making sure everything was secured and protected on the trip! They took it a step farther when we got to our storage unit and protected our couches. The two guys we had on the job were so great to one another, worked well together and were great to talk too. A lot of other places ignored me when I tried reaching out or never called back or were WAAAY to pricey for what we had to move. So thank you so much for being around, having reasonable prices and for having a great crew! read more

I can't say enough good things about Damien and Josiah. We moved from Merced to Sacramento after my dad passed away. They were so sensitive and kind. My mom hugged them when the job was over. They treated all our stuff with dignity and respect and were funny and sweet the whole time. Damien was so responsive, the price was reasonable and they did an AMAZING job. Would absolutely use them again! read more

Let me be crystal clear: Damien and his crew are absolute LEGENDS. They responded to my inquiry fast, gave me a flat rate that blew every other quote out of the water, and most importantly--they stuck to it. No shady fees. No "hourly creep." Just straight-up professionalism and hustle. While other moving companies out here are busy overcharging for mediocre service, Damien and team rolled in like the Navy SEALs of relocation. Showed up early, wrapped every single piece of furniture like it was going to the Louvre, and then executed the move with military-level precision. Loaded and unloaded in record time. Not a scratch. Not a ding. Not a single misstep. They moved us down to Redondo Beach and made the entire experience feel like a spa day--calm, smooth, and over before I knew it. And this was during a stressful chapter in our lives, so the professionalism and care really meant something. I-Movers absolutely ROCKS. Damien, you're the real MVP. Book these guys, and prepare to have your expectations obliterated--in the best way possible. read more

We were selling our 4 bedroom, 3 bath home of 20 years and 4 children and moved to our new home in Pismo Beach this June. We had horrible communication with 2 other moving companies so when I-Movers called us back so quickly, we felt confident we chose the right movers! This Team are all family members and a Family Business!! Even their high school senior worked very hard both days! ( summer break ) My wife and I thank I-Movers for the ZERO STRESS MOVE ! read more

We hired Damian and his team to help with our move from Merced to Fresno. The crews showed up on time, and they wrapped our furnitures (including doll house) really nicely before they load them onto the truck. They brought so many materials (enough to cover all of our items), and they carefully covered/protected the door entry way before they start the move. All crew members were friendly and keep checking with us where we want to unload our items! Our move was estimated to be 7 hours but with my husband's help, they were able to complete within 4 hours (including driving from Merced to Fresno and lunch time). Final price sticks to the estimation formula and of course we included a small tip for each of the crew member to appreciate their effort and help! I was too busy to take photo during the move, but this is how it looks like after they are complete with the job. Neat and clean and definitely no messes! Overall we are very satisfied with Damian and the team's work and we highly recommend people to reach out to them for an estimate to support your move! read more

If moving was as easy as with I-Movers, I probably would never do it myself. I was relocating from Fresno to SoCal and contacted Adrian from I-Movers for a quote via Yelp. We set up an appointment for him to come and look at my belongings for an accurate quote. Very punctually, he came on time and the same day emailed me the quote. After a bit of debating, I decided to go with them. The day of the move Adrian and Damian came to my house, on time again, loaded everything in less than an hour and were on their way to my new place. The process was painless. They did not rush, carefully wrapping my glass table (one shelf at a time), TV, desk etc. I also liked how cautious they were with the walls and doors. In fact, they even put a door protector on the front door. After a 6 hour drive, they unloaded everything, unwrapped and positioned the furniture how I wanted. On a personal note, I liked both of them. They were fun, polite and friendly, something that you really need during a move, stressful at times. I don't give 5-star reviews often, but these guys completely deserve it. Thank you. read more

Damian and his son did an incredible job helping me move my college senior out of her apartment and into a shared housing situation in Merced. I called a bunch of places trying to find a reasonable package and kept running into added costs that either weren't indicated on the initial quote or included additional (paid) hours for things that felt unrelated to our move (e.g. why are we supposed to pay for the time it takes the truck + crew to drive over from Turlock??) I loved being able to book the option of having just the loading + unloading help day of (I ended up renting a U-Haul for a third of the cost of most moving services' "Truck flat rate"!) Damian & crew replied to my inquiry quickly; quoted (and stuck to) a flat rate for service; showed up on time/well prepared; did an amazing job wrapping the furniture etc. up and loaded + unloaded in record time. they were also very courteous and handled every single item with care. I strongly recommend them and would absolutely use their service again!! read more

I recently had to move my 85yr old mother from Fresno to Elk Gove, CA. Damian and Jack were absolute rock stars! They arrived at exactly the time they said they would, and promptly started their process. They carefully wrapped all of the furniture to make sure all of the items were appropriately protected. They were genuinely nice to my mother and were patient and understanding. The were able to pack all the furniture and boxes quickly and carefully. They arrived in Elk Grove and quickly unpacked and worked with my mother to ensure the placement was exactly to her liking. Honestly, before the left Elk Grove they asked several times, to make sure she was happy, it was simply amazing. I honestly cant say enough about these guys. Moving is stressful, but using I-Movers removed any stress related to moving furniture and packing. It is hard to find good people, and harder to find GREAT people. If you are moving use I-Movers. They are absolutely GREAT! Thank you Damian and Jack for all you did! We very much appreciate you! read more

Damian and his partner Jack did a great job getting all of our stuff up to the second floor of our new apartment in Merced. Not only that, but our box spring was not fitting through the entryway (which we talked about in advance), but we all were able to get it up over the balcony together. It was kind of crazy (and the apartment complex's fault for putting walls all around the main entrance), but we got it in without taking it apart and everything worked out. Also, they were really affordable. Would definitely use them again. read more

Damien and his team are lifesavers! What a morning we had. Our budget rental had issues and weren't able to rent it, So we scrambled to find a U-Haul last minute, drove to Patterson and back to Merced just to rent one and Damien was very accommodating and understanding throughout the whole debacle. When it came time for packing a few hours later, they were awesome! And were able to Tetris our 1 bedroom apartment (bed, washer, dryer, and other various items into the 10 ft U-Haul truck ( Definitely should have gotten the 16 ft) but somehow they were able to make do with the space they had. If I had to move again I would call Damien and Johnny again. I wouldn't go with any other company. I highly recommend them. Really Appreciate the work that was done by Damien and his team. read more

Very pleasant, professional, timely and fair pricing. Two movers came out to help unload a 20 foot uhaul to a storage facility. We highly recommend this company and will be using their service for our next big move. Thank you :) read more

I have moved several times over the years and without a doubt I-Movers have provided the best quality of service that I have ever received. Damian was quick to respond to my inquiry and his professionalism was only matched with his experience and care with all my furniture and possessions. I have a special antique buffet server that has been a prized possession of mine for many years and the team took great with it. They were efficient, listened to my needs and requests and fulfilled all of them. This is the company you want to hire to move you. They are top notch! Thank you Damian, Jack, and Julius for a job well done! You even made it fun. Can't ask for more than that! read more

I had a few large items to move into storage and chose I-Movers after making a few calls. The pricing was very reasonable and they are super easy to work with. Damian gave me a call to be clear on exactly what I needed moved. They were able to come out the very next day! He and Jack came and quickly and carefully loaded up my items, all were wrapped for protection. Followed me to my storage unit and unloaded everything. They were on time, quick and efficient as well as friendly. I will absolutely call them again when I'm ready to move the furniture back. read more

Hire these guys!!!! They made our hectic move so much easier!!! Adrian came out the day I called to give us a quote. I called to book the move about a week later. They showed up on time with plenty of help and a truck. They are well practiced in their trade! We have a lot of books and large furniture. They made it look easy-fit everything in! The most impressive thing was the unpacking! I did not measure my door to see if the new refrigerator would fit so of course it didn't. They called in the boss and he carefully took the fridge apart moved it in the reassembled it! Works perfectly!!! I know out job took way longer then expected but they never seemed rushed or frustrated by it. Shout outs to Adrian, Marcos, Adolfo, Martin, Johnny, and Damien! Hoping to never move again but if I do I will be calling these gentleman again!!! read more

I appreciate straight-forward businesspeople: those who provide upfront (and competitive) pricing with no hidden fees. Helped me moved in the August of 2019. I'm a student who moved from a one story home, to a two story home. They were absolutely great and fast. They carried our boxes up the stairs no problem, were very courteous, and packaged everything up nicely in the truck. There were no damages to our electronics and everything was great! If you want a great and easy move, you would have to do your part though. Please be ready for the move in date, and have everything packed and ready, do not expect them to pack for you! I would use their services again. read more

I cannot recommend these hardworking guys enough! They moved me from my (very challenging) LA apartment to a large home in the mountains. They were extremely careful with my very delicate artwork, accessories, and furniture and got it all into my new home WITHOUT ONE THING BREAKING. I have to admit I had a little sticker shock when I got their initial quote (I haven't used professional movers before) but when I saw the level of professionalism and care they provided I would have paid much more. Very happy with my moving experience! read more

My Parents hired I-movers and needless to say we will not be using them again. They arrived on time , however there was a strong odor of marijuana that came through our home as they walked in. As they worked, the only thing my parents could smell is marijuana, even when they left, they left their marijuana smell behind that required mom to spray a whole jar of air freshener to get rid of the smell. If my parents did not have the immediate need to move as soon as possible we most definitely would have told them to leave.,no items we're damaged in this process thankfully and though the movers were polite, they appeared to look like " gang members" hence probably why they smell like marijuana read more

I did not hire I - Movers However, I did work with them on a project where I was refinishing the floors with a 12 man crew. Adrian and his crew were moving all of the equipment out-of-the-way prior to us starting on this project. I called Adrian about a week before and ask if we could met at the facility prior to the date we were to do the floors and he said know problem. (remember I didn't hire him and he was not obligated to do this ) We went over a game plan on how to move all of the equipment out of our way prior to us starting on the floors. He was very cooperative and professional and the day of the install his crew was there early (as promised) moving things out of our way, keeping ahead of us and putting up draping on all the equipment so dust would not get on it I would recommend them highly his crew was very professional and efficient. read more

I-Movers helped my husband and I move all our things from our apartment to a storage unit back in May. When I first called Adrian came out and gave me an estimate. Adrian showed up on time and he was so polite and professional. When moving day came the guys were a little late but it wasn't their fault they had truck trouble but they got there as quickly as they could and got right to work and worked very hard. Working with Damien and Marco was such a pleasure. They were so kind and caring of our property and to us. That estimate that Adrian gave me was spot on, the price did not go over one penny from his estimate. We have to move again and I'm hoping I-Movers will be available to help us when we need help, cause they are simply Awesome! read more

One Big Enormous, Thank you to Adrine, Martin, Dylan, Damian and Johnny at 1-Movers!!! Truly you all made the conclusion of my Mother move so stress-free and easy. They made a pathway in the garage, so that we could actually walk around and easily get to all the boxes!!!! This was by far the smoothest move ever!!! I'm so glad we choose 1-Movers. They were Professional, Polite, Affordable, Friendly and very Responsible. I will ABSOLUTELY use 1-Movers again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY AND ALL PEOPLE MOVING!!!! THESE YOUNG MEN DID THEIR THANG!!! (NOT THING) THANG!!!!!! MY FAMILY THANK Y'ALL. IT HAS TRULY BEEN A PLEASURE read more

After living in Merced for sometime I was extremely skeptical about hiring movers since I've had so many crappy service experiences here. I wanted movers that were insured, affordable with rapid availability . I researched well, read reviews, made many calls and found i-movers. Adrian came to apartment and gave a quote and I had the best experiences with them(used twice). They are professional, prompt (extremely) and efficient. Prices are also affordable, they even helped with packing no damage to any of my property with move I also used them for a pick up and assembling of furniture from costco purchase. There is a 3 hr minimum that's the con but with their reliability it is worth it. Plan to use them in the again in the future read more

TLDR: I have lived in 7 places in the last 14 years and I-Movers sets the bar for other moving companies to aspire to. Amazing professionalism, promptness, care for property, friendly, and competitive pricing. Immediate, stress free, responsiveness to any accidental damage. Full Review: We hired them to move our heavy awkward items from our old residence to our new one. Their communication was spot on. We were never left hanging wondering if they were on their way for the quote or the day of the move. They kept us informed during the whole process. For quotes they worked with us to find an option that worked best without our budget and timeframe. The day of the move, they showed up on time ready to go with all the equipment. All we had to do was do a quick walk through so they could plan then let them do the move. They took the upmost care to wrap all the furniture as well as protect all the doors, walls and walkways. The whole team stayed super active, never wasting time to try and run up the clock. Even when it came to specific requests with different furniture, they were happy to accommodate. Now here is the kicker that makes I-Movers stand above everyone else. Something always gets damaged in a move in some shape or form. It's just the nature of the beast. Every other moving company I have dealt with does everything in its power to shift the blame or weasel out of dealing with it. One even going so far as to blaming me for buying cheap furniture when they broke a bookshelf in half. Anyways the damage that occurred was not from the care they took of our items, just one of them forgot to install the washer drain hose correctly and caused some water damage (simple mistake anyone could have made). I called up I-Movers expecting a "sucks to be you" response. Instead the response was "I will have someone out within the hour to look it over." True to their word, two guys showed up to take some pictures, ask some questions, called back to their main office to report. About an hour later we had flood damage specialists in. I-Movers handled all the costs and coordination with the damage repair without ever making it our problem. Their attitude was positive and very "lets get you taken care of" during the whole process. I will definitely use their services again and would recommend them to anyone. read more

PLEASE, PLEASE do not use this company. We used them for our move, which was a 2 part move. First, the quote for the first part of the move and the second part of the move were not accurate. Each time, when it came time to pay, the final amount due was always more and there was always an excuse. The first part of the move, they said the increase was due to assistance with packing. The second part of the move, one or two of their workers didn't show up and that increased the price?? I went ahead and paid because I don't like to haggle and I thought they were upstanding guys. The second part of the move, delivery to my house...so many items - glasses, lamps, bowls, a large expensive painting, a large very expensive credenza were broken/damaged. In addition, many items were missing. They tried to get us to settle with them and deduct an unknown amount from our final payment, but I preferred to take our time and get quotes on the repairs, inventory the missing items and submit everything to them. In addition, upon delivery to us, they didn't wear booties over their shoes and stained our brand new carpet. They failed to assemble furniture appropriately, if all, i.e. a bed, etc., and threw things in the garage that I requested they place in other places. Now that I have done an inventory and submit a damaged/repair/missing list to them, they no longer respond to texts, emails or calls. Lastly, I have looked and can't find a business license number for them, so I'm not sure that they are accredited. You may ask why did we not check that before hiring them. Because our neighbors used them the week/month prior and they did a nice job for them on their cross country move. I have to take them to small claims court now, just to recoup what is owed to me. VERY DISAPPOINTED. BEWARE!!!!! read more

Adrian and his guys were excellent to outstanding. They did everything they could to make the move as comfortable as possible. They took their time to explain everything they were going to do before executing the task. They kept me aware of everything that was going on before and after the move. When I arrived at my new home, the furniture was in place and being assembled. This was a last minute move and they went above and beyond. I really appreciate their service. I would highly recommend Adrian and his crew to anyone looking for caring, trustworthy, and prompt movers. Only the Best to them all. Thanks Guys EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT read more

I spoke with Adrian on the phone and set up an appointment for the next afternoon to estimate the move. The next afternoon rolled around, but Adrian didn't. When I called to find out why, he said he overbooked and he could be there within the hour. I'm not falling for that again. If you can't show up to estimate the job, how can I trust that anyone will show up on moving day? Moving is a stressful event, a professional mover should try to alleviate that. Not add to it. I-Movers is a pass for me. read more

My wife and I recently moved from San Jose CA to Merced CA. We wanted to use movers local to our destination city rather than ones located where we were leaving. After research and investigations, we chose I-Movers as they represented just what we were looking for in a local to Merced company. Communication - One of the most important aspects to a move for us is communication. Especially since we were doing a tightly timed move out of our old place into the new. Adrian and Damian were 100% responsive to our calls and questions. We felt very assured that they were on top of the move at all times. Punctuality - Both on the move out and the move in, the I-Mover crews were on time and on target. While some delays are to be expected in this sort of move, they were pretty much 'in the noise' given the circumstances. Again, we were kept up-to-date on all time changes and schedule updates. Damages - All moves that I have made have had some damages. What makes I-Movers really great is that they never tried to hide any issues, but immediately brought any damages (all pretty minor) to our attention. In addition they also informed us about any potential damage conditions that might occur. Professionalism - Every member of the I-Movers crew acted and behaved in a completely professional manner. We don't have children, but if we had, I would have had no problem with them hearing the conversations and viewing the behavior of the team. Cost - The I-Movers team are very reasonable and competitive with other moving companies and provided excellent service for the price. In addition, the actual cost of the move came in under the estimate, and that says a lot about the integrity of the company, I think. I highly recommend I-Movers for any move you are thinking of making. read more
