Both times the team arrived with their truck on schedule and communicated well all throughout the process. They took time to make sure all furniture was wrapped and adequately protected, and their office also called in to check up as well. I will say this time there was some damage on some of the wheels of a clothing rack but it was in a pretty fragile state to begin with so it isn't a big deal at all. You keep telling us that the couch is against the wall, so no one will see the hole. Guess what, I see the hole. You say the safe still works, I just has a little scratch in it. When the scratch goes to the metal below, it becomes a gouge. I am really disappointed in you for not doing the right thing in either repairing my damaged items, replacing them, or compensating me for them. Now we are going to have to settle this in court.
