The company sent two movers to our home, and from the beginning, their professionalism and work ethic were concerning. Both movers were wearing slip-on sandals while handling and moving our furniture. They damaged multiple pieces of our furniture, dented our brand-new refrigerator, scratched other items, and failed to properly cover our furniture, leaving several pieces dirty. The biggest issue was how slowly the move was handled. The movers took frequent breaks and would return smelling strongly of marijuana. They also worked in a very inefficient manner. Rather than completing one room or task before moving on, they would partially disassemble one bed, leave it unfinished, and then move on to another bed or another area of the house. They repeatedly jumped between different tasks instead of completing things in an organized and efficient way. Because of how slowly they worked, we were charged additional time, which was extremely frustrating considering the condition our belongings were left in and the damage that occurred. After the move, I contacted Rapid Moving and Trucking to address my concerns and was told that the owner would call me back. That call never came. I gave the company an opportunity to address the situation, but unfortunately, my concerns were not followed up on. Moving is already stressful enough without having to worry about your belongings being damaged or your time and money being wasted. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Rapid Moving and Trucking and would encourage anyone considering them to carefully research other options first. Update to Owners Response: Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, your reply further demonstrates why we were disappointed with the service we received and defiantly shows why no one should use your company. Your response is unprofessional and contains several statements that are simply not true, and I want to correct the record. First, the owner never reached out to us during or after the move, and he never personally offered us any resolution. We did not decline a remedy from the owner because no such offer was ever made. The owner never returned any of our calls, let alone reach out to us to offer any sort of resolution. It took a public review for you to even acknowledge what happened. Second, your statement that we did not disclose the refrigerators is also false. Both refrigerators were included in our original quote. They were not surprise items added when your movers arrived, as you are now claiming. We have documentation of the original quote and can substantiate this. Third, the condition of the refrigerator is not the only reason for our complaint. Your movers damaged multiple pieces of our furniture, including our bedroom set, were rough with our belongings despite being asked to handle them more carefully, and the move took considerably longer than expected. These are legitimate concerns that we experienced firsthand. We also provided lunch because we were trying to be considerate of your employees and help make an already difficult moving day go more smoothly. Your attempt to portray that situation as though we were unwilling to feed your employees or were simply upset about them eating is misleading and honestly tacky. I would think you would want to explain why your movers smelled of marijuana and appeared under the influence instead but I guess that would be a difficult issue to lie about. Most concerning, however, is your decision to bring my son, my family, and my religious beliefs into a business dispute. Your comments about my son supposedly damaging the refrigerator, as well as your references to my church and forgiveness, are completely inappropriate and have nothing to do with the service your company provided. We are entitled to honestly share our experience, just as you are entitled to respond professionally. We both know my son did not damage our "brand new - inside fridge". The fridge your movers damaged was inside the house. My son did not hit it with a baseball or his scooter, but we both already know that. You are entitled to disagree with our review, but you are not entitled to rewrite what happened. We have documentation of the damage, and our firsthand experience of the move. We left our review to accurately describe our experience so that other customers can make an informed decision. Your response does not change what happened, and the personal attacks in your response only reinforce our concerns about the professionalism we experienced. We stand by our review.

Nearly every piece of furniture was wrapped in a moving blanket and nothing was scratched. All of our wall art and TV's were carefully packed and arrived in perfect shape. But I do NOT recommend them for packing your boxes! We hired them to pack our entire house on 3/10/26. They left many things unpacked that day and the crew who came to load everything the next day had to finish the packing. The young man who packed our kitchen did a great job, better than I would have done. Nothing was broken when we unpacked the boxes and every box was labeled correctly and thoroughly. But the rest of the house was packed horribly! Random items from separate rooms were put together in the same box. Some breakable items weren't even wrapped. The huge wardrobe boxes were used for very big and heavy items instead of our clothes. And some of our clothes that were on hangers were just shoved in boxes with other things without being folded. Some of our curtains were wadded up and used in a box like packing paper, making them extremely wrinkled. My mattress pad was wadded up and shoved in a box that was way too small and the box wasn't even closed! (See photo.) Many of the boxes weren't labeled at all, and some were actually labeled incorrectly, so when they were unloaded, they were placed in the wrong room, making us look for days to find our things. We have had to open every single box to figure out where it belongs. We have moved several times, but we have never seen such a sloppy packing job! My teenagers packed better than these guys did! We have been in our new home for a week now, and we're still trying to find things. If you plan to pack your own boxes, these guys are great at moving them. But when it comes to packing, they need some serious training! Very disappointed!

They were so quick and efficient and super careful with my furniture and my things. They're local to the central valley so I try to stick with local vendors. Another thing to mention is that they are a smaller company, so getting to talk to someone is very quick, it is easy to book with them and it is easy to work with them in general. It was the next day when they finally reached out. I spoke with Donna who gave me a quote of up to 5 hours, which previous moves never took longer than that, and quoted me what up to 5 hours would cost. Before the move I called and requested 4 garment boxes which they said would add to my file and bring on moving day. On moving day they did not bring the garment boxes and had to use several of my boxes and they shoved my clothes in the boxes causing my nice pressed clothes that come from dry cleaners to become wrinkled and needing to repress. Moving day came and they were on time. Apparently there was a new person and then during my move an office staff person showed up for about 30 minutes to watch them move my stuff. The new guy was not sure on certain things so it slowed them down a little. We went to my storage after that which took them about 45 minutes to get there. Should not have taken more than 30 minutes. It took me only 18 minutes from first stop. Again moving stuff out of storage the new guy was slow. When moving stuff out they dropped my grandmothers box of silverware and damaged the box a little. They just kind of threw the silverware back in there and put it in the truck. Once we got to final destination there was a lot of double handling of stuff which again added time. During the move they damaged the frame to my extra room closet and because of the time, I just told them to store all the boxes in one room. It ended up being 6.5 hours and almost 300.00 dollars over the price quoted. They said they were going to put my table together, but because I knew they were over a lot of time and I was already frustrated by this time because of the carelessness and the slowness of the move I said forget it I will do it. When I reached out to the company after the move they were slow to respond and I told them all the stuff that happened. After some time they responded that they would send me a 300.00 voucher for future services. I declined the offer stating I will not be using their company again. I then just requested at least a refund of an hour for all the trouble and the slow worker. They again waited to respond and I kept reaching out. They responded that they would give me 25.00 Visa card for the damaged box and I just needed to send pictures. The professionalism of this company is a disgrace and I would not recommend them to anyone. They disregarded all the issues that I endured. Please do not use this company.

We were stressed looking for decently priced movers, but you get what you pay for, so we were diligent in background checking. Unite quoted us below the rest, called the day prior to confirm, showed promptly on moving morning, carefully wrapped all the items we value, worked tirelessly with minimal breaks, exhibited great care stacking our items in the truck, were compassionate regarding sentimental items, respectful and pleasant, and worked past their booked time (not for free, of course) not leaving the job undone. I will caution to list out all large items and rough estimate of box count so they can bring enough men and you don't end up paying more than planned. The sales process was efficient and smooth and they did accommodate my schedule. The issues…read morerevolved around yhe crews. The supervisor was not receptive to following my requests and in a few occurrences, a little insulting. This happened on the pack and load side as well as the delivery. The big issue came later when I found a valuable item was missing and it had to be done on the packing side. The supervisor told me not much they can do as thier crew come and go as often as just a week. The owner did reach out and met with me personally which I give him credit for but the violation of rummaging though my alresdy packed items was disconcerting.

These movers are extremely shady and unprofessional, I would give zero stars if possible…read more They damaged one of my bedframes (which cost me ~$300 to replace) and got my $2,000 mattress filthy (no sheets or protection on it during the move). The crew dragged beds across the ground outside with zero covers or protectors onto their small little wheelie, and I noticed the dirt only after everything was unloaded. Payment was a red flag too, they pushed for Zelle or some other unprofessional method and made it complicated, my phone doesn't allow me to download apps and cannot load high level websites. I ended up paying cash just to get them out, which I now deeply regret. Once they left, I discovered they had assembled one bedframe incorrectly. When I sat on it, it collapsed, injuring me and fully breaking the frame. My sister who has down syndrome was has to sleep on the ground that night cuz that was HER bed. I cannot let that happen and let her sleep on my bed while I slept on the ground that night on our new house. I contacted the owner with clear before-and-after photos. He admitted the mistakes but lowballed me with $70 for the broken frame and $20 for the filthy mattress. After I pushed back and provided more evidence, he reluctantly offered $100 for cleaning but mocked me, saying "you don't need $150 for a little dirt." When I pointed out that if I can find a cleaning service on that does charge that will he now eat his word and pay up? Well he backpedaled but still refused to pay fairly. He promised to follow up "tomorrow" with proper compensation. Tomorrow came and went, multiple days, no contact. I texted for updates; he completely ghosted me. So that means he won't ever pay me even if I did get the cleaning service done and the new bedframe, I'll just be out more money cuz he refuse to respond back to me. Avoid this company at all costs. If you're desperate and have no other same day options, protect yourself: 1. Document everything with photos/videos before they touch your items and immediately after unloading (send the photos directly in your text thread with them for a paper trail). 2. Communicate only by text, never call, so you have written evidence. 3. Inspect every item thoroughly before paying, especially assembled furniture (sit/lie on beds to test stability). 4. NEVER pay cash. Insist on card or a proper platform (PayPal, Stripe, Square) that allows chargebacks so you have an option if they messed up. 5. Be aware: Yelp Guarantee is useless here. Companies can apparently opt out of the program after the job, so claims get denied and they walk away scot-free. 6. I should've known with their bad grammar when they first reached out to me that they are uneducated bing-bongs that don't care bout quality but only the money. Terrible experience, steer clear.
