I really want to give Unite Movers 5 stars, as my interaction with John was very professional and he was clearly super experienced and good at what he does. Unfortunately, the young guy he hired to help with our move was not experienced and he scratched up our brand new hardwood floors in multiple places throughout the house. We had just completed a 2 year long renovation and moved in with a one week old baby, so I am pretty devastated at these scratches. John insisted they would come out when I showed him but they did not. Now I have to hire my flooring guy back for a more involved repair and I'm disappointed that extra care wasn't taken as these floors were a huge investment for us. read more

Was very disappointed. Communication was good leading up to the day of the move so I had high hopes. The crew lead was yelling at the crew the whole day making it uncomfortable for everyone on site. They broke two side tables, dented the fridge, and chipped and scratched 4 different areas in the home. They gave a $50 discount for the one spot of paint they identified. When I pointed out the issues post move and shared images, my message was read and not replied to. Would definitely recommend looking elsewhere for your move! read more

I was arranging this from out of the area for a local move there and on short-notice and after being strung along by another mover, so I was a little anxious that they would bow out at the last minute. Arrived on time and was efficient with his team. I advise you to be very thorough when describing all that is needed to move - I underestimated my boxes and furniture, so John and his team worked an additional two hours than estimated (and they worked hard!!). Truly appreciated the professionalism and friendliness. Also did not charge to rent the Uhaul truck (was covered in the price) as opposed to other companies who were charging twice the rate for truck rental as Uhaul charges (and literally renting from Uhaul). I have moved over 20 times and used 1 specific mover in 98% of those moves. Unfortunately he has aged out of the business so I took a chance on Unite Movers and am I glad I did. They were so professional doing things the mover I used and loved for most of my moves that he didn't do. Covered my floors, covered entry door jams etc. They were so good at their jobs. I was certain they wouldn't be able to get my giant dresser into my room...it was tight! They (John and Arthu) went to the wrong address. they brought the small size truck. It took them 7 hours (2 trips) to move my items which is normally a 3 hours job ( I've moved with the same exact items with more boxes in the past). They took a lot of breaks and were constantly on the phone. I had about 3 small boxes and 2 medium boxes and regular 2 bed rooms furniture. They constantly complained about the weight of the furniture. They broke one of my desk's leg. I recently had to schedule a local move for my brother within the Clovis area and after scrolling through many movers I decided to go with Unite - specifically because John was straight forward with pricing and super responsive when I had questions during my research phase. The move was a 1bdrm to another 1 bdrm. We packed a few boxes ourselves and John and his partner did the rest. They arrived on time. Took one break during the entire 4hr job and were efficient.
