Do not and I mean do not use this company not only. Did they damage half of my things the men that they sent to my house completely? We're unprofessional rude brood and discriminatory They broke my grandmother's hummingbird feeder. They broke my daughter's $1200 bike. They literally took the stuff from one house and threw it in the garage in the other house and then sat in front of my house yesterday for over an hour with the music blasting yes we do have videos Then when I try to talk to them about possibly taking their shoes off so they don't dirty my carpet I just paid 400 cleaning they had their manager. Call me and she completely made excuses saying they're just having a bad day. You need to suck it up And this never happens blah blah blah blah blah. I don't want to hear it I am so furios right now that I spent my hard earned money on This company when I try to call them about what they broke. They have not answered any of my calls but yet I use my daughter's phone and lo and behold she answers and then laughs. Regina is the most unprofessional front desk person and I would never waste time talking to her if you do go through this company and they give. You Omar turn them around right now because not only will he make you uncomfortable. I've used two other local movers for Fresno area and Olympic Movers was by far the BEST. They are on the pricier side, but you are truly getting what you pay for. Despite it being extremely hot and the movers had to move two apartments together into a third apartment, the movers were in good spirits, making us laugh and acknowledging our requests of where to put our items. Not one item was damaged, everything was wrapped to be protected extremely well, and the time they completed everything was so insanely fast it exceeded my expectations. If I ever move again or need to recommend a mover, I will only recommend this company for now on. They were also the only company with excellent customer service, responsiveness, and were the only company accommodating enough to do two moves in one day. 10/10 recommended!! read more

He assured me that the phone number I called was this business, so he collected my information. He said he would work on a quote, prepare his movers, and that I should expect an email. I personally wouldn't recommend this place. I'll start by saying I was in a bind and had book them last minute so that was THE ONLY POSITIVE in my entire experience -I should've known when I booked the appointment the women on the other end was bashing another company that I had booked for previous moves (and actually had booked for this move)but when my closing date changed at last minute I had no choice but to use this company. (And be advised that other company... none of this kind of shenanigans had happened with the 2 moves I hired them for... so I think karma may have worked it's way after she did all that talking about how great her company was) -Their 8am arrival time turned into 10am... this was after they showed up at the finishing address not the starting -I needed to be finished at 12pm so I literally helped them MOVE MAJORITY OF THE SMALLER STUFF I OWN to the truck in fear they wouldn't finish on time (if you're wondering if either employee thanked me for my help nope... they said no problem it would get done...they finished at 11:25) -On their way to the finishing address they got in an accident no damage was done to my stuff nor were the employees hurt but it delayed them a bit in starting my move in -and lastly they left their Dolly's and wrap at my old place so I had to have someone make sure they were home so they could pick it up I mean this was just my experience take it with a grain of salt.... but if I were you I'd probably go somewhere else read more

I called Olympic Movers to move some old furniture and piano to storage to make room for new furniture that was unexpectedly arriving that afternoon. I was moving 1 sofa, 2 chairs and a piano to storage that was ¼ mile away. Unfortunately, this company is not able to affordably price small moves. I was in a bind and did not have the time for an exhaustive search to shop a better price. They had a 4 hour minimum for a job that maybe took 1& 1/2 hours. That said, I could not be more pleased with the service. Omar and Noe called 20 minutes before they arrived to announce their arrival. They came into the house to survey the job and confirm the scope of the job. They both were polite, skillful young men taking great care with preparing and moving each piece of furniture. The professional demeanor of both Omar and Noe had me almost forgetting their minimum charge I was paying. They left with me saying that I will definitely calling Olympic to handle any future moves and easily recommend them to anyone needing movers. read more

We just moved with Olympic from Visalia to Lake Havasu City, Arizona. We had very little time to prepare for the move, but because of the skill, expertise, and plain old back breaking hard work of Warren, Rhett, and Lucas everything was handled perfectly. I called several moving companies, and Olympic was at LEAST $2500 less than the lowest quote, $5,000 less than most. To top it off, my new house is only accessible by stairs, and it was 110 degrees when the guys unloaded. These guys were polite, friendly, professional? And about every other great trait you could think of. They worked tirelessly unloading large, heavy furniture in ridiculous heat, up stairs. They even mounted my big screen for me by lifting it onto the wall bracket. I told Olympic to feel free to give out my number in case anyone wants more information. I worried about this move for months, but it went absolutely great. I can recommend Olympic Movers wholeheartedly. There wasn't an inch of wasted space on the truck when they were finished loading it, and everything arrived in great shape, including several large glass china cabinets. They sent a person over to do a walkthrough and provided a quote that was very reasonable. The other companies just sent me numbers without even knowing what they were being asked to move. Long after, I discover that an apparent manager of this business responded to my original review. He explained that there are consumer protection laws that require such fees. That was it ! My issue, as clearly stated in review, was NOT that there was such an additional fee, but that they didn't tell me about it up front. I even went so far as to say that I have no problem paying a reasonable fee. Does anyone else see his response as having any relevance to my actual complaint? It's not. It's a total non-sequitur. Okay. You have this additional fee. But why DIDN'T your sales representative tell me about it, when "quoting" an exact price for the move up front. It seemed like they already knew what to do with each hurdle my move threw at them. I have had a pretty bad experience with another moving company who charged me an exorbitant fee to move across a small town, and did a terrible job of taking care to put everything back together. I won't mention names but I will say that they were real meatheads! Olympic Movers impressed me with their down to earth customer service. This is my first experience moving with Olympic from Fresno to Pasadena area. I've moved many times and the 2 guys that did my move (Rhett & Warren) worked more efficiently than some of 4 man crews I've had in the past. I used YELP ratings (5 stars) to select them. I've had some health issues which caused me to be somewhat behind schedule in packing. So here I am packing while they are moving big stuff. They were patient with my pace, were fun and personable and most important there wasn't a scratch on my furniture. Added bonus is that all screws and TV remotes made the move. I highly recommend Olympic and will use them again if the need arises. read more

Horrible company. They do not wear masks, gloves or sanitizer. They were very unprofessional. They broke everything they touched and lost very expensive items by leaving unattended. Office ignores complaints, leaving it up to you to pursue legal actions. One of there employees even drove his personal vehicle up to and loaded it with my personal belongings! This was his way to steal from me. He even told me to get off my lazy ASS and move it myself. They haven't responded, I must pursue legal actions myself. I would never refer them to anyone read more

They were a little over ambitious and packed a few things I didn't want packed away. Worst moving experience and misrepresented service. I called to have my one bedroom loft moved and told the scheduler I lived on the second floor. I explained I needed my things moved to a storage. She said she would send 3 people to move me and they had a 3 hour minimum but a one bedroom loft shouldn't take longer than that time. Movers showed up late and there were only 2 young men. They moved slow and every box required a dolly operated by 2 men up and down the stairs. They constantly complained that the lady who scheduled them should have scheduled them earlier in the day because they were already hot and tired. Snails is what I got. After 4 hours nearly all of my furniture was still there. It was 30 minutes before the storage closed and I had clearly explained I had to be out that day. Again the guys blamed the scheduler! They were overheard in the beginning cancelling 3rd guy saying they didn't need him. I called frantic to office and was told not to worry they would finish loading up and take it to storage in the morning-no extra charges. She apologized saying guys were hot and tired. BS. Due to the delay I couldn't be at the storage and had a friend go. I have him enough to cover the 4! Hours I was charged which I wasn't happy about but they have him a bill with a "discount" more BS totalling almost $1000! My last move with a honest company who sent 3 men cost me $387 (w/tip) and I had more furniture then and they moved fast. Not Olympics box at a time walked to the truck, put on the lift, placed in the truck, ride down the lift, talk between themselves, and come back for another box or perhaps a piece of furniture! I had helpers who all asked what the name was to make sure they never hired them! My discount after complaining got my bill to $750!!! Again, one bedroom loft with bedroom set, boxes, tv and stand, coffee table and a couple lamps! I paid for too many hours because of a bad scheduler and slow tired movers 2 of the 3 I was promised! Stay far away from this dishonest overpriced company! I don't like leaving bad reviews but no company deserves it more! Had to move a 2 story home with my Girlfriend. We rented a uhaul trailer for $80. Day 2 I couldn't find friends to help during the day and we were tired. So called around Clovis looking for assistance. Found Olympic movers and with just the phone call alone new I found the right spot. Since they had an earlier job and new I had started the move gave me a great quote. We had a small window due to having to report to work. Arrival time was right on the money. Warren and Rob arrived on time. And went straight to work. Not only did they get our items up and on to the truck with no issues. They wrapped a couch and handled everything with care. My girlfriend and I just threw stuff into the storage. Warren and Rob straightened out and got all our items into storage with no issues. Surprised us both. Because we always seem to need "more" in our moves, Dori was always flexible in the scheduling of our moves and always accommodated whatever we needed so that at the end of the day we could say we were "finished" moving rather than waiting for a different crew to come and do the small jobs that needed to be done another day. The crew did it all! And with a smile on their faces even when the move was in the middle of July and the temperature was 110 degrees. I am in the customer service field so I know what is important. I shopped several moving companies and from the first phone call and all the way through the moving process, they were very professional and wanted to make sure everything was to my expectations. Warren, Rhett and John worked diligently all day without even stopping for lunch. This was a huge move with lots of furniture (we actually needed two trucks), and they worked tirelessly to make sure everything was where I needed it to be. This company was very fair with pricing, the two young men that came out and did the job were very good. They both wrapped everything and we're trying to move quickly and do a careful job I know its a balancing act for them. They charged by the hour so I appreciated the guy's trying to keep it under the three hour minimum. I felt they charged me a little longer than they should have maybe 30 minutes, but I didn't let that effect their review! If the same guys do your move you will be happy. read more
