The onsite managers here at The Hyde Court in Daly City location really care about their tenants. There is availability in all sizes with generous move in discounts. Time to Spring forward and get the clutter out of the way. Security is top notch and you can trust your precious possessions are safe and protected . Take advantage of the discounts and make your home ready for Spring!

This storage is still the best place I trust my personal belongings to be housed in..and I have been pleased with the great customer service of John who manages this storage place! It's very clean..tidy and organized which not a lot of storage places I've had in the past. John does a great job in keeping it that way! He works very hard to make things go right in this place and it shows! I highly recommend these to anyone looking for a trustworthy storage place! Noreen was incredible, with customer service skills worthy of 10 stars!…read more When I got to her counter, she explained she couldn't use the color photo I'd spent over an hour and a half getting from across the parking lot at Office Depot Office Depot because the prints weren't cut evenly or even the same size. I couldn't believe I'd spent all that time there, and the young lady who helped me had set everything up on my phone, only for me to discover they didn't even have a printer app for what I needed. Upon approaching the FedEx Office printing section, I immediately realized I had chosen the wrong business compared to OfficeMax or Office Depot, as FedEx Office was arranged like a professional mini printing warehouse. I was feeling a bit overwhelmed, trying to get it all done just one day before my son's big day, Class of 2026 graduation. Noreen was kind, helpful, and patient. She guided me through the process, and I was so relieved by her professionalism and the fact that she noticed I was exhausted. She was an absolute sweetheart, helping me figure out how to send the photos through the FedEx office photo app, and once I explained what I needed, she assured me she'd take care of everything from there. She gave me a price, and I said, "Okay, let me head back to Office Depot OfficeMax to get my refund so I can put it toward their fees." After returning with my refund from Office Depot OfficeMax, Noreen asked me to have a seat in their customer area while she worked on my photos--laminated, double-sided graduation keepsakes to wear around our necks for my son's graduation day. Noreen, thank you, my dear. You were a breath of fresh air during my time of frustration and exhaustion. By the time you finished, I was a truly happy customer, and the whole store knew it! FedEx Office in Colma, CA, is absolutely awesome, and I'm grateful to you for making my son's graduation extra special. I asked her to jot down her name, then told her manager and everyone else that I'd be writing a review guaranteed to get them all a raise, lol! When I grabbed my receipt this morning to write this review, I noticed Noreen had gone above and beyond for customer satisfaction by writing "Congrats!" with a heart replacing the dot on the exclamation point. Not a fan of their new (well, not really new) shipping practices where they try and get you to use…read moretheir automated shipping system. The problem is that there isn't very much information provided when using that process. An example from today comes to mind. I'm shipping something that has an internal battery back to the manufacturer for repair. It doesn't seem to want to charge. When I went to use the automated check-in system, I was prompted to certify that my package didn't include hazardous materials. But, there isn't any information as to WHAT they consider hazardous. Because I wasn't sure if the battery in the package was considered hazardous, I decided to use the human based check in. The first words out of the person (who was female) who helped me's mouth was, "You know you could have used the automated check-in in." Not hi, not hello...but trying to drive me to that system. When I explained why I was going with human check in, her tone and body language were incredibly condescending. I felt like she was trying to chide me for wanting to ensure I followed their practices. I highlight this interaction because Neal and the team here have been my go to for some time both personally and professionally when I need something printed or shipped. I'm not going to change that, but I really wish they wouldn't treat people who want to be sure they are doing it right so poorly. It's not the first time I've had this challenge. This is why I decided to Yelp it. Customers should know what the experience will be like if you choose not to use their automated process.

ZippGo moving boxes provided a wonderful service for our move. After seeing some neighbors using a…read morereusable box service, I decided to look into using something similar. ZippGo rents you a certain amount of boxes based on how many rooms/square feet you are moving, and they deliver the boxes to your address, you use them for a move, and they pick them up at the new address. It was easy to schedule and make sure the drop off and pickup worked at an appropriate time. The boxes themselves are sturdy plastic, and the top interlocks so you don't need any packing tape. The boxes fit on top of each other which makes them easy to stack and move. You can also pick box inserts that are designed for plates and glassware which made it so easy to move these items. I would recommend ZippGo in a heartbeat- it made our move faster, easier, and more eco friendly too!

The difference in packing efficiency was so noticeable compared to my last few moves using their system, that I reached out to ZippGo this morning with a last-minute request to switch over. Even though their driver was already on the road, Sarah was incredibly responsive and quickly worked out solutions to get me what I needed in record time. Sarah and her driver, Javier's, dedication to customer service was truly impressive. That said, I'd recommend planning ahead rather than making last-minute requests like I did! Note that their drivers don't work on Sundays and Mondays, so be sure to schedule your box deliveries in advance. ZippGo's reusable box system is a genuine time-saver that makes moving so much easier and more streamlined. 10/10 would recommend to anyone moving!

San Bruno Storage is an excellent choice. No rot, no mold on any of my paper items. It is important that there is available parking outside at all hours, which makes loading and unloading more convenient. Restroom is available during office hours. Cargo elevator to save yourself some muscle power. Security is important, without disclosing the details lets just say I am happy with the security arrangements. Unlike those big corporate franchises, Lisa is a one person management department, which is the best management. She is the one that handles all the administrative work, answers the phone, replies your emails. The rent is acceptable. Give Lisa a call.

I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years but they no longer value my patronage. They not only raised the monthly rent multiple times (which is expected for inflation) but they also discontinued a discount that I had on my unit since they knew I would be a long-term renter. When I tried to negotiate a compromise, all I received back was pretty much a "Don't like it? Then get out." I hate businesses that don't keep their word. Very disappointed how they've become just like any other public storage location. =(

Each hike came with the same vague, copy-paste explanation about "market conditions" and "facility costs," but nothing actually changed except the price. This predatory pricing strategy clearly relies on the fact that moving a storage unit is costly, time-consuming, and disruptive for customers. If you rent here, assume the initial rate is temporary and expect aggressive annual increases.

First, when I tried to rent a second unit online, I was offered a reduced rate. However, when I went in person to adjust the location of the unit, I was told I did not qualify for the reduced rate because I was already a tenant. They informed me that it's a system issue and that they would cancel my reservation and re-rent it to me at a higher rate. Needless to say, I canceled the unit entirely. Second, just five months into my contract, I was notified of a nearly 22% rate increase. In all my years of renting storage units, I have only ever seen rent increases after a full year--not a few months in. At no point during signup was I informed this would be the case. Had I known, I would have reconsidered using this facility. When I called to express my concerns, the staff member was polite and assured me he would escalate the issue to the regional manager. Two weeks later, I've heard nothing back. If you are considering this facility, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Transparency and fair business practices are essential in this industry, and unfortunately, that has not been my experience here. After renting at multiple other storage facilities, this has left a particularly bad taste in my mouth.
