There are so many pros to choosing them: - 10 day grace period for payments which is just unheard of any business allowing this much trust in their customers - The location is tucked away enough where there's never traffic; I rarely ever saw another person going in and out, it really felt like you had the place to yourself to take your time - It's kept so clean!! - My online portal never worked no matter how hard I tried so whenever I needed to make a payment, it was as easy as emailing them to charge my card on file. I will echo all the reviews here in saying that John is just genuinely the kindest! He made an extremely stressful and long day of moving so much better with his extremely positive and helpful attitude! The storage area itself was clean and the elevators + carts made our lives 10000x easier. Appreciate the help and for making moving my items into storage the easiest part of my day, John! Seriously one of the best customer service I've encountered! One tip: bring your own padlock. In the midst of trying to reach out to nearby storages, this storage facility has amazing customer service. I had many questions and the manager John was able to help answer them all and simplify what I thought would be a difficult process to set up. Getting the unit was a breeze and this storage facility has great perks to it and is straight to the point. I got a 5X5 unit and it's more than enough space for extra stuff I had in my trunk. The storage unit in general is very secure and perfect for what I need. If it wasn't for John helping me, I'd probably still be looking right now. Great location as well. read more

This place definitely gets the job done as far as your storage needs are concerned, I have stored things here for over two years, the building is huge and it's temperature controlled which means none of your things will get moldy or wet, the carts are always available and I have never noticed any issues with parking around here except maybe Sunday or Saturday when big moving trucks are blocking everything. I would not call this place super safe but it does have some cameras around, most of the cameras on the inside are fakes (the ones from Radio Shack with a DD battery). There are real cameras in few areas around the property though. The staff are magical, John took care of us for a long time, then he got a little sick, hopefully he's recovered now and back to business. They also store cars there on parking lot, some RV's and buses are accepted. Now with all that said, this place is pretty good, but the hours are very tricky. These are regular business hours and they are closed on holidays and some weekends, very inconvenient if you ask me, they are also not cheap, make sure you perform your due diligence prior to signing anything, they are also not very friendly as far as cutting you a break on your storage unit when you move out, if you do not move out by the time they give you - you'll be paying half a month or a month.... Good storage overall - could be more friendly and cost effective. read more

They were super nice people and always helpful. That was until a hole in the roof leaked rain and caused mold to grow on all my belongings. It cost me over $800 to have my clothes dry cleaned and I had to throw out shoes and luggage. I took them to Small Claims Court but lost because in SCC you have to prove they did it on purpose which they did not, but they did not fix the roof either. They offered me another space but the damage was already done. Be very careful about signing that contact, the price goes up and you'll never win in court if your stuff is stolen or damaged. read more
