I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years but they no longer value my patronage. They not only raised the monthly rent multiple times (which is expected for inflation) but they also discontinued a discount that I had on my unit since they knew I would be a long-term renter. When I tried to negotiate a compromise, all I received back was pretty much a "Don't like it? Then get out." I hate businesses that don't keep their word. Very disappointed how they've become just like any other public storage location. =(

This being my first time ever using public storage option really set the bar high. There are so many pros to choosing them: - 10 day grace period for payments which is just unheard of any business allowing this much trust in their customers - The location is tucked away enough where there's never traffic; I rarely ever saw another person going in and out, it really felt like you had the place to yourself to take your time - It's kept so clean!! - My online portal never worked no matter how hard I tried so whenever I needed to make a payment, it was as easy as emailing them to charge my card on file. Genuinely no hassle, no stress - Everyone I've interacted with in the office was so kind and supportive I almost want to gatekeep just because if I ever need a storage solution again I make sure there's space for me but they deserve the business and all the glowing reviews!

Thank you (and I am so sorry that disgusting couple was so rude to you)! Here's the scoop: I was…read morehelped by a wonderful person working here named Patricia on 10/15/17. She was kind enough to show me a unit, answer all my questions and set me up even though I came at 4:30, shes the only one there and they close at 5. When we were getting to paperwork at 4:40 this couple comes in (tall black dude and average Latina chick you know who you are) and demands to be sold boxes. Patricia says she'll try but its unlikely since computers won't work past 5 and she closes down. The couple immediately starts verbally abusing her, attacking her character (WHY CANT WE JUST GET SOME BOXES, YOU ARE SLOWER THAN THE OTHER PEOPLE HERE). Poor Patricia is trying to kindly field their abuse (there is only one computer and one her). They complain about that. I'm fed up, I politely tell this rude couple there are other places nearby like Lowe's where you can get boxes if this does end up taking the whole time, they complain like children 'but we are here now'. So Patricia continues to work with me, shows me the contract and its lengthy. I feel a huge threat of pressure from the couple, like they would beat this woman if she doesn't sell them boxes today. Like rabid dogs seething to tear her a new one. It was GROSS. I skim the contract and manage to finish quick enough so Patricia has time to help them. If I didn't rush, she wouldn't have been able to help them. As soon as we finish (4:53?) the couple starts mocking her 'oh loooook, you DOOOOO HAVE ENOUGH TIME'. THEY WERE NASTY PEOPLE. We waited in the car to make sure they didnt attack her more, and watched as they got onto their Escalade and drove off. I told Patricia I was sorry those people did that to her, they were slimy. All in all, I don't know you Patricia besides what I saw today and all I can say is thank you for your great service

Before renting here, or any PS location, read the fine print on your contract…read more Storage space rates will DRAMATICALLY increase every two to three months. If renting a space beginning at ~$80, over a few months you will be paying ~$500+ each month. Public Storage does not prorate, so once you have paid for a month, there will be no refund whether you have one day or thirty days left on your space. At this location, there is one flat dolly for use, which was advised by the staff to be upstairs in another unit housing location. I've found the management on this property to be unfriendly. That said, the experience with their corporate office is another story, as I had just called to ask why I still haven't received a refund for November's rent + deposit after ending my lease in October, and it's now December 12th. The woman on the phone was very dismissive and basically didn't want to help at all. Instead, she said that anything that had to do with my lease and/or refund should be discussed with the manager. I tried to explain that I had already spoken to the manager a few times and all he could do is let me know that he would contact billing. Her response was the same: dismissive tone and attitude that made me realize this call with her was pointless. Perhaps it's good that I'm canceling my lease with ready spaces because this isn't the kind of company that I want to work with.

He's always quick to respond by email and he's nice to speak with in person. He's warm, friendly, and caring. He's also open to feedback on how this location can be better, which I appreciate a lot. I try not to bother him though, unless it's really necessary. The facility is clean indoors and outdoors. The common lounge area is actually a good size, and the restrooms are clean. This place is very well maintained. I like that there's WIFI here and it works perfectly now. I'm impressed that it's pretty techy considering it's a mixed used space predominantly for storage. There's even a nice conference room that is available for use for tenants. I enter the main doors using a touch pad and my phone as the key and my office has a keypad for entry. I love it! I look forward to continuing my business with ReadySpaces! ----- June 2022 Be aware that they charge $3.30 per square foot for office units but the "approximate" sizes that they go by are way off. My office space is supposed to be 205 sf as posted on their wall and advertised when they give you handouts of this same blueprint for tours they will tell you 205 sf. Well, that promised office space is actually 154 sf at still $3.30 per sf. You're paying for 51 sf that doesn't exist. The middle unit is advertised as 175 sf but is measured at 157, so bigger than the 205 sf unit, and still cheaper at the $3.30 price. I'm supposed to be moving in by now also but that office still isn't done. Our warehouse unit is 7 feet less but we didn't fight it as the variance is more tolerable. Every level you contact will keep throwing around that it's "approximate" and it's by per unit not per square feet after you bring it to their attention, which is misleading and false advertising. At our tour, we were NEVER told it's per unit. We were given the square unit price. If customer service were better, there were better communication, an attempt to show some care and concern for their tenants, I would be less frustrated and upset about it. They asked for my feedback, I provided, and I still feel dismissed. They don't address the issue of the pricing and sizes of the two offices either. In doing the math, it shows you're being charged for square footage you're not getting. And "approximate" to them is used very loosely.

Each hike came with the same vague, copy-paste explanation about "market conditions" and "facility costs," but nothing actually changed except the price. This predatory pricing strategy clearly relies on the fact that moving a storage unit is costly, time-consuming, and disruptive for customers. If you rent here, assume the initial rate is temporary and expect aggressive annual increases.

I waited a week to hear back from Jose Cervantes and did not file a police report because I was under the impression that someone would admit to taking the box filled with expensive purses and wallets.
