I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years but they no longer value my patronage. They not only raised the monthly rent multiple times (which is expected for inflation) but they also discontinued a discount that I had on my unit since they knew I would be a long-term renter. When I tried to negotiate a compromise, all I received back was pretty much a "Don't like it? Then get out." I hate businesses that don't keep their word. Very disappointed how they've become just like any other public storage location. =(

This being my first time ever using public storage option really set the bar high. There are so many pros to choosing them: - 10 day grace period for payments which is just unheard of any business allowing this much trust in their customers - The location is tucked away enough where there's never traffic; I rarely ever saw another person going in and out, it really felt like you had the place to yourself to take your time - It's kept so clean!! - My online portal never worked no matter how hard I tried so whenever I needed to make a payment, it was as easy as emailing them to charge my card on file. Genuinely no hassle, no stress - Everyone I've interacted with in the office was so kind and supportive I almost want to gatekeep just because if I ever need a storage solution again I make sure there's space for me but they deserve the business and all the glowing reviews!

Before renting here, or any PS location, read the fine print on your contract…read more Storage space rates will DRAMATICALLY increase every two to three months. If renting a space beginning at ~$80, over a few months you will be paying ~$500+ each month. Public Storage does not prorate, so once you have paid for a month, there will be no refund whether you have one day or thirty days left on your space. At this location, there is one flat dolly for use, which was advised by the staff to be upstairs in another unit housing location. I've found the management on this property to be unfriendly. Had been leasing one of their SSF spaces for a few years. Other than a rodent and spider problem,…read moreit's pretty good and the manager is very considerate and attentive to keeping the warehouse clean. That said, the experience with their corporate office is another story, as I had just called to ask why I still haven't received a refund for November's rent + deposit after ending my lease in October, and it's now December 12th. The woman on the phone was very dismissive and basically didn't want to help at all. Instead, she said that anything that had to do with my lease and/or refund should be discussed with the manager. I tried to explain that I had already spoken to the manager a few times and all he could do is let me know that he would contact billing. Her response was the same: dismissive tone and attitude that made me realize this call with her was pointless. Perhaps it's good that I'm canceling my lease with ready spaces because this isn't the kind of company that I want to work with.

He's always quick to respond by email and he's nice to speak with in person. He's warm, friendly, and caring. He's also open to feedback on how this location can be better, which I appreciate a lot. I try not to bother him though, unless it's really necessary. The facility is clean indoors and outdoors. The common lounge area is actually a good size, and the restrooms are clean. This place is very well maintained. I like that there's WIFI here and it works perfectly now. I'm impressed that it's pretty techy considering it's a mixed used space predominantly for storage. There's even a nice conference room that is available for use for tenants. I enter the main doors using a touch pad and my phone as the key and my office has a keypad for entry. I love it! I look forward to continuing my business with ReadySpaces! ----- June 2022 Be aware that they charge $3.30 per square foot for office units but the "approximate" sizes that they go by are way off. My office space is supposed to be 205 sf as posted on their wall and advertised when they give you handouts of this same blueprint for tours they will tell you 205 sf. Well, that promised office space is actually 154 sf at still $3.30 per sf. You're paying for 51 sf that doesn't exist. The middle unit is advertised as 175 sf but is measured at 157, so bigger than the 205 sf unit, and still cheaper at the $3.30 price. I'm supposed to be moving in by now also but that office still isn't done. Our warehouse unit is 7 feet less but we didn't fight it as the variance is more tolerable. Every level you contact will keep throwing around that it's "approximate" and it's by per unit not per square feet after you bring it to their attention, which is misleading and false advertising. At our tour, we were NEVER told it's per unit. We were given the square unit price. If customer service were better, there were better communication, an attempt to show some care and concern for their tenants, I would be less frustrated and upset about it. They asked for my feedback, I provided, and I still feel dismissed. They don't address the issue of the pricing and sizes of the two offices either. In doing the math, it shows you're being charged for square footage you're not getting. And "approximate" to them is used very loosely.

They raised my rent $70 out of nowhere and they DO NOT PRORATE - if you leave before the end of the month you still are required to pay the full month. Since then, the…read morerent has skyrocketed: $289 (2022) - $339 (2023) - $404 (2024) - $444 (2025) - $574 (2026) That's nearly a 100% increase in under four years for the same unit, with no upgrades or added value. Each hike came with the same vague, copy-paste explanation about "market conditions" and "facility costs," but nothing actually changed except the price. This predatory pricing strategy clearly relies on the fact that moving a storage unit is costly, time-consuming, and disruptive for customers. If you rent here, assume the initial rate is temporary and expect aggressive annual increases.

I called Shamrock and told them I was missing a large GUCCI box filled with purses and Matching wallets. I explained to them that the box was in a wardrobe box and packed with pillows along side. I was told they would talk to the 5 movers that were at my home and see if anyone noticed the box!!! Obviously not! I waited a week to hear back from Jose Cervantes and did not file a police report because I was under the impression that someone would admit to taking the box filled with expensive purses and wallets. Finally after 6 emails from me to Kimberly the assistant asking for a response, she responded that the trucks had surveillance cameras and nothing showed a White GUCCI box with black trim!! I asked or the surveillance film and she told me it was not available to her. I highly recommend not using this company for your moving needs EVER! This has been so upsetting as I was extremely generous in tipping each of the movers!
