Had been leasing one of their SSF spaces for a few years. Other than a rodent and spider problem, it's pretty good and the manager is very considerate and attentive to keeping the warehouse clean. That said, the experience with their corporate office is another story, as I had just called to ask why I still haven't received a refund for November's rent + deposit after ending my lease in October, and it's now December 12th. The woman on the phone was very dismissive and basically didn't want to help at all. Instead, she said that anything that had to do with my lease and/or refund should be discussed with the manager. I tried to explain that I had already spoken to the manager a few times and all he could do is let me know that he would contact billing. Her response was the same: dismissive tone and attitude that made me realize this call with her was pointless. Perhaps it's good that I'm canceling my lease with ready spaces because this isn't the kind of company that I want to work with. read more

Since moving in 2022, I have experienced significant issues with Andre, the property manager's responsiveness and overall management of the facility. I have been a long time tenant and grew from a 100 sq ft unit to a 2,500 sq ft unit. I have repeatedly reported a broken toilet in the conference room for several months. Despite numerous attempts to contact the property manager via phone, email, and in person, the issue remains unresolved. This lack of attention to critical maintenance concerns poses significant health and safety risks to occupants. It also shows the lack of professionalism and care for the tenants in the property. Property manager is unresponsive to urgent requests. I have made requests for access codes for my employees, pallet rack installations, electricity and forklift certifications. These requests have been consistently ignored, causing significant disruptions to our operations. There is also a complete lack of communication and care. Andre consistently fails to respond to emails and phone calls. When I visit his office, he is often unavailable and claims to be "too busy" to address my concerns and makes it seem as if I am deeply troubling him. Phone calls are consistently redirected to other team members and go unanswered. This lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable and hinders effective property management. I am not sure what he does for months but he is consistently too busy to address any concerns and is in consistent meetings hidden away in his office. It is evident that the property manager prioritizes his own schedule and convenience over the needs of his tenants. His unwillingness to respond to emails and phone calls, and his frequent unavailability in his office, demonstrate a blatant disregard for the importance of tenant satisfaction and the impact his actions have on our businesses. The property manager's lack of responsiveness and disregard for tenant needs have caused significant disruptions to our business operations costing us great financial harm. Delays in addressing maintenance issues, lack of access to necessary resources, and the constant frustration of trying to communicate with him have negatively impacted our productivity and overall satisfaction with the property. I have wasted countless hours of my time attempting to chase this man down to get a response. Given the severity and frequency of these issues, I believe a serious performance review of the property manager is urgently needed. I have effectively escalated the issue to his managers and various other team members in executive level positions and will see if the issue is addressed. read more

Update: Despite our rough start with ReadySpaces, my experience has improved and I can even say that it's great. I appreciate Andre being patient and accommodating. He's always quick to respond by email and he's nice to speak with in person. He's warm, friendly, and caring. He's also open to feedback on how this location can be better, which I appreciate a lot. I try not to bother him though, unless it's really necessary. The facility is clean indoors and outdoors. The common lounge area is actually a good size, and the restrooms are clean. This place is very well maintained. I like that there's WIFI here and it works perfectly now. I'm impressed that it's pretty techy considering it's a mixed used space predominantly for storage. There's even a nice conference room that is available for use for tenants. I enter the main doors using a touch pad and my phone as the key and my office has a keypad for entry. I love it! I look forward to continuing my business with ReadySpaces! ----- June 2022 Be aware that they charge $3.30 per square foot for office units but the "approximate" sizes that they go by are way off. My office space is supposed to be 205 sf as posted on their wall and advertised when they give you handouts of this same blueprint for tours they will tell you 205 sf. Well, that promised office space is actually 154 sf at still $3.30 per sf. You're paying for 51 sf that doesn't exist. The middle unit is advertised as 175 sf but is measured at 157, so bigger than the 205 sf unit, and still cheaper at the $3.30 price. I'm supposed to be moving in by now also but that office still isn't done. Our warehouse unit is 7 feet less but we didn't fight it as the variance is more tolerable. Every level you contact will keep throwing around that it's "approximate" and it's by per unit not per square feet after you bring it to their attention, which is misleading and false advertising. At our tour, we were NEVER told it's per unit. We were given the square unit price. If customer service were better, there were better communication, an attempt to show some care and concern for their tenants, I would be less frustrated and upset about it. They asked for my feedback, I provided, and I still feel dismissed. They don't address the issue of the pricing and sizes of the two offices either. In doing the math, it shows you're being charged for square footage you're not getting. And "approximate" to them is used very loosely. read more

We've been a tenant at two different Ready Space's locations, and this new one is certainly exceptional. We use the space to store and do minor restoration to our Restaurant Equipment, and by having a great dock area and Forklift available it truly makes it worth the price. The site manager, Andre, really cares about the facility, and does whatever he can to make sure that everything stays running smoothly. We do the same, and have since the beginning as an initial tenant there. read more

Ready Spaces is ideal for a start up that needs a secure working space/warehouse at an affordable price. We loved our time at Ready Spaces! The South San Francisco Ready Spaces is pretty new and the manager on site is great! Andre keeps the warehouse orderly and secure. He is super responsive - he always picks up his cell phone! We moved and he was so helpful with redirecting our packages after the fact. Couldn't recommend it more! read more

I have been looking for office/warehouse space for a while now. Between the lack of response to my calls/emails and just the shortage of spaces out there that fit my needs, I was pretty discouraged. Then I came across ReadySpaces. What a brilliant idea for small up and coming businesses. I was able to secure a tour right away and let me say that the building manager, Andre, was courteous, knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and listened to all my needs. He is everything customer service should be! This was such a pleasant experience. We were completely sold on the concept and the pricing. We will definitely be renting a space from this location. We can't wait to be a part of such an accommodating, straightforward, and customer oriented establishment. read more
