I've been storing my wine at Arco's since 2012 which tells you a lot about the SSF location. The staff- Angie, Julie, Carlos and Nicole- are all extremely friendly and competent. They sign for all of my deliveries and secure them until I can come by and deal with them. In 14 years I have never had a problem with a lost or misplaced shipment. Renting a storage unit was fast and easy online. When I appeared in person, Carlos and Nicole explained how to access my locker. Carlos gave me a tour of the facility and showed me where my locker was. There is a large powered roll-up door for loading/unloading, and plenty of carts (various sizes and types) for moving your 'stuff' to and from the locker. The facility is very clean, well-lit, and alarmed. Nicole gave the office tour and even advised me where to find coffee and the restrooms. They are both super helpful and very friendly! We did a bit of research when looking for temporary storage, and landed on Arco's. At first, we were attracted to their pricing (they often run great promos), and when we spoke to Julie, we were sold from their customer service. Julie and the team were so nice in taking the time to understand our needs, present us with multiple options, and even help us out when they were transitioning payment portals and required us to do a few extra steps. Outside of the service, the actual storage units are extremely clean, very easy to access, and I always felt safe accessing my stuff. We only recently stopped using them because we moved into a larger home that accommodates our excess clutter, but would use Arco's again in a heartbeat if ever needed. Wow, if I could give more than 5 stars to Arco's I would! I was with Security Public Storage for almost a year and was tired of them increasing my monthly (they were charging me $179 for a 5x5!) so I decided to look for another storage company and found Arco's, which is a family owned business. I spoke to Julie over the phone & she answered all of my questions and sent me videos. Since I was concerned about paying for 2 units at the same time, she was able to work out a deal for me, which I totally appreciate! I completely forgot a lock & they were able to loan me one until I moved in completely. The customer service is excellent! Overall I highly recommend Arco's! Arco's self storage is amazing. Veronica was extremely helpful. Twice in the past 2 months, we needed storage in a hurry. Within 1 hour she had units set up for us and ready to go. Yes, there is free coffee and cold water. They give you a neat welcome basket also. Prices are on par with other storage facilities in the area. Facility is clean, secure, and access hours are great (6 am to 9 pm). The roll up doors made it incredibly easy to unload all our big items and furniture. Clean bathrooms also. I have nothing bad to say. Arco's and Veronica made at least this part of our move stress-free. I cannot accurately explain the relief one feels knowing that our treasured belongings are safe and secure, that was just one very important part of many and Arco's made it stress free. read more

I wish I can leave 0 star. Horrible customer service. I was driving through and noticed the sign of Arco storage. First day was staff was so kind and professional. Later I find out are not customer oriented at it all. Bunch of new rules: 1. You cannot access from this gate from today. 2. You cannot park the car, otherwise we will call to the towing company. 3. They put red lock if your transaction doesn't go through until they will open office at 9:30 AM. 4. They have coffee machine's were I was drinking coffee once a week. And one day I get: " You can drink coffee it's for staff". At the end I got upset and said them: "You are unprofessionals and acting like kids" They said: "you have to leave the storage this month" I left with a smile and rented bigger storage for less money. But my business partner got red lock couple day later with no reason. Owner and manager do not communicate with each other very well. They want customers who rent storage and visit own rented space very rare. Storage units very small, but prices very high compared to market price. Horrible personalities with attitude run this storage. read more
