That said, the experience with their corporate office is another story, as I had just called to ask why I still haven't received a refund for November's rent + deposit after ending my lease in October, and it's now December 12th. The woman on the phone was very dismissive and basically didn't want to help at all. Instead, she said that anything that had to do with my lease and/or refund should be discussed with the manager. I tried to explain that I had already spoken to the manager a few times and all he could do is let me know that he would contact billing. Her response was the same: dismissive tone and attitude that made me realize this call with her was pointless. Perhaps it's good that I'm canceling my lease with ready spaces because this isn't the kind of company that I want to work with.

I have been a long time tenant and grew from a 100 sq ft unit to a 2,500 sq ft unit. I have repeatedly reported a broken toilet in the conference room for several months. Despite numerous attempts to contact the property manager via phone, email, and in person, the issue remains unresolved. This lack of attention to critical maintenance concerns poses significant health and safety risks to occupants. It also shows the lack of professionalism and care for the tenants in the property. Property manager is unresponsive to urgent requests. I have made requests for access codes for my employees, pallet rack installations, electricity and forklift certifications. These requests have been consistently ignored, causing significant disruptions to our operations. There is also a complete lack of communication and care. Andre consistently fails to respond to emails and phone calls. When I visit his office, he is often unavailable and claims to be "too busy" to address my concerns and makes it seem as if I am deeply troubling him. Phone calls are consistently redirected to other team members and go unanswered. This lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable and hinders effective property management. I am not sure what he does for months but he is consistently too busy to address any concerns and is in consistent meetings hidden away in his office. It is evident that the property manager prioritizes his own schedule and convenience over the needs of his tenants. His unwillingness to respond to emails and phone calls, and his frequent unavailability in his office, demonstrate a blatant disregard for the importance of tenant satisfaction and the impact his actions have on our businesses. The property manager's lack of responsiveness and disregard for tenant needs have caused significant disruptions to our business operations costing us great financial harm. Delays in addressing maintenance issues, lack of access to necessary resources, and the constant frustration of trying to communicate with him have negatively impacted our productivity and overall satisfaction with the property. I have wasted countless hours of my time attempting to chase this man down to get a response. Given the severity and frequency of these issues, I believe a serious performance review of the property manager is urgently needed. I have effectively escalated the issue to his managers and various other team members in executive level positions and will see if the issue is addressed.

    I was a little bit hesitant when I read all the negative reviews. Now that I have been here for…read moreover 12 months, I have nothing but good to say about this place. I am quite critical if you read my other reviews, but I will give them a 5. The new manager tries everything in her power to make us feel at home here. She would bring in food platters on holidays and make accommodations when there are emergencies. The staffs have been very friendly and helpful. The rules mentioned by previous reviewers are all spelled out in the contract and made up by their UK headquarters. The new management has been quite understanding when it comes to billing issues. We have had some of our fees removed due to our misunderstanding of the contract or simply didn't know. I think communicating and giving heads up is key thing. This place is great for early stage startups, it allows us to slowly scale up our space. As a tenant, I have access to a gym, a cafe and many Regus class A business lounges around the Bay.

Finally I settled the account and after a few months they send me a bill again and saying i have to pay and ask me to show proof of payment. I had received email saying that the account is paid from the previous collection agent. Now there's a new agent trying to collect again. And after I forwarded the email from the previous agent stating that the account is paid in full , and the new agent said that doesn't tell him much. Im like Dude, that's exactly what it said in the email account paid in full. So from stopping and closing the account is a nightmare and they won't close your account and they will keep sending you bills. DONT EVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS. Until now 2025 they are still coming after their rent.

    I came to this WeWork to get some work done since the internet at my new place wasn't set up yet…read more This was my first time at a WeWork so I was a bit on edge since I didn't know what to expect. When I got there, a woman let me in and essentially gave me the run down. You get a key card to access the elevators, there are conference rooms you can book and phone booths to take small work meetings. The 2nd and 3rd floors have dedicated areas for quiet work while the 4th floor is more collaborative. They have free beverages throughout the day so if you wanted some tea, water or coffee, you can get that. The hibiscus tea they had on tap was pretty good and ended up being my go to for the day. They also have snacks for an extra charge and you can order food to the building and the delivery is pretty seamless. I wanted to access the WiFi and to do that you have to find a link from their website and get a special password linked to your account. Unfortunately, no one told me this, there were no QR codes to scan on the desk, or any signs posted so it took be a bit longer to get set up. Everything else was pretty smooth except for the first floor not having any paper towel. I think all of those things are easy fixes though. Overall, productive place to get work done if you want a change of pace.

The facility is top flight; clean, stocked, serviced, amenities avast, what an epic experience and service this is!!!! Thanks WeWork
