I spent a weekend at a music festival where Seattle Pops had a booth set up all three days we were there. They also started us on a punch card which we tried to fill up before the festival ended but we were two short by the time we left. Anyways! I got to try a few flavors: very strawberry, cookies and cream (twice), and chocolate banana. Clearly the cookies and cream was the standout flavor if I got it twice instead of trying another flavor (I did want to try cinnamon horchata but they had sold out when I was ready to get one). I love that there are whole Oreos in the cookies and cream popsicle!! And it's a creamy popsicle so you don't get the icy feel on your teeth when biting into it. I love Oreos but feel they taste better when soaked in milk (otherwise the cookie part is too dry for me), and this popsicle gives you that experience but in a fantastically cool sweet treat way. I love it. The very strawberry is also really tasty and you can tell that it's made with good ingredients and not just junk and water. It was really refreshing to have a fruity popsicle when you're stuck outside all day long in the sun. The chocolate banana was pretty good too but my least favorite of the three flavors I tried. There were real slices of banana in what was essentially a fudgesicle, so the frozen banana didn't really offer much in terms of flavor. I did learn that if you go to their actual shop you could dip, drizzle, and/or top your pop so I think this one would be perfect for a chocolate dip of some kind! Overall these were amazing and I will definitely be getting more the next time I see them!

The perfect place to grab a summer treat! While I'm not usually a huge popsicle person, I thought this place was awesome. With a nice selection of fruity pops and creamy pops, you can pick your flavor to enjoy on its own, or have it dipped in chocolate, add a drizzle, and/or a topping like sprinkles and chocolate chips. I went with the coffee pop dipped in dark chocolate. It was SO good. Others in my group tried the cookies and cream pops and also really liked them. They don't skimp on the toppings, so definitely order them if they sound good. Staff were friendly and got our pops ready in record time. Highly recommend stopping here if you need a sweet treat!

Seattle Pops is a great place to grab a quick snack or dessert. They have a wide variety of popsicles and toppings to accommodate most pallets, there are numerous vegan options as well. Tori did a great job assisting me, she was extremely courteous and helpful. I will definitely visit again.

Absolutely love Seattle Pops! I will start by saying I'm more of an ice cream person, so I have only tried the creamy pops. I have gotten pops both from their Wallingford location and at multiple farmers markets. Everyone who has helped us out, has seemed nice enough. And the outdoor picnic tables with dog water bowls are great place to sit and enjoy your pop in the summer! The picture included is of the cookies and cream, it's actually has huge chunks of cookies in it, which I am totally a fan of. The strawberries and cream tastes like a strawberry icebox cake which was also delicious. My husband and I both really like the creamy coffee and he enjoyed the blueberries and cream but I did not. It seems to be more on the icy side and was not the same consistency of creamy like most of the other pops - I think the strawberries and cream combo just works better. I loved Lilikoi and cream but it was too tart for him. It definitely is more on the tart side, but it reminded me of lassi on a stick - yes please! If you have any chocolate craving, chocolate, banana is definitely the way to go. It's like a gourmet fudge pop with fresh chunks of banana - heaven. If you are a coconut fan, I would definitely recommend that, and it has actually shredded coconut in it too. The Horchata is to die for, but it's a seasonal flavor, so I'll have to wait until they're back! For everyone commenting about the price, I would like to remind them this is a small business with locally made products. Going out for a popsicle is basically the same as going out to MM's or S&S for an ice cream cone, and definitely less expensive than getting dessert at a restaurant if you're eating out. And of course it's going to be more expensive than getting it at a giant chain grocery store, but you have to remember those items are mass produced with ingredients from who knows where, so you have to take all of that into consideration. If you buy a pack, you get a discount - do what we did and have one of the Popsicles now, and save the rest for another warm day. We Seattle Pops !

You'll see Seattle Pops at various events all over WA but I came into the shop for the full experience. The first flavor I tried at a farmers market was rhubarb but i wanted to come in for the colorfully decorated popsicles I'd seen photos of since they only have plain ones at events. You can get drizzles, sprinkles, nuts, it's a bit of a different experience coming into the shop but I would still try these at any pop up stand. Their flavors are unique and never disappoint. Today we tried the strawberry lemonade and strawberry-basil popsicles. My husband thought my strawberry basil choice tasted like a salad but I loved the freshness of it. We added chocolate drizzles which harden up on top and look cute but honestly just crumble off with each bite. The taste was good though and I'm glad to have finally come into the shop. It was super cold inside and bench seating outside is the perfect hangout for a warm day.

Oh Seattle, how does one possibly keep up with all of the MANY great local businesses. My husband and I saw Seattle Pops in passing about 2 weeks ago, and thanks to the extreme heatwave we all experienced his week we're all looking ways to stay cool; Seattle Pops couldn't be a better place for just that! My husband and I enjoyed our Strawberry Lemonade and Vanilla Brownie pops while driving back home. These popsicles were so refreshingly good, my husband insists we have them as an available option over the local ice cream we have at home. The vanilla brownie was literally a brownie dipped in vanilla ice cream; SO GOOD!!! Customer service was excellent, the store is super cute, and flavor options are plentiful. I definitely plan to return to try the other flavors, and highly recommend you finding your way to Wallingford for a refreshing premium popsicle!

OMG! How have we missed this place for so long. I saw a mention of it recently and had to try the place. We got a Vanilla Brownie, one dipped in dark chocolate and the other dipped in milk chocolate. We absolutely loved it. The vanilla ice cream was great with brownie pieces in the ice cream. We will be back soon to try their other flavors.

A nice dessert option and I can certainly see the appeal of Seattle Pops. They have fruity and creamy options. I tried the cinnamon horchata with Carmel drizzle and vegan strawberry lemonade. Both were super tasty and enjoyable. Now, I wasn't expecting to pay $12 for a couple popsicles and I guess that's neither here nor there, but they're certainly not on the cheap side. They have a wide variety of flavors and drizzle options, so tasty. Let your tastebuds do all the talking here and enjoy!

It is an excellent place to go if you are bored of the regular store pops and want funky flavors. However, the place is PRICEY! Each bar is priced $4-5 each, and then any topping is anywhere from 75c - $1. It costs a dollar to sprinkle a pinch of chocolate and almonds on your ice cream. Once you look past the price tag, each ice cream is delicious. The staff is helpful and explained the flavors and suggested the best ones to order. They will cut open the package and wrap it nicely in tissue and hand it to you. I tried the Very Strawberry and the Kona Coffee. (Kona Coffee generally is expensive and hard to find, so that bar is justified being on the higher end). The Very Strawberry was a creamy base and had the right amount of fresh strawberry. It wasn't overwhelming in any way, and there were chunks of dried strawberry in it, adding to the taste. A definite 5/5. The kona coffee was a great one too, but I wasn't that much of a fan. It was a subtler version of a regular coffee and tasted very little like Kona coffee. They have cute benches on the sidewalk, which are perfect for outdoor seating. And the string lights at night make it ideal for even late evenings. The ice creams are kept in a colder temperature than the store ones, so all the pops are more frozen, meant to be bitten off. Being someone who enjoys a popsicle gradually, I had to wait a bit for them to warm up a little. It would be a perfect 5/5, but the higher price for everything and hard texture knocks one star off for me.

Fun place!! Stop in after dinner in Wallingford to grab some dessert. There are lots of options for the popsicle, the dipping, and the topping. I tried a coconut cream, dipped in dark chocolate with coconut topping. It was SO good. It really hit the spot for dessert. These popsicles are a bit pricy, but a great treat and you can completely customize to fill your sweet tooth craving.

I LOVE SEATTLE POPS!! That says a lot b/c I'm not big into sweets or cold treats usually. I tried 3 different cold treats during the 100 degree weekend and this was by far my FAV! Their shop is super cute and service was very friendly! There was a bit of a line when we went (duh it was 80+ degrees that day) but it moved quickly so be patient! They have a great variety of fruity and cream pops. You can eat them plain or add toppings to them. We ordered a strawberry and cream with white chocolate and sprinkles and a grasshopper mint brownie with caramel. WOW! Both were so yummy!! I definitely did not think I would enjoy the brownie one but it was so good and I loved my strawberry and cream pop! I honestly wanted to go back the next day, that's how good they were! This is seriously a yummy treat and I can't wait to go back soon!

I was hankering for something sweet and creamy, and Seattle Pops hit the spot! They have a variety of flavors that changes occasionally. They organize their flavors, either fruity or creamy. I tend to lean towards fruity, but decided with creamy that evening. I ordered their Kona Mocha. It had a nutty and chocolate flavor. I regret not getting a dipped pop with toppings. I think it would have tasted even better. Without it, it kind of tasted like a standard chocolate pop.

You can make better popsicles at home. Trust me. The popsicles they have at Seattle Pops are basically watered down with no actual taste of whatever flavor you ordered. Maybe it's the hype, the hipster era, or the organic fad that's happening now, but this is not good, and certainly not worth your money. The popsicles have no substance, no real flavor, and taste like water. I don't see this place lasting very long unfortunately. read more

After a good meal we drop by the Seattle pops to see what was Poppin. Lucky for us they had plenty of flavors to choose from. We chose the Kona coffee under the creamery section and we chose Lilikoi under the NonDairy section. Both were amazing and highly recommended. From a pricewise they were four dollars apiece so a little bit more expensive than what I'm used to for Popsicles but I'm going to attribute that to the high rent costs in that area :) read more

I have to admit, I am not the biggest ice cream place. Blasphemy, I know, but it's not my go to dessert choice. I am, however, a fan of Seattle Pops! It's in a great spot near Ramen Man, 45th Stop and Shop, Musashi's, and a dozen other great restaurants so it's the perfect place to walk over to after dinner for a sweet treat. Every time I've been there it hasn't been terribly busy but I think the fact that you can't sample flavors really cuts down on people holding up the line (ahem, like at ice cream shops). They had a really great and wide selection of both non-dairy and dairy popsicles so you're sure to find whatever you're in the mood for. Their flavors are delicious and inventive and I've enjoyed every popsicle I've gotten. For an extra decadent boost, get your popsicle fresh dipped in Theo's chocolate. The chocolate forms a very generous layer over your popsicle. A great neighborhood spot for those sunny and not so sunny Seattle days! read more

I love love love this place! I remember trying one of their ice cream about 4 years ago from a cart at the first Generocity event at the living computer museum. And it was amazing! So I was absolutely thrilled when I learned that a STORE was opening up within blocks of where I live. My recent favorite of theirs is guava!! It's like I'm eating the actual fruit!! I saw that they have a matcha flavor too! That's top of my list for my next visit. They have a punch card, buy 10 get 1 free. read more

I've only visited Seattle Pops one time. Their storefront is adorable and staff is very nice. I tried their pumpkin pie popsicle which tasted exactly like pumpkin pie and whipped cream in one bite. I have nothing to say about the fruit pops, but the milk pops appear to be worth a try. I also tried the salted chocolate which was delicious, as well. I'll update this review with more visits, and while the price may be a little bit high, I still have nothing bad to say about this place. read more

My first experience with Seattle Pops was at a farmers market! So many flavors, everything is so yummy! My favorite is the chocolate banana - It's so creamy and the perfect amount of sweetness with the banana! I just recently visited the store and they have lots more flavors! They also do punch cards for people who are addicted to the pops (me). I highly recommend this place! So good! read more

Really good! We got the kona coffee ones dipped in milk chocolate. The chocolate itself was delicious, and the popsicle tasted pretty good. Kinda pricey at $5.75 each (that includes dip, just popsicle is $4), but a nice treat! read more

Visited Seattle Pops at the Ballard farmers market. My boyfriend and I tried the zesty lime and blackberry ginger flavors. They were refreshing, dairy free, and the perfect post-workout treat. The zesty lime tasted more like frozen lemonade but not as sugary. Blackberry ginger is my personal favorite. It's fruity without being overly sweet and it has a much softer bite than typical popsicles. The Seattle Pops stop offers seasonal flavors (pumpkin spice was amazing) that are both dairy and non-dairy. If you stop by often, get their punch card! Each popsicle is $4 at the Ballard Farmers Market. read more

I'm not a huge fan of chocolate ice cream, chocolate cake etc. but I tried out their chocolate fudge pop at Taste of WA. OMG. I fell in love. It is so tasty and fudgey. Yesterday I was craving something sweet and browsing through Postmates and I saw Seattle Pops on it! There are so many flavors and you can also dip them in chocolate as well! I ordered the Chocolate Fudge (of course!), Mango Chile dipped in Milk Chocolate, Cinnamon Horchata, and the Passionfruit Cream. I am impressed with all them! My favorite is the Mango Chile dipped in chocolate! I did not expect this to be as delicious as it was! I hope I can try to Guava dipped in white chocolate covered in coconut soon. I'm so glad I know of this place now. read more

The first time I tried Seattle Pops was at Sunset Supper last year. Immediately, I knew I had fallen in love, and had to fight the urge to literally stalk the booth for more popsicles. I was pleasantly surprised when they opened their new location in Wallingford and I knew I had to visit. Street parking was fairly easy (early on a Friday afternoon), and the flavors were plentiful. I personally prefer the creamier pops - chocolate banana ftw - but I always love a good fruity pop too. The store itself is cute and clean, and they even offer a stamp card. Not so surprisingly, I had 8/10 stamps on my first visit. Variety? Check. Flavor? Check. Ice cream lover approved? Triple check. read more

seattle pops is a cute shop to stop in and get a tasty treat. i stopped in here with a friend on a hot summer evening here, so the pops were refreshing and tasty. i got a non dairy strawberry pop dipped in dark chocolate and i was impressed with the flavors and quality. fast service and a unique dessert make seattle pops very worth checking out! read more

I found this gem while walking around Wallingford one day and decided to give it a try. It is very clean on the inside and you can even see the girls making the pops. It's bright on the inside and there are seats so you can sit while you eat. I got chocolate banana pop and it was very good. The banana didn't over power the chocolate and there was actual banana chunks in it. The chocolate was rich and smooth. My wife got pineapple with jalapeño in it; it wasn't very spicy but it was definitely good. My sister got avocado dipped in chocolate. The chocolate is from Theo's chocolate factory so that was great. Every Wednesday is double stamp day so go and get your pops! Overall, this place taste great and I'll definitely be back. read more

I actually went to a kiosk that was temporarily trying out a space at Westfield Southcenter mall. Usually found in farmers markets around the Seattle area. It was so hot yesterday and was just telling my friend that a cold Popsicle sounded so good. Then the planets aligned and it was right in front of Macy's! I got the lime and friend got watermelon. Sooooo tasty and satisfying. It was 3.50 each but It was full flavored and perfect size. It literally tastes like those fruits. I would love it see it again but I wouldn't mind finding it at a farmers market :) read more

They had a ton of flavors available, but on the recommendation of the guy working the popsicle stand (I know, right?), I went with the coconut chocolate. And it was delicious. This local family run business is totally worth supporting because their popsicles are super delicious and all their popsicles are 100% natural and filled with local and organic ingredients! I went here last night just as a random dessert place and it is a cool little shop. You can see the popsicles being made (my sister said it's kinda like how you can watch dim sum). It's all very clean and minimalistic with nice pops of color between the wall art and the popsicles themselves. They offer both fruity and creamy flavors, with the fruity flavors all being vegan. Plus you can choose to dip it in organic chocolate. They lady working was very chill and said that they have only been open three weeks. They have a lot more to come in terms of chocolate dips and toppings, as well as seasonal flavors. It's also in a pretty prime location. read more

I saw the pop up shop at Southcenter Mall, ate one and fell in love! Eight flavors are offered, and I've tried seven of them (watermelon was sold out). It's impossible for me to pick a favorite. FYI: if you eat the blueberries 'n cream, make sure you have a toothpick or dental floss. I had blueberries stuck in my teeth until I found a toothpick. But it was worth the minor embarrassment. You can enjoy the flavors without it being overly sweet. I will be heartbroken when they leave. I hope they turn up at Farmers' Markets in Bellevue or Renton. read more

The sprinkles on top also weren't too sweet like the sprinkles you'd imagine from grocery store cupcakes. Service was quick and friendly and I can't wait to come back and try out their other menu items. Their Thai tea flavor that I had in the Capitol Hill location was amazing as well!
