I saw the pop up shop at Southcenter Mall, ate one and fell in love! Eight flavors are offered, and I've tried seven of them (watermelon was sold out). It's impossible for me to pick a favorite. FYI: if you eat the blueberries 'n cream, make sure you have a toothpick or dental floss. I had blueberries stuck in my teeth until I found a toothpick. But it was worth the minor embarrassment. You can enjoy the flavors without it being overly sweet. I will be heartbroken when they leave. I hope they turn up at Farmers' Markets in Bellevue or Renton. read more

First of all, DO NOT ORDER FROM POSTMATES!!! They canceled my order an hour before it was supposed to arrive. Then I called Seattle Pops to understand why my order was canceled and Seattle Pops told me that they never received the order. They were kind enough to put a rush on a new order but when I called back their IMPOSSIBLE MANAGER, a real b--ch on the phone, seriously! I asked to speak with the gentleman that helped me earlier to find out when the pops where picked up since I received notification they were delivered but we did not have them yet. She informed me that there was no PostMates pick up ---WHICH WAS A LIE!!!! and more misinformation. I asked her to please ask the gentleman there since maybe he had more information about the pick up...and surprise, he did! The manager was RUDE, not helpful and someone I prefer not to do business with in the future! Seattle pops is a nice Popsicle joint. I got a strawberry cream Popsicle and it tastes like a the Mexican cream Popsicle Helados Mexico but with fresher strawberry. I'll definitely come back to try other flavors! read more

This is an amazing location to come and get a popsicle! I've never had a better one in my life!! I highly recommend Seattle Pops to anyone in the area. Personally, I love the Cinnamon Horchata. They have both ice cream and sorbet style flavors, so whichever floats your boat you can get! They also have seasonal variations in their flavors because they use all local produce and dairy in producing their popsicles. Comparable to the Johnny Pops in Vancouver the fruit based vegan bars are amazing. I am in love with the mango. A little expensive compared to what I am used to paying around the city but still worth it if you want a healthier pop. sported at the Freemont market. $4 for a small simple premade, prefrozen popsicle that is served as is, simply wrapped, right out of the freezer case. They were also far too watery. What comes next? Maybe a business that sells $5 single sticks of gum? The flavor options are well planned, and quite diverse. Great idea to serve Spicy Mexican Chocolate, Guava, Matcha, and Coconut flavors. However they are all still just popsicles. The idea idea to charge $4 for a popsicle and even an additional add on cost to dip it is a marketing disaster that ruins what could have been a good offering. I laughed at how stupid I thought I was to be there, where a simple street type product is being sold for $4 or more per piece. The atmosphere and service were decent, but nothing so special on that front either. Parking is also pretty difficult here. I might have enjoyed the experience enough to return if the popsicles were $3 or less. I can buy a whole box that I would enjoy just as much at the store, and those may even look nicer coming out of the box and the package, and are so much better value, than buying 1 or 2 pieces here. At least at the expensive ice cream shops around town you get samples first, and your scoops are hand dipped to better justify the prices. This just seems ridiculous to me. I will definitely go to our great small batch ice cream shops instead for a much better value and better tasting dessert experience, that is so much more enjoyable to eat. I have seen the same concept as this place done in other US cities at much much better value, for what was being served. Not sure what happened here. read more

I have tried a few vegan flavors and ice cream flavors, but the coconut is TOP NOTCH. So good. The fruity flavors are vegan and don't have the same delicious creaminess, but if you're vegan you take what you can get (not to say those flavors weren't great as well). I, on the other hand, will be enjoying the coconut ice cream bar every time I make it out to the Fremont Market. read more

Found this place when they were at a little food festival in SLU before the shop opened up on 45th and have been a fan since. I prefer the cream based popsicles over the fruity but that's just me. I still enjoy the fruit ones too! My favorite is the coconut cream. I've never seen this place with a super long line so there's never much of a wait. You can get your popsicle dipped in chocolate for an extra $1.25. The popsicle itself is $4, a little expensive but well worth it every time!! I would give this place 5 stars if it was a little cheaper. Great dessert place if you're in the area! read more

I try to only go to Seattle pops a couple times a week but sometimes I fail and go more. They have so much variety you can easily have a new flavor every day of the week for a couple weeks. Not that I've tried or have a problem or anything. I'm just saying that hypothetically you could if you want to. My personal favorites are Coconut and Kona Mocha. read more

I highly recommend Seattle Pops for events or catering. I had deliveries from SP 4 times for employee appreciation events, with orders ranging from 100-300 pops. The employees LOVED their pops and every flavor was a hit. Megan and the team were prompt to reply to last second changes and delivered right on time, even to the busy downtown core. Seattle Pops has some great flavors. I have had several (chocolate banana, lime, strawberry, watermelon, strawberry basil). The fruit based ones are great for a hot-summer day walking arround. My personal favorite is either chocolate banana or strawberry basil. I have taken some to work and my boss has requested that I bring them to some of our customers. The quality is great and worth the detour to find on any warm day in Seattle! read more

I ordered the strawberries and cream and it really lacked the flavor. I love this flavor and normally make my own at home, when I saw the flavor at Seattle Pops I immediately ordered it. Unfortunately, it was bland and and not very good. I was with 4 people, we all ordered pops, and 3 of us ended up throwing away part of our popsicles because we didn't enjoy them. Wish that they allowed samples so that customers could find a flavor they would actually enjoy rather than being dissatisfied with a subpar pop. Better off making your own! read more

The service was good and the people friendly, but it's just not good. My friends and I got six different flavors and tried them all, it's not at all like flavorful paletas (which is the comparison it says on their website). It really is just frozen, slightly flavored water. Disappointing really. The store is nicely designed and I like the corn hole game out front, but all six flavors I tried were just not good. You could freeze some juice and other things at home to make a better popsicle. I can't see how a store instead of a stand is a good idea for Seattle pops, especially at the end of summer, winter is coming. read more

We tried two flavors here and they were both good. We had the avocado and the chocolate coconut. The avocado is only for true avocado lovers and is not overly sweet. Seattle Pops catered an event for my office today and the pops were a HUGE HIT!!! The favorite fruity flavor of the day was definitely Peach Perfect, which is my fave fruity flavor I've tried there (and I have tried a lot!). But it's really hard to beat the dairy based flavors - the Coconut Cream & Blueberries n Cream were so good!! Hello...you can see pieces of golden brown toasted coconut in the pop. I love Seattle Pops - they have both fruity and creamy pops so there's something for everyone. My favorite option is the no-sugar-added Strawberry Banana pop, since I get to enjoy something sweet without being unhealthy (it only contains strawberries, bananas, water, and lemon juice), which is an option many ice cream shops don't provide.
