    strawberry toast
    Christine C.

OMG, so good!!! I got the strawberry toast and it was absolutely heavenly. Every single part of it was amazing, and the café itself was so cute and aesthetic. The toast was perfectly toasted, warm, and smelled incredible. It came with delicious ice cream and syrup drizzled on top, which made it even better. It is very easy to order, and you get a buzzer thing when your dish is ready. Every time a new order came out, it looked and smelled amazing, which just confirmed that you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

Dessert heaven! We went with 2 of our friends and planned on sharing a few dishes. We asked the server what are the more popular bites. He recommended the Mango Cheesecake Bingsu & Banana Honey Caramel Shibuya Toast. Both stellar recommendations! Mango Cheesecake Bingsu 4.5/5- Mangos and creamy cheesecake bites sit on top of a pillow of shaved ice, topped with mango sauce and vanilla ice cream. This dish was incredible. Only thing I'd want is more cheesecake bites but to be fair, we shared these with 4 people. All of their desserts are rather large so I'd share with at least one other person. Banana Honey Caramel Shibuya Toast 5/5- This one really deserves no notes. I have a HUGE sweet tooth and let me just say, normally I prefer chocolate and on that spectrum of sweets, but this was a memorable plate. The toasted fluffy bread, the fresh caramelized bananas, topped with ice cream and whipped cream. You're just transported to a creamy heaven. The mixture of textures in their plates is just executed exceptionally well. I would definitely recommend both dishes to guest, but especially this one! They also offer crepes, coffee, matcha, einspanner, and breakfast/brunch options until 3pm in case your sweet tooth needs something savory for balance. Parking is limited due to location, but please do not let this deter you. Service was quick and we found the server to be incredibly helpful & knowledgeable of the menu. Not alot of seating, but it seems to be enough for the volume of customers. We never saw anyone waiting for a seat during our time there. The location also has fun decor. If you like desserts in any fashion or just want a unique dessert experience, give them a try!

Cocho valley has a sweet treat for everyone from brick toast to bingsoo (shaved ice) to drinks (matcha and lattes). It's a quaint space with some tightly spaced tables and a community table. Ordering is straightforward and you get a beeper for when your order is ready. The brick toast was crunchy on the outside and soft inside. Overall, everything was pretty delicious but a little pricey ($15). Good spot to study and share a dessert.

It's a drive away from downtown but the place is super cute and the crepes are delish! Service is ok. The orders take a while and there is very little seating.

A chill spot to grab a dessert after dinner! There's street parking in the neighborhood nearby. It was pretty busy on a Saturday around 7pm. There were also a bunch of gals taking photos in all the cute spots in the cafe. Strawberry cheesecake bingsoo: the presentation was so cute and came with a side of condensed milk. The shaved ice part was a different texture than I'm used to, and I liked it! Super melt in your mouth and a bit creamy. I just wish there were more strawberries. Overall not too sweet either! Adjust sweetness with the condensed milk.

Hands down the best bingsu I've ever had. The texture is one of a kind: light, not too sweet, flaky like shaved coconut. And I love that they still have the Christmas tree up, with plants everywhere (I'm a big fan of fiddle leaves), and teddy bears (how cozy!). If you've ever been to Seoul, it's similar to their teddy bear cafe. There was one table left when we got there, a pretty popular place. Service was quick too. Def worth visiting again.

    Soufflé Strawberry Cloud

Soufflé Strawberry Cloud This dish features light, airy soufflé pancakes topped with fresh strawberries, vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, strawberry Mont Blanc cream, and a drizzle of house-made strawberry sauce. Typically it's two pancakes from other places that I have been, but this place is a three-pancake stack. The presentation was stunning, very creative and undeniably tempting. Taste-wise, the pancakes truly live up to the hype. They're incredibly fluffy, soft, and practically melt in your mouth. Light, cloud-like, and perfectly balanced in sweetness and richness, each bite feels delicate yet indulgent. Absolutely irresistible. Service & Experience Breakfast is served until 3 PM, but the soufflé pancakes are available only until sold out. Coche Valley operates on a self-service style: you place your order first, find a seat, and the staff will bring your food once it's ready. Drinks are called out by name and picked up at the counter. Despite how busy it was during my visit, the wait time was very reasonable, especially considering soufflé pancakes take time to prepare. Matcha Latte A simple matcha latte made with matcha and milk. Nothing fancy, but solid and straightforward. I'd definitely come back for the crepes.

I saw videos and posts about the soufflé here so I was super excited to try it. There isn't a lot of seating inside so when it gets busy you might have to wait around. We ordered the strawberry soufflé which we had to look for on their brunch menu. Their big menu at the entrance only has drinks, the Shibuya toast, crepe, and the bingsu. Since their presentation is immaculate, you will have to wait for your order. For the soufflé they brought the plate directly to our seating area (making sure that we didn't have to struggle with the balance!) The soufflé was room temperature and super airy and soft. The white cream tasted like melted vanilla ice cream and surprisingly tasted more like vanilla than the scoop of ice cream atop the soufflé pancakes. The strawberry jam was pretty sweet so I wouldn't recommend getting a scoop of that on its own. There is a bussing station to the right of the cash register where we put our plates and utensils away. Complementary water too of course! Overall would love to come here and try out the Shibuya toast but just as note, parking may be an issue for some so come early!

What a beautiful experience. The atmosphere is tranquil, enhanced by unique lighting, fresh plants and flowers, and soft Japanese pop music playing quietly in the background. The people at the counter are very gentle, patient, and kind, explaining the dishes and offering suggestions. The matcha latte was made perfectly, and the cup it was served in had a great haptic. The mango shibuya toast was phenomenal, both in presentation and flavor. Generous amount of freshly sliced ripe mango, the vanilla ice cream and whipped cream were a good quality. The toast was fluffy and lightly toasted. The drizzle of mango sauce with crisped rice provided a perfect contrast. . I was there shortly after opening and was able to place my order without waiting. It did fill up quickly, and this was on a random Thursday. The price is absolutely fair, for the quality of the ingredients and obvious care put into the dish. Each dish the kitchen prepared was a work of art. Believe the hype and go.

This is a delicious brunch spot! Their shibuya toast was slightly crispy on the outside and soft inside. The strawberry cheesecake crepe was alright in my opinion since it didn't really stand out. The avocado croissant eggs benedict was really tasty though! There are a lot of flavors in that dish. The matcha einspanner was good but mostly tasted cream instead of matcha. Overall i'd come back for the other shibuya toasts and the eggs benedict. There's very limited seating inside. It was difficult to get a table for more than 3 people.

As we approached the establishment, an employee was sweeping outside and greeted us with a warm welcome while holding the door for us. Family of 4 plus a baby in a stroller - I assumed we wouldn't be able to sit at the huge table that seated 10 but it was empty and the 2-seat tables were mostly taken. The entire staff were very sweet. The food was SO GOOD. Nothing overly flavorful or too strong. I actually wished I had another egg on my soufflé benedict. It had some pink spread in the plate. I don't know what it is but I can only explain it like some mesquite chipotle kinda flavor, so good. Hot chocolate was great. The kids loved the chocolate and strawberry desserts. They hoofed em so I didn't get a bite. My soufflé was more flavorful than my wife's smoked ham croissant so the one bite I took didn't do much but if it was my meal, I'm sure it would be great! The strawberry crepe was a bit plain, only cuz we had no chocolate on it. Overall, every dish is delicious. Definitely going back.

Great process! So reasonable price $15 for such an amazing and filling souffle pancakes. Took a girlfriend for her birthday and we wound up splitting the savory eggs benedict and bacon and then the strawberry ice cream as our dessert. We were definitely full after those two courses. Service was amazing and so thoughtful. And I realized how happy everybody there was -- this was the second time I came across this phenomenon while eating here: people are really happy when they are here eating such special food. Like our neighbors were drooling over ours just as much as we were making eyes at theirs. It's hard to put a price tag on an experience of a happy space with amazing food for a very special occasion. Well done.

The customer service was awesome and the waiter was patient with me. The dining area was clean, empty, quiet and closed off from foot traffic. I wish creperies differentiate how they make the base crepe depending on savory vs. sweet. Savory ones benefit from more oil to enhance the seared flavor, while sweet ones don't.
