You order at the counter and pick up your food here. The soufflé pancakes took awhile (30 mins?) to come out, but it was worth it. Me and 3 friends split the mango cheesecake and mixed berry bingsu. The decor of this place is super cute! The highlight of the mango cheesecake bingsu were definitely the mango pieces. Soft and ripe and delicious. The cheesecake bites were not as flavorful as I would have liked, along with the vanilla ice cream, but I have a crazy sweet tooth so I recommend this one for those who like milder desserts that are not too sweet. The mixed berry bingsu was my fave! The berries were fresh but the best part was the ice cream! Super flavorful and I loved the fruit syrup too. Out of all the choices, it seems like my choice was the crowd favorite. The toast was nice and soft and included some chocolate ice cream on the top which was a nice balance. The serving was pretty large and could be shared by 2 people comfortably. Only thing I'd want is more cheesecake bites but to be fair, we shared these with 4 people. All of their desserts are rather large so I'd share with at least one other person. Banana Honey Caramel Shibuya Toast 5/5- This one really deserves no notes. I have a HUGE sweet tooth and let me just say, normally I prefer chocolate and on that spectrum of sweets, but this was a memorable plate. The toasted fluffy bread, the fresh caramelized bananas, topped with ice cream and whipped cream. You're just transported to a creamy heaven. The mixture of textures in their plates is just executed exceptionally well. I would definitely recommend both dishes to guest, but especially this one! They also offer crepes, coffee, matcha, einspanner, and breakfast/brunch options until 3pm in case your sweet tooth needs something savory for balance. Hands down the best bingsu I've ever had. The texture is one of a kind: light, not too sweet, flaky like shaved coconut. And I love that they still have the Christmas tree up, with plants everywhere (I'm a big fan of fiddle leaves), and teddy bears (how cozy!). I saw videos and posts about the soufflé here so I was super excited to try it. There isn't a lot of seating inside so when it gets busy you might have to wait around. We ordered the strawberry soufflé which we had to look for on their brunch menu. Their big menu at the entrance only has drinks, the Shibuya toast, crepe, and the bingsu. Since their presentation is immaculate, you will have to wait for your order. For the soufflé they brought the plate directly to our seating area (making sure that we didn't have to struggle with the balance!) The soufflé was room temperature and super airy and soft. The white cream tasted like melted vanilla ice cream and surprisingly tasted more like vanilla than the scoop of ice cream atop the soufflé pancakes. The strawberry jam was pretty sweet so I wouldn't recommend getting a scoop of that on its own. There is a bussing station to the right of the cash register where we put our plates and utensils away. Complementary water too of course! Overall would love to come here and try out the Shibuya toast but just as note, parking may be an issue for some so come early! read more

Took a girlfriend for her birthday and we wound up splitting the savory eggs benedict and bacon and then the strawberry ice cream as our dessert. We were definitely full after those two courses. I've been eyeing this dessert cafe for a couple years, and was finally able come by yesterday to celebrate a small achievement! I visited here with my parents at around 1:20pm, and noticed the long line and busy atmosphere. We ordered an Oreo brownie bingsoo, strawberry mania toast, matcha einspanner, and strawberry einspanner. Everything was nicely presented and delicious! The bingsoo came with a small cup of condensed milk to pour over the top, though I personally found it unnecessary since the dessert was sweet enough. I really enjoyed the texture of the shaved ice, and I found it interesting that the "grains" of the ice were so prominent like rice! The ice itself had a mild sweetness, which complemented the toppings well without being overly sweet. The strawberry toast was also impressive- the bread has great flavor and texture. In combination with the strawberry ice cream, fruit and whipped cream, this dessert was like an elevated strawberry shortcake (Actually, I'd now prefer the toast version over cake)!I felt the proportion of bread and toppings was also perfect, I wouldn't add or take away anything else from this recipe. Overall, both desserts were delicious, well-proportioned, and reasonably priced. I didn't know that strawberries and nutella went so well together. I've tried their tiramisu latte here but I felt that wasn't enough to warrant a more detailed review since their big hitters are their honey toast and bingsu, so I'm glad I came here again specifically for those two in this visit! I came with a friend on a Sunday night around 8pm just an hour before closing and it was already nearly a full house of people except for window seating just past the counter. There's seating mostly for 2 to 4 people, and one large table for a big group. There's also board games you can play, and a mostly hands-off service where you grab your own water, napkins and utensils. My friend and I got their strawberry Nutella Shibuya toast and strawberry cheesecake bingsu to share and wow were their portions pretty big! The strawberry Nutella Shibuya toast was our favorite; it was a hot toast along with chocolate ice cream, a TON of whipped cream and some strawberries along with Nutella. The bread was seamless to cut through even though it got a little messy, and it was crunchy outside but soft and hot inside. Everything was perfect on their toast! Bingsu is normally not my favorite since I don't consider it filling, but this place's strawberry cheesecake bingsu kinda did the opposite. It comes with what looks like condensed milk on the side, and the dessert is put in a base that looks like a mini hotpot tray. This had shaved ice, strawberry slices, small pieces of cheesecake, and a scoop of vanilla ice cream with a cherry on top and drizzled with strawberry syrup. As expected of shaved ice, it's not too sweet here, but adding every aforementioned topping made this nearly as filling as the toast itself. And portions here are already huge! Comes with one option on the side but since it's tall and not wide, the sweetness and flavor needs to be reapplied constantly for a balanced taste. Cheesecake was good but there are very few pieces. Okay pricing for the amount but troublesome to eat because it's tall with a small container and pieces can fall pretty easily. Taro Milk Tea w/ Boba - boba was alright with varying levels of chew. Mix of undercooked and cooked well but no flavor. Taro milk tea was made from the typical powder but mixed well. Way too much ice though so the drink got watered down quickly. Matcha Latte w/ Strawberry - honestly a solid matcha latte. Matcha is whisked decently for a strong flavor. There's some clumpy parts but fairly negligible. I'm having a little vaction trip here in Seattle and the group of friends I'm with noticed that a lot of places close super early around the city (we're from L.A. so to us 8 is too early to close) so while having this late night dessert craving, we found this little hidden gem here on yelp and OH BOY this was such a pleasent surprise. The location is like shared between a main st and a residential one (its a corner shop) but the minute you walk in, you can essily feel transported to the quirky coffee shops in Asia. The place itself is small, but we were able to get a table fairly quickly. We ordered a Crepe, Toast, Bingsoo, Thai Teas and Matcha lattes and every single one was fantastic. They have a water station and also a little nook where you can leave your used plates once you are done. I wish the space was a little bigger but they are doing great from what I see.
