What a fun little hole in the wall! Lots of people order outside and just take the pie to go. The cocktail list was fun. But did not realize how small it was inside. Very eclectic and fun vibe. Tasty pie!

The amount of time it took to try this establishment plays a part in the two star review. Multiple attempts were made at the Ballard location, before they finally posted a sign stating it was closed permanently. As that was the closest location, it was disappointing. Next up was the Phinney location. After two attempts during business hours to arrive to a sign saying they were closed that day, without warning... told me maybe this was not the business for me., Very determined, we decided to make a last attempt and head downtown to the seattle location. I'm saddened that I did. The very tiny place seemed more like eating at a counter in your grandma's outdated kitchen. The large amounts of dust and unwiped surfaces spoke volumes. The ambiance was of a first day opening of a restaurant closed for many months, who just opened the doors prior to a cleaning overhaul. Lastly, regardless of how the pie tasted, it was hard to get passed the presentation. Barely resembling a slice of pie, and with the unfavorable textures, it was be hard to recommend this place.

This place is definitely a drunchies type of stop. Also a karaoke bar, wish I was there for that! Sitting here staring out the window feeling very 2005. Chicken Pot Pie - 9/10 very good with hot sauce Deserted Island Crumble - love the tart berries / sweet icing / buttery crispy crumble combination Strawberry Pietini - this drink was so cute but deadly. The server said there's about 3 shots in this glass and you can definitely tell. Powder sugar rim? Tastes like flammable strawberry milk. I think this place would be an amazing pit stop if one is stumbling from the bars and clubs down the street. Prices are fair. The inside is moody and intimate, a bit cramp but it's cute. Happy to have stopped by here.

The shop itself is wedge-shaped like a slice of pie. I was lucky to get in as the earliest customer on a working day. The tiny, obviously well-worn, hewn wooden bar at which high stools were positioned chock a block tightly, gave me prime view of the impossibly tiny work space in which old time electric ovens are bonafide baking pies. This feels like a throwback to the 1990s Seattle of grunge yore, not this sterile glass steel edition full of vacuous corporate tools. The bar would feel crammed and impossibly tight when full but it did have hooks beneath for your bags. Yay. The bar workers seem like good natured working stiffs who were in this ship's galley of a kitchen/bar for soul satisfaction, rather than for the glamor. I endorse. This place has street-food charm, and sometimes that feels good but at other times, you just want a more sophisticated bistro experience, and that it aint. So be warned. The pie I had included marrionberries and other sour berries to temper the apple. It was such a mountain of sugary decadence that I should have stopped after three bites. But I had, rightly, ordered the vanilla ice-cream on the side and couldn't let it run through my portage as I still had to get to a ferry and get home...an ordeal of several hours. Hence I wolfed down the whole mountain of fruity/pastry dessert. Don't come here if you are on a diet. Come here if you have some one to split a huge slice of pie overflowing with sugary fruit! Not sure why I don't give this place a 5 star rating. Maybe it was just that I was expecting something more home-made, sedate, and retiring with the sugar. This was a bit of a sweet punch. Don't mind me.

You can't go wrong with a slice of pie after a night of dancing and drinking! I have come here multiple times just to order pie and the staff is always welcoming. I finally tried one of their pietinis for the first time, and it actually tasted like a pie!!! It was sweet and creamy. I was so impressed by this cute themed drink! 100% recommend stopping by Pie Bar to end your night out - or just when you're craving pie :)

The ambiance is a karaoke bar, small on the inside. We went for the deserts but they have pie inspired cocktails as well. I wanted to try all the pies, but settled on the coconut cream pie and mud pie. Delicious, large portions and very filling. The service was quick but seating was limited

WOW! Stumbled upon this place and now can't think of not making this a go to place when in town. The staff was great, the drinks even better and the pies ... fantastic Don't miss this spot when in town

I absolutely love the pb&J pie. If you want a rich, decadent, creamy pie then stop by Pie Bar! My stomach can't really handle these pies anymore but I can't stop eating them. One is not huge in size but rich enough to feed and satisfy the sweet tooth of 2-3 people. The Pie Bar here didn't have any line and almost all of the pies were available on the weeknight we went.

Found this on a whim while touring late at night...might I say..some of the BEST coconut cream pie I've ever had (and I've had it all over the US) and on top of that, it was karaoke night?!? So so fun! It's a TIGHT space but they do have a walk up window for quick pick ups. The staff was friendly and super cool...this would be my go to dive if I lived in the city. Will come back when we visit, again!

Making magic happen with 2 am pies. My experience at Pie Bar screams Seattle. This local business is serving up delicious late night pies, and dessert inspired cocktails, in a dark grungy dive bar. While the indoor space is tiny, it provides an incredibly intimate atmosphere. Bar-goers pack in like sardines, making it easy to chat with new friends. I ordered the Desserted Island Pie, which was stuffed with apple, strawberry, marionberry, raspberries and crumble, and tried my friend's Coconut Cream. The Desserted Island was definitely superior and seems to be their claim to fame. Pie Bar also offers a walk up window for those looking to take pie to go, but in my opinion, you really don't get the full experience unless you eat inside. Since I was finished with consuming alcohol by the time we arrived at Pie Bar, I sadly missed out on their elaborate cocktails. I definitely need to return to taste one of their pie-tinis!

Inside is very cramped and limited seating. Really feels like a bar inside with dim lights and music. We ordered to-go and the food came quick. We came during closing and didn't have a lot of choose from but these two pies. - Coconut Cream Pie: flaky crust with a delectable coconut cream. Sprinkled with toasted coconut flakes that gave each bite a little bit of texture through the creamy dessert. Very whip cream heavy but the buttery crust balanced it out. 8/10. - Chocolate Cream: An abundance of whip cream and barely found any of the crust. The chocolate was a milky chocolate flavor with hints of fudge. Wasn't too overly sweet but there was too much whip cream to crust ratio. 6/10

Delicious pie and cocktails spot! Love that it's a late night dessert spot. When we're done with dinner, we can easily hop by Pie Bar for dessert and good times with friends. We had the Oreo and Creme Pie - would recommend for Oreo lovers who want a safe pie to try. We asked for ice cream on the side because ice cream and pie go well together. The pie is generous in portion - it's very shareable. Service was so good. We had a kind and friendly server who gave us recommendations on what to try. Ambiance is casual. Loved the open space on a Thursday evening. Parking is street parking. Bathroom is clean meaning the kitchen is clean. All in all - I love this place. It's a community spot and a late night option with friends.

Great place to stumble in to in the middle of the night! Tried drinks of a couple types, I preferred the more fruity apple pie mule, but the creamy pietinis and warm&fuzzies are delicious as well (but FILLING). Don't expect beautiful serving or seating, just a nice hot slice of pie with some ice cream! Pie Bar will also host karaoke if you ask, but you'll have to squeeze up by the bar (note: not non-ambulatory friendly). Would definitely pop in here again after a night out

I could hear the table next to us ordered the exact same appetizer as we did 10-15 mins after we did and a new server who must had just clocked in brings them the order literally within 2-3 mins later and the male commented, "oh that was fast" and I thought to myself they got our order. That confirmed the table next to us got our order because of how long it took. They never apologized for their mistake. Doing all that time they never came back to see if we would like another drink. I had to flag someone down. The clincher was we got our bill and there was 22% service charge. That was on me because if I would have seen it I might not have gone. I'm not a fan of automatically charging a service charge. I'm a great tipper but it must be earned. By than I was really annoyed and thought to have a conversation with the manager but let it go. I would not go back. The craft cocktails are spendy but I had no problem with that because they're creative and they earned it by being creative. But the energy and the environment wasn't like the other speak easy bars I visited. It was boring and to top it off the service charge of 22% and the service that came with it sealed it for me. When the city reopened in 2021, I was eating here almost every day; partly because of convenience, but mainly because the food and service never miss. I've hosted everything here: birthday celebrations, after-work hangs, and dinners with friends and colleagues. Every single time, it's a hit. People walk in, fall in love with the vibe, and walk out talking about the food. The consistency is unreal. They even order food to go. The flavors? Bold, intentional, and layered in a way that makes each dish feel crafted, not just cooked. The presentation is always stunning; plates that look as good as they taste. Dead Line checks every box: atmosphere, flavor, presentation, service, and seamless hosting for big groups. Roquette was a surprisingly small space with a wonderful vibe serving up "destination" bar-worthy cocktails. It reminded me of some of the neighborhood gem cocktail bars that I'd frequented on the East Coast. I grabbed a seat at the bar. Roquette's lineup of cocktails were varied in flavor profile using a wide range of spirits. They also served non-alcoholic offerings which looked equally intriguing as their boozy selections. I started off with the 99 Problems ($28), which, unfortunately, I forgot to note what was in the drink. It was boozy, clever, inventive, and most importantly delicious. My second drink was the Imperium Old Fashioned ($24) made with Westland Whiskey "Roquette" Barrel, Clement Cask Strength Rhum, Old Delicious Apple Brandy, Pineapple, and Spice. It was an excellent, boozy, balanced update to the classic Old Fashioned. Although I went with drinks off their menu, I have no doubt that any of their skilled bar professionals could've crafted me a wonderful cocktail if I had simply requested a classic or something on the fly based on my choice of spirit and desired flavor profile. Plus, I don't have a problem with paying a premium for a well-made cocktail made with premium ingredients in a comfortable, welcoming setting (the drunken guy next to me who tried to engage with me in a political discussion excluded). Bottom-line: Roquette was a revelation. It served up two of the best cocktails that I've had this year.
