Stopped by since this is one of the few desserts spot open late on a Sunday. There's a wide variety of cookies and brownies. Unfortunately there's no indoor seating so you'll have to take this to go. Cookies and cream: fan favorite and it was solid Dark chocolate: not too sweet and the softest brownie of the 4 we ordered Smores: also good, but quite hard to break apart with their plastic forks Tiramisu: honestly, quite awful and super dry. Taste was off putting I wish these brownies could be warmed up and vanilla ice cream would complement these brownies well.
This place is decent. If you want a late night snack, you should definitely check this place out. Ordered the smores, double dark, tiramisu and the cookies and cream. Tiramisu was a little too powdery so the brownie tasted a bit off and chemicaly(?). Would pass on this one if you wanted to try it. The double dark had the best texture. It was super chewy/moist. Flavor wise nothing special. Tasted like an average brownie. Cookies and cream was probably the best flavor wise, but it was pretty dense and hard to dig into with a fork. This was the same texture for the smores one as well. I wish I tried these warmed up because I feel like they would have tasted better. But overall just an okay experience. Would recommend the double dark or cookies and cream.

I wish you could get a scoop of ice cream with your brownie as opposed to buying a whole pint. I also like how Brownies and Bites are not tips based and they pay their employees a living wage. Good for them!

They over a variety of flavors too as well as cookies and drinks. Our favorites so far are the tiramisu brownie and red velvet cookie, but we went recently and they said they discontinued red velvet :( a red velvet brownie would be sooo good!! Regardless, highly recommend and we'll def be regulars.

A dozen cookies and a brownie delivered to our doorstep. The giant cookies and dense, rich, chunky, and absolutely decadent. I tried the double chocolate chip, peanut butter, and Red Velvet White Chocolate Chip.
There were a dozen or so brownies to choose from, each with a placard describing the sweetness. We tried the tiramisu brownie, Oreo brownie and dark chocolate brownie all of which were fudgy and rich. The service was incredible with the worker giving us a few edges of the mint brownie to take on the road with us. We love companies that minimize waste.
Hands down 5 stars! There is no question in my mind for anything less. The entire experience was icing on the cake for our Thanksgiving excursion. Anyone who knows me knows I am not a sweets person as we originally just popped in for lattes, however that has changed. I would hop a flight back to Seattle just to have another bite of their Mexican Hot Cocoa Brownie or their Caramel Coconut Cookie (the triple c!.) Everyone who worked there was super kind and were wealth of information on the bites and the area! I am super Thankful for this spot and will definitely return next time I'm in town!!!

They have indoor seating now! It's a nice and comfortable space to enjoy brownie or ice cream and maybe get some work done. I had their cookies and dream brownie and it was good, but not great. I love my sweets, but the brownie was actually not that sweet. I tried their original brownie and it was definitely sweeter. The service is good. The employee was nice and helpful. read more

Stopped by Brownies & Bites for dessert and I'm so glad I did! I went with the S'mores brownie and it was immaculate. The density was perfect, and I loved how the savoriness of the chocolate balanced out the sweetness. It had that great hint of bitterness you only get with high-quality cocoa, so it wasn't sugary or cloying at all. On top of the great food, the service was wonderful. Great cookies and brownies! I really appreciate how they rank the sweetness of the brownies and blondies so you know what to expect. On Tuesday nights (and sometimes Wednesday mornings) they give out free brownie edges - and if you prefer brownie middles, don't worry, all their brownies are middle slices. I would have taken more photos of I'd know I was the first person to review them on Yelp. Service (5/5 stars) was great and the employee was very friendly and willing to answer all my questions. The ambiance (5/5 stars) was clean and modern but no seating, and I liked the walnut chocolate cookie (4/5 stars because it did not blow my mind). read more

After spending a sunny Sunday afternoon in Fremont we spotted Brownies & Bites as we were walking from the Fremont Troll. The brownie selection was vast, and Rowen yielded excellent customer service. Our brownies were extremely decadent, and moist (a perfect brownie;) I highly recommend! read more

I take my bus near this place and I've always wanted to give it a try. Their cookie is definitely on the pricey side. I tried their chocolate peanut butter and red velvet and it did not stand out to me. Just a regular cookie but overpriced. Maybe I'll try their brownie another time. read more

Dam not too sweet which is the best compliment i can give this place. But in actuality the mint had just the right amount of mint and the cookies and cream was the right amount of creaminess. It's a little pricey but when I take into consideration that they pay their employees fair wages so you don't gotta tip it's not that bad. Very cute packaging and fast service. If your SO is mad at you, get them 2 of these and you'll be chilling. read more

I got the honey lavender one and while it was good, I hated the topping on the brownie. It was really sweet. Lavender flavor was mild. The blonde brown wasn't overly sweet, which I loved but it was just okay. read more

Super cute, super tasty. Each brownie/blondie variation I've tried has had excellent texture, just the right amount of fudgy without being too dense or heavy. I'm not typically a fan of frosting but they do a fantastic job with it, flavorful and light without being too sugary and just the right serving. I'm a fan of the ones with more toothsome sprinkles, like the Oreo crumbles on the Cookies & Cream one (I think more brownies with cookie crumble toppings would be dope). And since they do such good frosting I think a s'mores brownie with marshmallow frosting and graham cracker crumbles would also be pretty good. They make a really strong base product and each flavor is a somewhat subtle variation of that, which I think does an excellent job of keeping the quality consistent. They are a little smaller than I expected (2.25" x 2.25") but I still think they're good value for the price given the superior quality, the variety available, and the very cute and convenient packaging. Very much fits the local trend of cute and bubbly pastry shops with quality treats. Particularly appropriate for gifting or parties. read more

This place is so cute and smelled divine. Love the decor and cute signage. Definitely a welcoming bakery. There were plenty of different flavored brownies and we ended up with the Hazelnut brownie. It wasn't rich at all and lacked sweetness but it would pair well with coffee. I did think it was a bit overpriced for $5/brownie but came in a super cute little blue box. I love to try a different flavor next time I visit! Also the young lady working there was super friendly & welcoming. We chatted a bit on the popular flavors and she was patient with us. These brownies were divine! One review said that the brownies were all the same minus the toppings, which was not the case - some were blondies, some had sprinkles or nuts, etc. They are a little pricier than grocery store brownies, of course, but you can tell the quality from the taste and presentation. I thought everything was delicious, but my favorites were the cookies and dream, the celebration (blondie with sprinkles was my favorite base), and Mexican hot chocolate (the chocolate meringue topping was probably my favorite overall topping). read more
