I love walking in and seeing what the monthly specials are! They also have weekend specials as well. If you show up on the weekend, make sure to go early or they might run out of the top flavors. Doughnuts will run you $3 - $4.5 each, some of them bigger than others. All the fruity flavored ones are the best - raspberry, strawberry, mango, etc. The peach / apple fritters are also really good - they are bigger doughnuts too. They also have a mochi donut which is sometimes a little oily for my liking but has a really cool texture. The raspberry donut holes are awesome!
I love that this place is dog friendly and has little doggy donuts. They also have really cool and unique options for flavors. The only thing that might improve the menu is offering vegan or GF options, but overall it was a really cool variety and so fresh. The server was very kind and helpful. The inside was kinda cool because you can see the baking workspace behind the glass in back and there's lots of windows. They also have some benches nearby outside too which are nice. Would come back!

One thing I'd like to speak to is their take on an everything but the bagel donut. By far one of my favorite iterations compared to other places. One other type of donut that I enjoy getting here is when they do a fritter. It's consistently an enjoyable donut, especially when they change up the flavor profile. Don't discount their other donuts though. It's just for me. These ones were the ones that stood out.

Friday and all 3 of the February specials I was looking for were sold out. I got the maple bar, apple fritter and strawberry shortcake donut holes. The maple bar was average, normal IE nothing special. The apple fritter would have benefited from a couple more apple pieces and a bit more of a crunch to the outside. The donut holes were really dry...we did not finish them. Cake slices not available on weekdays. This was a bit disappointing of an experience...my bf said Top Pot is better and I don't like Top Pot so not a repeat for me
I ordered from Too Good To Go, which was a great deal and they provided a big, diverse selection of donuts! The service was friendly and pick up was easy. I'm sure that because the donuts were the ones that were the last to go and were rescued from being thrown away, they are probably not entirely indicative of the quality you'd expect from their fresh donuts, but overall, they were pretty good! I loved the lemon filled donut and apple fritter the most. Some of them tasted a little overdone. For the price I paid on Too Good To Go, definitely worth it and I'm glad I was able to try a place that was new to me.
Came here on a Tuesday morning between 7 and 8. We were the only ones who sat and ate but there was another group who grabbed things to go. This place is super nice with bright big corner windows and ample seating to enjoy and people watch. The staff had their cute lil dog noodle hangin around which was very cute, the staff was also very nice. I personally didn't care for the donuts we had today but I would say that's more on my personal preference than them so I would come back and try their other flavors but this time it's a solid 3/5 for me but I could def see them being better if I had picked other flavors. Lychee mochi donut - 5/10 but my friend said 7/10. Personally way too sweet for me and I didn't like it but is probs just personal preference as I generally don't like things that are too sweet. i have been meaning to try this place for so long and was thoroughly impressed! the space is very large and open which would be great to work and/or study in. the worker was so nice in helping us out and went above and beyond. my friend and i came here on a whim and were delighted by what we got, which were the mochi chai, passion fruit strawberry, vietnamese coffee, and the maple bar. i was most shocked by the mochi chai as the texture and flavor exceeded my expectations :D the only doughnut i would say i didn't enjoy as much as the others were the vietnamese coffee as i did not taste much coffee sadly :,) i also would love for them to possibly expand their drink menu as it is rather limited as well. i definitely want to come back on a weekend to try the cakes they sell as they do it by the slice!!
I didn't know donuts could be so special. This place was incredible- savory doughnuts, yes please. Something for everyone here. Kind service. Cool ambience.
Found this place from a friend's recommendation. From the menu looks like they have classic doughnuts as well as some seasonal specials along with some unique flavor combinations. It's a cute and beautiful shop, the staff was super nice and sweet. I just got the pineapple upside-down doughnut to try out to see if I like it and it was yummy. The doughnut wasn't overly sweet which I love, the texture was soft, fluffy, and airy. Next time I want to try their cakes and chocolate bar . One thing to keep in mind is that they might run out of some doughnuts by the afternoon. I will be back again, I can say for sure that these are one of the most delicious doughnuts that I have tried in the Seattle area.
Cute and yummy donut shop! I didn't try the cakes but they looked great too. I visited around 12pm and got the last everything bagel donut and chocolate donut. I wanted to try the Apple fritter but I felt bad because I had already gotten the last donut for two other flavors so I left it for the other people in line. The burnt sugar and orange donut tasted so citrusy and I loved the crunchy sugar! The raspberry bismarck was also so decadent and flavorful. My favorite was the everything bagel though, super savory.
Boutique donut shop with gourmet, fresh made donuts. SO many creative flavors (tahini chocolate, earl grey, blueberry mochi!?) ! I tried a fruity donut with coconut flakes and guava icing. Love the fluffy but rich texture of the yeasted donuts! I really want to try the Everything Bagel donut next time, love the concept of a savoury donut! They sell out of flavors pretty quickly though, so come early!
Had a great experience trying these donuts. I drive past the shop frequently and finally stopped by. All of the donuts I tried were delicious. I especially liked the strawberry sprinkle. Other ones we got were the peach fritter and maple cruller. Service was nice and quick and the space was very open and welcoming! Would love to visit again and would recommend. read more
I had visited the previous OG site twice, but never posted a review, just photos from 4/20/19 and 6/29/26 stops. I still have my ancient stamp cards though. This first, albeit brief right before closing, visit to the current site was on 9/26/26. The exterior I had admired its current location since 2022, but was at other nearby businesses. It was an extremely rare opportunity to get an assortment via a TGTG pickup. I barely got in on time before the 3pm closing time due to crazy traffic coming south from Shoreline. Parking is a bit of a challenge in Seattle's Central District. Counter person was pleasant, as I was the last customer of the business day. Briefly glancing around, really beautiful interior space and overall layout. Natural light, big communal table, few two tops. The assortment box included raspberry doughnut holes, apple fritters, coconut rings, maple bar, strawberry glazed raised with sprinkles, another glazed ring, and a filled doughnut. I snagged a few to sample, with the majority savored by The Homie over the past three days. Great quality as they do not get dry or stale immediately. There's also beautiful cakes available for purchase, nice variety viewed from the refrigerated case. Innovative seasonal, fave doughnuts, bevs, and cakes available whole or by the slice! read more

I had been wanting to try this place for over a year and since I had today off (Memorial Day), I preordered a week ago since it's the best time that works for me. I was so excited to get my box but when I opened it, the first thing I noticed is that the donuts didn't look as presentable and appealing as I had hoped. Then when I bit into the first one (chocolate bar), I was even more disappointed. The doughnut itself was like a 5-day old bread and the chocolate glaze was meh. I had a bite of the other donuts as well and that's all I needed to do because they were all meh. The Apple fritter was the most flavorful out of all of them but even then, the fritter was so dry so I only ate the top part. Not worth it at all. read more
Had a pre order to pick up this morning I usually wait till there are a couple flavors are more that interest me before I decide to pay a visit. Was my first time checking out the new space and they did a wonderful job!! Looking forward to a day when I have more time to stay for a cup if coffee and visit with friends here probably will try to do that during the week when Communion isn't open making parking a little easier or just take a bus on the weekend. The lemon thyme is one of my favorites and when I saw it on the menu for May I knew I was due for a visit. Picked up some to split with dad and share with a friend. Splitting the doughnuts in half with dad doesn't make me feel as guilty . The others I selected were the coconut guava, roasted rhubarb and the weekend filled french toast. All were delicious as expected but the lemon thyme still has my heart it's tartness wins me over always. Service is always great here everyone is always friendly and helpful. They thanked me for ordering ahead. I love how the new space large window opens up to outside it allows for indoor and outdoor dining. There is a large community table that my guess is used for classes when not serving. The aesthetics are spot on which I knew they would be as I was following Mi's posts on IG. read more

I'm behind on writing a review of this bakery even though I've been here numerous times for delicious doughnuts and cake. Earlier this year, I ordered the boba cake slice which was for a limited time during a weekend. The cake was good, but the boba was a bit chewy. They did encourage folks to eat it right way, so it may have been my fault for waiting a bit. But I think it's cool that they experiment with new flavors and ideas. My favorite item off the regular menu is the Everything Bagel Donut as I'm not much of a sweets person. It honestly tastes like you're eating a bagel on top of a donut. I've also ordered a customized cake from here along with other desserts to try as well. The rotating flavors for both cakes and donuts are fun and exciting. I'm very happy that that they've moved into a bigger, new home right off Union St. and across from Communion Restaurant & Bar. I haven't visited there yet, but looking forward to seeing the new space! read more
I haven't been to raised doughnut ever since they were still a pop up. It's been a while and this is my first time going to their store front. With COVID, you just place the order outside and they will bring your order to you. We got: Raspberry donut holes: I remember these were delicious back in the days and they are still as amazing. Everything bagel seasoning donuts: my favorite of all. I love the sweet and savory flavor of this one. Boston cream donut: decent, nothing spectacular. Pineapple upside down: sad to say but this was a failed for me. Tasted just like a glazed donut, no pineapple flavor or anything. Overall, it's a nice place and the donuts are good :) and I'm glad they have a store now. read more

We decided to take a long way home after dropping our kid at school on our day off so that we could stop at Raised Doughnuts because, if you make it early enough and get lucky, they have the best gluten free doughnut in town! It is a mochi sugar donut that somehow reminds me of beignets in the French Quarter. Of course, it is much denser than a beignet, but the taste and sweetness is just spot on. My partner always finds so wonderful, fluffy regular donuts too. Highly recommend this place. Great vibe too! read more

And there is A LOT of different options/customization you could do! The price is super reasonable too! This cake was supposed to serve 6-8 people and it was $35! The service here is so kind! I come in the mornings and they always perk up my day. Not every doughnut is a hit (understandable with a monthly changing menu) but they have a lot of great options. Probably one of my favorite doughnut places in Seattle. The dough has a wonderful flavor and texture. I especially love their blue cheese bacon blueberry doughnut! They have a lot of unique flavors that change every month so I'm always back. I've heard a lot of great things about their cakes (which flavors also change often) so I'll need to try that next time! read more
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I'm so happy I found a spot for both tasty and affordable doughnuts! I feel like most the doughnut places in Seattle are way overpriced. I paid under $15 for all five doughnuts with some being just $2. What a steal! I tried the mango coconut, chocolate bar, thai tea mochi, glazed, and chocolate chip cookie doughnuts. My favorite was definitely the chocolate bar. I feel like they would have tasted better earlier in the day when they were fresh. Unfortunately, the maple bar was all sold out when I got there around 1030am on a Sunday, so I'd definitely come by again and drop by earlier this time! read more
These are some of the best donuts in Seattle! I love that they are fried fresh every morning - it makes such a difference. They also offer 4 new unique flavors each month. My favorites included the savory everything bagel donut, the rhubarb (February special), and the strawberry shortcake donut holes (also a February special). I didn't care as much for the key lime pie or the guava mochi donut but that's just personal preference. I'm looking forward to March's flavors! :) read more

You can order ahead! And that makes me very happy. - Raspberry donut holes: a little too tart for my liking, but I can see it being a hit for those who like tart! - Coffee crueller: amazing coffee taste with the complexity a crueler provides. My fav. - Blueberry mochi: what you would expect from a mochi donut! Flavorful and yummy. - Maple bar: I don't normally like maple bars so the fact that I wanted to eat the entire donut is a testament. It's fluffy, has just enough of a fried taste to it. - Nectarine: can't really taste the nectarine (unless I'm actually eating the nectarine), but still a nice, fluffy donut to consume. Their doughnuts taste more fried than a mom and pop shop, which is what I prefer. Not dense. Delicious. If it weren't so far, I'd get it often. read more
The cutest building with the best doughnuts. I love their maple bars... the perfect size (smaller than traditional long johns) and with delicious flavor. The raspberry holes are mentioned several places as the doughnut to get. They are with trying, yet aren't my favorite as they are a bit tart. With seasonal flavors, there is always something new to try and fall in love with! read more
I've enjoyed most of their doughnuts I've tried, and they're a super thoughtful business. I tried the mochi doughnut and it was so tiny and so greasy I don't understand the draw. The dalgona coffee was also a strange experience, more a savory than sweet. I appreciate the range of specialties and the fluffy apple fritter and maply maple bar will continue to be tops in my book. read more

Mi and the Raised team are phenomenal! We've been eating their doughnuts and cakes for years, so it was a no brainer to choose Raised to create our wedding cake. Mi intricately piped the most gorgeous, vintage piping. The end result was better than anything I found on Instagram or Pinterest. And of course, each layer was absolutely delicious! On top of it all, Mi showed me fantastic customer service, flexibility, and timely communication. I strongly recommend Raised for doughnuts and cakes and hope to work with Mi again soon! read more
