The price was also pretty high for a 12 oz latte. The customer service was disappointing. The young woman who helped me came across as rude and seemed like she didn't want to be there. That's especially unfortunate for a business located in the middle of a major tourist area. As for the drink, I'm not sure how a hot latte ends up being served cold, but it definitely shouldn't happen. I also sampled the tiramisu gelato, which was overly sweet and didn't taste very authentic. Overall, I regret spending the time, money, and calories here. I enjoy hazelnut so I didn't mind the decision basically being made for me based off of texture. I think this would be a great place to grab a sweet treat in the summer time, but I hope the texture improves for some of their flavors because I see potential in them, but was turned off by the texture.
