Mixed experience. Amazing food but the service killed the overall experience. We drove from Eastside and went around 1:30 pm on a Saturday. Placed an order. The food took an hour-- clearly understaffed. I was very hangry and frustrated but didn't say anything. The staff knew it and knocked off 50% off. They were kind and empathetic-- and that alone deserves 5 stars. Okay things happen! But just hoping these issues are resolved. The food was absolutely banging. The Cajun fries with the spicy Srirancha is a must order. Perfectly crispy thick cut fry with some magic seasoning on top makes us demolish this quickly. My friend got the Oxacan bowl-- what flavors. The rice, slaw, veggies, beans and the sauces were perfection in every bite. My Bahn Mi bowl was okay-- i found the sauces too vinegary so this one is on me. Highly recommend! I love their robust vegan menu. They have a little bit of everything from smoothies to bowls to Hardy entrées. you can't go wrong there restaurant has a good amount of seating for small and large parties. It's casual where you order at the counter and I'll bring the food out to you. You kind of self serve with the water in the napkins in the silverware bathroom is located at the establishment next-door but overall I'd say that's pretty standard for Seattle again I love this place. Cute ocean-themed bistro with a vast menu! Despite coming before close, staff was super kind and welcoming -- service was exceptional. Cypress was especially accommodating and had great recommendations! I got the Jack'd & Juicy burger and I was shocked at how stacked it was. The fried onions were an absolute game changer for me! This is a beautiful restaurant with some of the best staff and owners. We went in on a weekend because we've been meaning to try them out, but they were supposed to be closed for staff training and menu trials. The folks at the restaurant were extremely sweet to entertain us on their day off. They recommended some of their bestsellers to us to try including their Chicken avocado wrap, Oaxacana bowl, Bahn Mi sandwich and their lattes. Everything on the menu was fresh, hot and thoughtfully made. The portions were also great and their service was so quick. We will be back soon to try the rest of the menu. If there's one restaurant in Seattle that you must visit no matter the time of day, it's this one. I assure you their menu has something for every pallette and their meals are super healthy. Very grateful for this great place! Fantastic, friendly service, really good food, and affordable prices. We had the frites which were perfect and the pretzel appetizer which had good vegan cheese dip, and surprisingly also came with apple, which was great. My husband got the Nashville burger, I believe and I got a pasta Florentine dish which was so so (to be fair I didn't really know what it was and wouldn't order again anywhere). Very tasty! Been wanting to try this new spot in Fremont for a while and was not disappointed. They have a huge menu of bowls, sandwiches, smoothies, coffees, and more. I got the cabbage crunch bowl which was very delicious, packed with tofu, cashews, and fresh veggies. I also got a tasty smoothie and my husband enjoyed his avocado toast. The location is tucked away and a bit hard to find if you're not looking. The bathroom is upstairs in a shared area and has a door code fyi. The food here is good. I had the spicy chicken burger and the smash burger. They were both good, I think I liked the spicy chicken better. Whichever one is on the left in the photo had more flavor. They were both very messy so be prepared to wash your hands after! The staff were friendly and helpful and gave recommendations when asked. She also preemptively saw I was lost looking for the bathroom and directed me to the right place. I'd definitely go back and try more food! read more

They specialize in breakfast, bowls, burgers, wraps, and have plenty of coffee drinks of course. I ordered a create-your-own-bowl ($18) that comes with a choice of brown rice or quinoa as a base, mixed greens, choice of protein (I got chorizo sausage), and veggies of your choice. The bowl came out in less than 10 minutes. The portion was generous, with tons of quinoa, chorizo, veggies, and greens (not pictured, but on the side), with a nice side of sauces I asked for. Very satisfying. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the place itself is quite homey and comfortable. Great new vegan addition to the Fremont neighbourhood. Lucky to have this new vegan gem join the neighborhood! My partner and I got takeout from Vital Creations last week and are still gushing about it. I got the Tofu Banh Mi sandwich and he got a wrap and we both loved our food! This was the first tofu banh mi I've had in Seattle that I can truly say was done RIGHT. The bread was extra crunchy, and the jalepenos and carrots were pickled to perfection. The tofu marinade was savory with umami flavors - I've been chasing that dragon ever since and need to go back to have it again! We ordered online and the pickup was seamless. Between the cool people and bomb ass food this an easy return for me. Idk how this place was empty as it was cause the product backed everything up and then some. We shared a dirty Mac and the fondue during happy hour with the Mrs having the sunshine smoothie and my selection being the punch one. We also copped a solid set of vegan ice cream the brown sugar vanilla and strawberry were some of the best not only vegan but regular ice creams I've ever had bar none. We're not the strictest vegans or omnivores specifically but id say they have nailed the healthy but still tastes not like but is meat vibe I always look for and so far outside of this place never found. This is just the kind of place I am always looking for--a vegan restaurant with some somewhat healthy and simple options (not all fake meat and takes on comfort food). I got the crunchy cabbage bowl. I really enjoyed it (although maybe a little less soy sauce/some other kind of dressing?) and it was very hearty! The space was clean and staff was very friendly and attentive, The bathrooms are in the main building and up some stairs with a code, just FYI. I can't wait to come back. Today was my second time in. Coffee has been delicious both times I have been in! Today was my first time trying food, I got the crunchy cabbage bowl. The portion was great and the veggies were fresh!! However, the sauce was SO SALTY, it tasted like just straight up soy sauce... and A LOT of it. So much so that it had me wondering if that was really the intended sauce for this. Luckily, my order was to-go and I was able to save it by adding peanut butter, agave nectar, and hot garlic chili crisp for a peanut sauce. Loved this place -- absolutely DELICIOUS food. So hard to get vegan food that isn't either premade frozen or too raw-feeling. This meal was incredible. Cooked properly, lots of bold contrasting flavors, felt very fresh. Highly recommend. One note: For some reason, the name and logo of this place was really confusing to me. These types of places aren't my thing. I was milling around Fremont and stopped in for a drink. I got an Ocean Breeze and it was excellent, tasted like a mojito! The staff was great. I talked to the chef at length to kill time, great guy. I stopped back in a couple hours later to get another Ocean Breeze for the drive back to SeaTac.
