Tried one of their bowls - the ingredients was pretty much already decided. I just probably added some sauces. Kind of got what I ordered. Decent quick good - definitely healthier than other places around.

Worst evergreens ever who don't even know how to prepare a basic to go order. Don't ever order from their app for take away. Attached a photo of the order I placed - a custom version of the sombrero. They forgot to add the avocado, tortilla chip, Beechers cheese and so many other key ingredients. Height of incompetence. Would recommend ordering in store instead of take away because they clearly don't give a damn about take away orders and can cheat you. Never coming back here.

Was basically trucking around Seattle in a Lime scooter when just after spotting a troll underneath the bridge I spotted this place. I was a little concerned about the value to price point but the salad itself was loaded with quality ingredients (e.g., cheese, nuts) that justified the price. Staff was super friendly too!

Solid food, long-ish lines--nice thing for a work lunch but won't blow you away. This is an Evergreens like all the others. The food is fresh, which I greatly appreciate. They also have fresh-brewed iced tea now, and it's unsweetened, which is perfect. I do like that they offer seasonal salads to give me some ideas for flavor profile.

Is this place like the Subway of Salads where ingredients are in separate bins and then built into one concoction? Yes it is, but for insta-salads it's pretty tasty. The ingredients are fresh! So much so, that I saved half a regular salad and it was still crunchy and flavorful the next day. I like their unique menu items like pickled green beans and marinated mushrooms plus the freedom to switch out ingredients at no charge. I'd gladly try it again.

Raw Meat on the Cobb Your Enthusiasm

I ordered the Cobb Your Enthusiasm the other day and it came with about half of the amount of salad as a regular one. My boyfriend and I both ordered salads (his was fine) but it looked like mine was made with no regard for quality or safety. The salad came with g Bacon but they put RAW PORK on my salad and actually sent that to me. I was so disgusted. This location is wild.

Given today was National Sandwich Day, I decided it was a great day to check them out! The sandwich menu is vast, so I had a hard time deciding what to get. I went with the Reuben ($14.75) (as I read it is made w/ their house-made brisket) and then I also got the Sriracha Chicken Club Melt ($16.75), as it seemed to be popular per reviews. I placed the order online - which was convenient! I showed up a few min late but my order was not ready yet, which was no issue.. the lady working (Rebecca, I think) was apologetic and was hustling. It seemed busy with lots of phone calls and orders. I loved the Reuben - the meat was so tender and not too fatty (which I prefer). Perfect ratios of sauce, meat and bread and not too greasy! Loved it and would order it again for sure. The Sriracha chicken club melt was huge, but I probably wouldn't order it again. Not that I didn't like it, but it was just too large and messy and didn't wow me. Still, nothing wrong with it per se. Besides the sandwiches, they also sell other things they make such as bread pudding, mac and cheese, quiche, etc. which you can see in the glass case. They also have soups, too. Besides the food they make, this is also a market, so they sell beer/wine, chips, hot sauce, and some other items. There is also a small seating area so it is possible to eat-in. I look forward to trying other sandwiches next time - hopefully the breakfast sandwich or the meatloaf one!

My order was ready at the time that was specified (also received a text when it was done) and according to what I read, they keep your food on a warmer while they wait for you to pick it up. How nice! $20 for a sandwich seems pricey, but let me tell you, they definitely make a MEAN sandwich! The Mean - THICK pieces of juicy corned beef with housemade mustard, pickled red cabbage and mint. The cross section of the sandwich looks insane! The combination of flavors is excellent. The Hama Hama Oyster Po'Boy - Deep-fried Hama Hama yysters with housemade remoulade and lemon-pepper mayo. I loved this. The oysteres were nicely fried with not too much batter. You could really taste the oyster and appreciate the texture. The French roll was also very nice. It was similar to a Vietnamese Banh Mi roll. Soft, but with a light crispness on the outside. Fully Loaded Skins & Ins - Skins & Ins are basically a mixture of fried potato skins and potato chunks so you get a variety of texture: thin and crispy, or soft and meaty. The fully loaded option adds toppings similar to that of a loaded baked potato (white sauce, spices, scallions, and super crunchy bacon bits). This was a nice change from having the usual chips or fries with a sandwich. Parking can be somewhat of a challenge in this area, but if you're able to make it over then I think it's worth visiting.

The lamb kebab roll was smaller, so I'd advise two if you're really hungry. The lamb was good, although I felt a little one note and could use more pickled onions and chutney. The mango lassi was small, but thick and filling. Class mango lassi flavor, a little bit more on the spice-y side. The real star of the show was the aloo tikki chaat. I've never had it before and was blown away. Crispy potato patties covered in yogurt, pomegranate, some crunchy topping I don't know the name of, and a sweet tamarind sauce. The perfect balance of textures and flavors. Went so incredibly well with the lamb kebab roll - this is a must order!! I will definitely be back to try some of the other sides and rolls.

Judging from the laptop crowd, there must be decent available WiFi connection. The posted menus offered a nice variety of food, beverages, and snack items. The staff were really upbeat and welcoming: from the person who rang up my order, another person who crafted my 12oz mocha, and the two folks working the kitchen line. Pretty efficient team working in tandem because the line moved in reasonable time. In addition to my 12oz mocha, I also ordered the Cuban Sandwich, which also came with a side salad. I appreciated the care given to both items - nice latte art, well composed tasty salad (fresh greens, bright vinaigrette, and sunflower seeds), and quite the mammoth, generously filled with roasted pulled pork, ham, melty Swiss cheese, pickle, and mustard. The sandwich was perfected toasted via plancha or on the flat top. Half of it, the salad, and the mocha were all on point. The other half I brought home and was devoured by The Homie. It was also deemed delicious. Glad for the spontaneous detour and revisiting this gem of a spot along Stone Way N.
