Tried one of their bowls - the ingredients was pretty much already decided. I just probably added some sauces. Kind of got what I ordered. Decent quick good - definitely healthier than other places around.

Worst evergreens ever who don't even know how to prepare a basic to go order. Don't ever order from their app for take away. Attached a photo of the order I placed - a custom version of the sombrero. They forgot to add the avocado, tortilla chip, Beechers cheese and so many other key ingredients. Height of incompetence. Would recommend ordering in store instead of take away because they clearly don't give a damn about take away orders and can cheat you. Never coming back here.

Was basically trucking around Seattle in a Lime scooter when just after spotting a troll underneath the bridge I spotted this place. I was a little concerned about the value to price point but the salad itself was loaded with quality ingredients (e.g., cheese, nuts) that justified the price. Staff was super friendly too!

Solid food, long-ish lines--nice thing for a work lunch but won't blow you away. This is an Evergreens like all the others. The food is fresh, which I greatly appreciate. They also have fresh-brewed iced tea now, and it's unsweetened, which is perfect. I do like that they offer seasonal salads to give me some ideas for flavor profile.

Is this place like the Subway of Salads where ingredients are in separate bins and then built into one concoction? Yes it is, but for insta-salads it's pretty tasty. The ingredients are fresh! So much so, that I saved half a regular salad and it was still crunchy and flavorful the next day. I like their unique menu items like pickled green beans and marinated mushrooms plus the freedom to switch out ingredients at no charge. I'd gladly try it again.

Raw Meat on the Cobb Your Enthusiasm

I ordered the Cobb Your Enthusiasm the other day and it came with about half of the amount of salad as a regular one. My boyfriend and I both ordered salads (his was fine) but it looked like mine was made with no regard for quality or safety. The salad came with g Bacon but they put RAW PORK on my salad and actually sent that to me. I was so disgusted. This location is wild.

The charming outdoor seating immediately caught our attention and made for a relaxing lunch spot. We ordered the Café Mezze Plate, Shakshuka, and Mushroom Toast--more food than the two of us would normally order, but since it was our first visit, we wanted to sample a variety of dishes. The Café Mezze Plate came with an assortment of mezze, including hummus, whipped feta, roasted eggplant, green tahini, marinated olives, cucumber and turmeric cauliflower pickles, along with house-made pita and pita chips. It was fun to try so many different flavors, although the portions felt a bit small for the $36 price tag. The Shakshuka was flavorful but a little spicy for my daughter, though I enjoyed it. It came with two perfectly cooked eggs and two pieces of house-made pita. At $18, it was decent, but nothing particularly memorable. We couldn't finish the Mushroom Toast, so we took it home and had it the next day. It actually reheated very well and still tasted delicious. Overall, this café has a lovely atmosphere, especially the outdoor seating, making it a great place to gather with friends. The food was enjoyable, but the prices felt a bit on the high side for what was served. I'd be open to coming back if I were in the area, though it wouldn't be at the top of my recommendation list.

It tasted very rich, creamy, sweet and just slightly tangy with a velvety smooth texture. The generous toppings balanced it out perfectly and it was served in a beautiful Fortessa bowl. The presentation elevated the deliciousness. The staff also cleaned up a broken plate knocked down by a little girl and handled the situation with kindness and grace. The salmon dip was good, lots of dill, and the chips were crispy. The fried fish sandwich was light, which was nice for something fried, and the roll it was on was soft and warm. The black cod kasusuke was my favorite dish of the meal. The black cod was tender and fell apart, and it was seasoned so nice. It came with a spinach salad and rice which was also delicious. got the Notorious PIG sandwich and the Buttermilk Biscuit while I was here…read more Starting with the sandwich, there were a ton of things to love about this The very first thing I noticed was how all-time crispy the pork belly was. Interestingly, the meat came in two separate pieces, arranges somewhat like an X or a cross in the middle of the sandwich. This certainly wasn't the eating experience of a typical sandwich with a circular meat patty, and I appreciate the creativity here. The meat was insanely crunchy, oily, and quite plentiful. Each bite felt a bit like you were biting into a crunchy churro, but without the sweetness. I did think the outside of the pork did overpower the inside, though, as I didn't taste the meat or the fat inside much, and due to the amount of breading the pieces ended up being a bit chewy The bun was quite good as well - it was pretty soft, fluffy, and served as a really good bookend to all the ingredients inside. I thought the lettuce and onions also were good. I don't know if I'm a fan of the jelly on the sandwich - but again, I do like the creativity. What did shine here was the aioli, however. In a lot of places, you don't really taste the aioli on a burger - but that flavor was ever-present on this sandwich, and it was really fantastic. The absolute best part of the meal, by far, though, was the biscuit I have to start with how huge this is. This is certainly not the size of a typical Southern-style buttermilk biscuit - rather this biscuit makes no apologies in its effort to stand out from the crowd. Absolutely nobody would mistake this for a traditional biscuit - on the contrary, I think on first glance most people would assume this isn't a biscuit at all. It's shaped more like a massive pastry. I hesitate to say that looks are deceiving, because it does look great, but its taste manages to elevate past that. This was SO good. The edges are baked perfectly - they're oily, crispy, crunchy, and perfectly flaky. All four sides provide an amazing base - like the walls of a fortress that surround the soft, tender interior of the biscuit. You can see the different layers from the outside as well. When it comes to the inside, there was so much to get through but every bite was heavenly. So much credit here goes to the honey butter - which when spread onto the biscuit, raises the taste level of the entire thing. I put so much honey butter on mine that I nearly finished the whole thing. When it came to the jam, it was good, but since it didn't combine great with the honey butter I mostly ended up just using the latter This place was expensive - around 16 dollars for the sandwich and 8 for the biscuit - however, I was quite full at the end
