Libations: what's a meal without a cocktail or two? - Salute: no, that's the name of this citrusy drink in a coupe champagne glass. Refreshing and sweet. - Watermelon Margarita: classic and well shaken. I licked everything down to the salt rim. Shared at the table: - Mama's Meatballs: these aren't your basic beef meat balls - they're better. Tender and seasoned perfectly. - Bruschetta: heirloom tomato's, fresh mozzarella, balsamic, olive oil and basil is the quintessential Italian one bite. - Lasagna: I'm used to the heavy and multi layered baked Italian pasta dish, and this was absolutely not that.
