    Chicken Mixed Bowl

This has been my go to spot when I want something healthy yet filling. The bowls have a wide variety of vegetables that are all prepared well as they aren't mushy and are cooked perfectly. The proteins that I have tried (chicken and potato chickpeas) are flavorful and tender as well, and if a bowl isn't filling enough, they have the option to get a side of protein for around $6.

Ordered on Uber eats, the chickpea and potato mixed bowl with hot sauce was extremely good Very hearty meal and good for vegetarians, please keep it up, I'd hate for a new discovery like this to not be available in the future I don't really ever give reviews, so this should show my satisfaction

This place is BOMB! Ordered for the first time today (although I usually wait for Yelp reviews to compile) Was extremely impressed with quality and portion size. Prices are really solid too. Ordered every sauce and they left me a nice note, personally my favorite is the balsamic but there's a case for each one to be a winner. Love the theme of the restaurant and happy to have it in Seattle. Will be ordering again, and excited to try different combos

I noticed the salmon on the menu and decided to give it a try since I was looking for something a little lighter. I am so glad I did. Without exaggeration, it was the best salmon I've ever had. The fish was cooked perfectly, and the sauce and accompanying ingredients brought everything together beautifully. Every bite was outstanding. Beyond the food, the atmosphere was fantastic, the service was friendly and attentive, and the bar offered a great selection of cocktails and spirits. If you're visiting Seattle or looking for a great dining experience, I would absolutely recommend Shaker + Spear. The salmon alone is worth coming back for.

It's nice to watch the staff cook because it tells you that the food is fresh. I have high expectations for seafood in Seattle. However, I was disappointed with the scallops as it tasted raw and cool to the touch in the center. I'm not a scallop expert but this one missed the mark - the flavors were off with the sauce (tasted earthy). Presentation and color looked good, but this didn't taste good. Also came here breakfast several times. I don't have pictures, but each time the breakfast was amazing!

Every custom flight is tailored to your specific taste and price point which I love. Hannah, one of their whiskey curators, is super knowledgeable and created one of the most memorable bourbon flights I've ever had with super rare allocated stuff. The service here is extremely friendly. I was speaking with Hannah about what I wanted in my flight and shared my wish list. Based on that, she chose 4 esoteric bottles that each had their own characteristics that would be interesting to compare against one another. My flight consisted of the Pappy Van Winkle 23 years, Colonel EH Taylor Distiller's Council, Very Olde St. Nick Superfreak, and Wild Turkey Austin Nichols 16 years. It was super nice trying all of these rare bottles that I wouldn't even be able to find, and they were all interesting and delicious! The food here is also fantastic. We came during happy hour since the food is a lot cheaper. My favorite things were the Dry Aged Steak Frites and the Crispy Pork Belly. The steak was cooked perfectly and extremely tender with a great beefy flavor. I love a good french fry and these were fresh and crispy. The pork belly was tender and fatty but the fat was nicely rendered so it wasn't chewy. I love the Asian inspired flavors and the kimchi slaw provided the perfect acidity and freshness to complement the fatty pork belly.

Our server was friendly, answered all of our questions about the menu, and gave some great recommendations, which made choosing what to order much easier. I ended up getting the Dry Aged Steak Frites from the Happy Hour menu and OMG!! The steak, cooked medium, was incredibly juicy and tender!! I was so sad when I got down to the last bite lol As for the Russet French Fries, they were perfectly seasoned and just the right size. I especially enjoyed dipping them into the Fermented Chili Aioli. To which I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't actually spicy, given that I do have a pretty low spice tolerance lol. Overall, I'd definitely come back again! :)

While Post Alley sits adjacent to Pike's Place, it's finding the elusive door to The Pink Door on Post Alley that had Google Maps routing in circles. But, once you find this elusive door; the food and ambience is worth the rounded turns. A friend and local Seattle-ian had recommended Italian at The Pink Door. At First Glance: we've walked by the door to the restaurant multiple times without even knowing. From the inside and down a wooden staircase, is a rustic dining room and a lively atmosphere. Service: we had arrived just past 1PM, and while it seemed busy, we were seated right away. Our waitress was friendly and routinely checked on our table for anything we may need. Libations: what's a meal without a cocktail or two? - Salute: no, that's the name of this citrusy drink in a coupe champagne glass. Refreshing and sweet. - Watermelon Margarita: classic and well shaken. I licked everything down to the salt rim. Shared at the table: - Mama's Meatballs: these aren't your basic beef meat balls - they're better. Tender and seasoned perfectly. - Bruschetta: heirloom tomato's, fresh mozzarella, balsamic, olive oil and basil is the quintessential Italian one bite. - Lasagna: I'm used to the heavy and multi layered baked Italian pasta dish, and this was absolutely not that. Instead, a minimally layered pasta dish where the cheese and tomato sauce are the stars. Light and delicious. - Tiramisu: the best espresso, lady fingers, and creamed dessert I've ever had at any Italian restaurant. This is a must try for dessert. We came hungrily and left happily.

Outstanding Happy Hour & Incredible Vibe! It's been a while…read moresince I had such an amazing Happy Hour experience! We booked a table in advance to catch an early bite, but the Happy Hour menu looked so good that we decided to sit at the bar instead. We ordered the Tuna Tartare, Clams, Pork Ribs, Grilled Eggplant, and Fennel Pickles from the Happy Hour menu, plus the Roasted Olives with extra Sourdough Bread from the main menu. Honestly, every single dish was delicious. The absolute highlights for me were the olives, tuna, pickles, and the sourdough! Here's a quick breakdown of what we had: Sourdough & Herb Butter: Absolute perfection. Crisp on the outside, chewy and moist on the inside. The herb butter was heavenly! Roasted Olives: The ultimate cocktail pairing. Tuna Tartare: The addition of cucumber made it taste so fresh and vibrant. Fennel Pickles: So addicting--I'm still thinking about them! Pork Ribs: Loved the Gochujang (Korean chili paste) sauce, which felt familiar and comforting. The flavor was great, though it had a slight pork aroma that might appeal more to those who enjoy a richer meat flavor. The cocktails were fantastic across the board. Now I completely understand why this place was constantly packed--unbeatable prices, top-tier food quality, and excellent service. Finding great food always sets the mood for a perfect day, and this place definitely made my day!
