I love this place! The owner Jay is super friendly and clearly passionate about the work, and owns/is involved in several local businesses in Seattle. I was able to do a couple of substitutions/changes in the sweet greens smoothie and it tasted awesome! So wholesome and fresh, and felt amazing afterwards. I really appreciate the sourcing/organic ingredients too, and love that this is a labor of love shop and not a franchise or chain the pre-presses/pre-makes the smoothies. Absolutely Disgusting - Never Again This was hands down the worst smoothie shop I've ever been to. The staff was beyond rude, acting like I was bothering them just by ordering. The wait time was ridiculous, and when I finally got my smoothie, it was a watery, flavorless mess that tasted like it had been sitting out all day. On top of that, the place was filthy--sticky counters, trash overflowing, and an overall gross vibe. I took one sip and threw it straight in the trash. This past week has been beautiful but HOT!!! Im so grateful for Juisala as this team has helped me stay hydrated throughout the last weeks of my pregnancy. My husband really enjoys the strawberry, and I like the mango. The watermelon juice has fresh chunks of watermelon in it, yielding even more hydration I need. One bottle can easily last you about two days depending on how thirsty/hungry you are. The customer service is really pleasant, and the team makes every juice smoothie per order. Small juice/smoothie shop that, if you blink, you may miss it. The smoothie itself was delicious. I saw a couple of people with açaí bowls that were very big. They serve their products in reusable mason jars. If you return for another and bring the jar you get 25 cents off...not too significant in my opinion. At least make the discount worth it. My biggest complaint, while the taste was great, was the price. Yes, they use all organic products from local vendors which is great and most likely jacks the prices up significantly. But I just can't justify spending $15 bucks between the product/tax/tip for a 12oz smoothie. Just seems silly to keep going back for that reason alone. Maybe the açaí bowls are more worth the price. read more

This is a hidden gem!! I am constantly searching for Fresh! Organic! Quality! places to consume food and I must say, it is much harder than you would expect. I haven't eaten meat in roughly 3 yrs and Juisala has been a saving grace on my way to maintaining a meat free diet. It seems like they put the fast food and places like it, everywhere, as where you must travel long distances to attain healthier alternatives. Not only will I travel to this wonderful place but it also is a SOLO operation ran by an angel to the community. So when I do take the time to head over, I'm sure to bring my patience.
