A bit pricey but the food is delicious, the service is excellent and the view of the intercoastal waterway is relaxing. We did not expect to have to pay for parking in their lot (bummer)... I always feel like I am getting ripped off when I self park in a hotel's parking lot to eat in their restaurant and have to pay. SURPRISE!!! I would be giving this restaurant 5 stars for the food but took off a star for having to pay to park the car on their property to eat there.

I came for lunch and dinner, so this review will be a hybrid of the 2 experiences. The drinks are good. My favorite was a frozen drink called the Seareel Sangria. It was so refreshing and delicious. They had a great wine selection, and I liked all the wine I ordered. The food is not special. The fish tacos are just okay. The steak and fries were really good. Compared to the other restaurant in the hotel, the service was disappointing. The waitress barely checked in, and the overall safe was always missing. The flies are insane. When you get your food, they swarm the table, and it is so gross. The decor is kind of cute in an Old Navy beach commercial kind of way.

Unbelievable ambiance and food. The servers were so kind and answered all of our questions. The food was flavorful and the menu had tons of options. Highlights were the seafood dip and the smashed turkey burger and the DESSERT! Will definitely be back to try the drinks next time.

Great location, service, and food. We went here on a Friday evening and sat near the water. It's fun to watch the boats pass and bridge lift. We ordered two drinks that had a great blend. We had the spicy chicken sandwich, salad, fries, and sweet potato fries. The food was hot and flavorful. Our server was sweet and attentive. We will return.

1/14/2025- waitress was professional and patient with us. We had a couple of drinks and the hummus to start with. My only problem is the nan bread was all the bottom of it was already in the hummus ,so if you didn't want the hummus, it was already on the bread. We then shared the Asian cabbage salad, and the chef was kind enough to split it for us, but from the last time we had it, there was a lot more roughage/lettuce since just strictly cabbage from a bag. The peanut dressing was very nice. Again, I'm sorry the service was really very good

Stopped in at Sea Spray on a Saturday afternoon with some friends. We took the boat and parked at the dock - the dock hands were very friendly and helpful. It was a bit of a rainy afternoon so the outside patio wasn't busy at all when we arrived. Once the rain stopped (when we were leaving) it did get busier. They have a nice pool area which I assume is open to any guests dining at the restaurant but I'm not sure. Our server was fantastic! The food options were your average bar food. I expected more for the area and for the location to be honest. We all got the special for the day - the BLT with chicken. Very average and nothing to write home about. The truffle parm fries were the best part honestly. They did charge us a corkage fee since we brought our own champagne; normal and expected. Overall this was just an ok spot to stop for lunch if you're on the water. 6/10 recommend.

Cute place. Menu is a little on the pricey side. $26 for Mahi tacos. We opted to ordering pizza from the pop up pizza on site. It was really delicious. Pool is nice. View is pretty Just wish they would get the bridge power washed or paint a mural on it. Just kinda an eye sore when u are in the pool to see a dirty, gross looking bridge. Serve was slow. Other than that. It's a nice spot to grab a slice and take a dip.

Pretty slow service but decent food and great views. I've been here several times when meeting friends who are staying at the hotel. It doesn't ever seem as though they have enough servers, as they're usually filling the roles of bartenders and food runners, as well. Despite the slow service, the food is pretty good and the views are great. If I wasn't staying here, I'd come for drinks at the bar rather than a full meal.

Made reservations online. Got there and it turns out you don't need reservations, they don't hold any tables, you just find what's available. We were never greeted by anybody. The woman at the bar who turned out to be our waitress could not be bothered to even look my way when I kept saying excuse me trying to get her attention. We found a table, it was an awful day to come very windy and kind of cool on this Monday. Then it took 7 minutes for someone to come and say hello and ask what we wanted to drink and give menus. I received my cocktail about 20 minutes later but my daughter who ordered a cocktail with blue curaçao did not receive hers, the waitress told her they were out of that ingredient. That would have been nice to know during that 20 minutes. My daughter ordered something else and it took another 15 minutes to receive it. Completely Unacceptable! Thankfully the truffle fries came out fast. Shockingly, our food was not bad. The Keylime pie was not bad either. Cocktails were OK but they all look the same and had the same color. I think for the prices, you need to do better with service and comfort. It's funny my coworker told me to stay far away from this place and I should've listened. The service is terrible! And this is the reason I will not go back to spend another $200 on lunch. I was completely disappointed. When will restaurants learn that bad service will ruin the entire experience?!

Located at the Waterstone Resort & Marina Boca Raton is the Sea Spray Inlet Grill which is right on and overlooking the waters of Boca Inlet. It's a good-sized space with seating for about 100. And though right next to the bascule bridge of A1A, not a bother. You get very little road noise and the bridge going up warning is actually more charming than annoying. The wall murals of Florida plants and wilds are a most colorful décor, especially as a backdrop to the bar. I started with their Caesar which came with a good fresh crispy romaine and a creamy dressing. For my entrée, I had their Chicken Milanese which was perfectly, deliciously breaded, and delightfully enhanced with a balsamic glaze; totally delicious and totally tender. I only needed my fork to cut it.

Ambience was a little off and service was super slow specially for not being busy. Food was good and drinks too .

Although it has a beautiful menu of wines and spirits, we stuck to their filtered water, and asked KC for any recommendations for lunch. He was very engaging, a wonderful communicator, and we made our selections which started with the bacon wrapped dates (YUM). Prior to my order, I mentioned a dietary restriction and KC promptly went to the kitchen to make an inquiry. I ordered the trout with lentil ragout, and my husband ordered a margarita pizza. The atmosphere was very peaceful, with unintrusive music, and we really did enjoy getting to know KC as he made sure that we were satisfied with every plate. This restaurant is upscale, yet with value pricing. Altogether, my husband and I encourage you to enjoy a lovely meal, and make sure to ask for KC! You won't be disappointed!

Also loved the atmosphere once again, it's just a very nice, open place to enjoy a meal and have a drink. We got a bunch of appetizers to start. The house made Ricotta with cracked pepper and olive oil was very delicious. I also loved the crispy zucchini slices, which were topped with peppadew peppers and a chili vinaigrette. Outstanding stuff. The seared ahi tuna was next level. The fish was fresh and beautifully seated and the mix of cucumber, aji amarillo, pineapple, cilantro and wasabi cream was sensational. One of the best dishes they make at Sixty Vines. The absolute best of the bunch was the truffle fries! They were amazing. They are basically crispy layered potatoes, almost like stacks of filo dough, fried and topped with pecorino, chives and lemon truffle cream. They were so good we ordered a second one! Considering how wonderful everything was to this point, we were expecting nothing but great things for the next course. However they completely dropped the ball and basically ruined our meal with lackluster entrees. Our party ordered the steak fries with chimichurri sauce, the double cabrenet burger, and several filet mignons. The amount of time it took to get the food was unreasonable. Once the appetizers were finished we had to wait somewhere around 20 to 25 minutes to get our mains, and the place was not that busy. I assume that the waitress just forgot or was busy with something else. As for the food, the quality of the steaks was not good all around. Everybody who got the filet mignon commented that the texture was chalky and weird. They were also all overcooked. And oddly, they decided to slice the steak before serving it, so it was very dry. Why would you pre slice a steak, all that's going to do is let the juices seep out and make the temperature drop. I honestly don't get it. The steak that came with the steak fries, I think it was a skirt steak, was also not the best cut. It was super fatty and a little chewy. The fries were good though but the meat was terrible. Finally the burger was completely overdone despite the person ordering it medium rare. Overall, not the best ending to a meal that started with such amazing dishes. Really striking contrast. And actually it made me think that I probably will not go back to Sixty Vines anytime soon. For a $350 meal they have to be doing a lot better. Dried out, overcooked steaks and burgers isn't going to cut it.
