Chloe's Bistro is one heck of a find -- a true locally hidden gem! We needed a place to celebrate Christmas Eve and made a last-minute reservation. When we saw the availability, we were skeptical... thinking, how good could it be if we can still get in on Christmas Eve? Turns out, the joke was on us because we accidentally discovered an Italian hot spot that absolutely delivered. We arrived expecting French (we assumed "Bistro" = French), but after doing zero research and just searching for close + available, we were pleasantly surprised to find ourselves in a quaint, cozy Italian restaurant instead. And honestly? Best plot twist of the holiday. Let's start with the entrance -- so charming, cute, and perfectly inviting. Inside, we were greeted by a wonderful hostess who quickly found our reservation and even offered us our choice of seating. We snagged an outside table right by the lake, with the water practically sparkling beside us. The Florida Christmas Eve weather was perfect for outdoor dining and we were thrilled to be seated somewhere so peaceful yet vibey. We kicked off with wine and imported Peroni beer. Then came the fried calamari. Holy crunchiness! The calamari was fresh, crispy, and simply delightful -- perfectly seasoned, beautifully fried, and an immediate 10/10 start. Next, I asked our server for her favorite dish and went with the Linguini Seafood Dinner in white wine sauce. Since I'm allergic to red sauce, they kindly offered an alternative without hesitation -- and I was so grateful for the accommodation. The seafood was fresh and plentiful, the sauce light but flavorful, and the plate absolutely loaded. They did NOT skimp. My husband ordered the sautéed snapper, which also came with shrimp, clams, pasta, and a pink sauce. This dish was light, fresh, perfectly cooked, and somehow both filling and clean-tasting. Another win. And just when we thought we couldn't be happier... dessert arrived. I will say this boldly: I would return just for the tiramisu and affogato. The affogato, served over vanilla gelato, was heavenly. The tiramisu? Perfectly layered and easily one of the best I've ever had. I don't know how they did it, but they did it. Simply amazing. So why 4 stars instead of 5? A couple small hiccups: The outdoor lights attracted quite a few gnats (hey, it's Florida in humidity), but it was noticeable enough to mention. I'd recommend the restaurant consider a light repellent or table buzzer solution. Also, there was a bit of confusion in service flow -- at one point we had 3 different servers, and our gelato arrived without the espresso for the affogato. It took a moment, but it did eventually come together. But please -- don't let that deter you. The food is incredible, the atmosphere lovely, and the servers were clearly trying their very best to be everywhere at once. With just a little more experience and organization, this 4-star spot could easily become a 5. We will absolutely be back -- appetites ready, smiles on, and dessert expectations high. Bravo, Chloe's Bistro. What a Christmas Eve gift.

I met a friend here for lunch, we sat outside on the patio that looks out onto a lake. It was our first time here definitely not the last time. What we decided to do was a few appetizers and a salad and so happy we did. We did the Hearts of Palm, Mussels in White Wine and Garlic ( you definitely want bread ), Tuna Tartare and the Chloe's salad it comes with balsamic vinaigrette, I asked to try the blood orange dressing. Everything was really delicious and well plated. Vivian did an excellent job as our server.

Had the potential to be really great but during a busy holiday brunch time, this small restaurant and staff couldn't keep up with the rush. Our party of 5 came in for a noon reservation on Mother's Day and was not seated till 1 PM. The table had been empty for 10 minutes prior with no one to come back to us and take us to the table. The hostess/server/bartender was trying her best but clearly overwhelmed. After we finally sat, it was another 10 minutes we got menus. Luckily we had an idea what we were getting already so we were able to place an order immediately. Most of the good came out relatively quickly but the fried calamari could've used a bit more frying as it was a bit on the undercooked side. The hearts of palm salad was very good and refreshing. The steamed clams were delicious and very big. My rigatoni alla matriciana was very tasty. Lots of pancetta and came out hot. My mom's Branzino came out nicely pan fried and the buttery caper sauce had good flavor. The seafood linguine took a super long time to come out and was a little bland. We were all done with our dishes before my MIL even started. Overall not bad just don't plan on coming in at peak time on a holiday and expect them to be at their best.

Hosted our annual Halloween event at Chloe's Bistro. Had an amazing experience from start to finish. Lakefront outdoor seating brings all the vibes!! The food is absolutely delicious, chicken parm, clams and risotto were our favorites. Cocktail menu offered a variety to choose from. Vivian, Hunter and staff were helpful and happy to accommodate us in making our gothic tablescape a hit. This Italian bistro complete with waterfront views and warm ambient lighting is where it's at.

Vivian was our server and she was SPOT ON with wine and appetizer recommendations. She was super sweet with our children and made it a very memorable experience. Had the branzino picatta and for a dish super common in Boca, this was the BEST I have had. They absolutely nailed it. My daughter's devoured the clams and penne vodka. Prices are great and the selection spectacular. And it's on the water! MUST GO! Vivian manages and she named the restaurant after her daughter. Support local business!

I think there might have only been one person there doing everything from seating to taking orders to cooking. We waited a really long time, and when we did see the young woman, for the most part she made no eye contact. The location is nice, on the water. Our food (chicken caprese sandwich and hearts of palm salad) was fine, but not fabulous.

    Yes.

I want to try this place as it is getting really good reviews. However, the prices seem very high. $21 for a plain plate of spaghetti bolognese seems very expensive. Any feedback on whether the place is good enough to justify the prices?

Not to be sarcastic but if you are looking for a really cheap meal this is not the place. Running a restaurant is very expensive. Food cost rents help etc. that one dish might seem expensive but then I wouldn't eat that in this place. The fish is… Read more

Although it has a beautiful menu of wines and spirits, we stuck to their filtered water, and asked KC for any recommendations for lunch. He was very engaging, a wonderful communicator, and we made our selections which started with the bacon wrapped dates (YUM). Prior to my order, I mentioned a dietary restriction and KC promptly went to the kitchen to make an inquiry. I ordered the trout with lentil ragout, and my husband ordered a margarita pizza. The atmosphere was very peaceful, with unintrusive music, and we really did enjoy getting to know KC as he made sure that we were satisfied with every plate. This restaurant is upscale, yet with value pricing. Altogether, my husband and I encourage you to enjoy a lovely meal, and make sure to ask for KC! You won't be disappointed!

Also loved the atmosphere once again, it's just a very nice, open place to enjoy a meal and have a drink. We got a bunch of appetizers to start. The house made Ricotta with cracked pepper and olive oil was very delicious. I also loved the crispy zucchini slices, which were topped with peppadew peppers and a chili vinaigrette. Outstanding stuff. The seared ahi tuna was next level. The fish was fresh and beautifully seated and the mix of cucumber, aji amarillo, pineapple, cilantro and wasabi cream was sensational. One of the best dishes they make at Sixty Vines. The absolute best of the bunch was the truffle fries! They were amazing. They are basically crispy layered potatoes, almost like stacks of filo dough, fried and topped with pecorino, chives and lemon truffle cream. They were so good we ordered a second one! Considering how wonderful everything was to this point, we were expecting nothing but great things for the next course. However they completely dropped the ball and basically ruined our meal with lackluster entrees. Our party ordered the steak fries with chimichurri sauce, the double cabrenet burger, and several filet mignons. The amount of time it took to get the food was unreasonable. Once the appetizers were finished we had to wait somewhere around 20 to 25 minutes to get our mains, and the place was not that busy. I assume that the waitress just forgot or was busy with something else. As for the food, the quality of the steaks was not good all around. Everybody who got the filet mignon commented that the texture was chalky and weird. They were also all overcooked. And oddly, they decided to slice the steak before serving it, so it was very dry. Why would you pre slice a steak, all that's going to do is let the juices seep out and make the temperature drop. I honestly don't get it. The steak that came with the steak fries, I think it was a skirt steak, was also not the best cut. It was super fatty and a little chewy. The fries were good though but the meat was terrible. Finally the burger was completely overdone despite the person ordering it medium rare. Overall, not the best ending to a meal that started with such amazing dishes. Really striking contrast. And actually it made me think that I probably will not go back to Sixty Vines anytime soon. For a $350 meal they have to be doing a lot better. Dried out, overcooked steaks and burgers isn't going to cut it.

When a diner is finished and puts their silverware in the 5:00 position on their plate, the waitress should know to take the plate and the silverware. This waitress (red hair, unfriendly) kept on handling everyone's forks and knives and moving them onto the tablecloths thus making the tables soiled. How appetizing. Disgusting. They served the group salad but forgot two and we had to chase them down to get our salads. The staff checks on nothing. I specifically had to ask 3 times for fresh silverware. They finally walked around with a bucket of silverware that looks like it came out of the dishwasher to give new silverware. No class. As I was still full from lunch, I asked for some of my meal to go. A big favor to get a to-go container. And of course she couldn't be bothered doing it but slapped it down on the table for me to do and gave me no bag. The best part? They have a several thousand dollar dinner with this large group and the waitress doesn't bill one of my co-workers at another table for her glass of wine, who had already left. And this waitress gave her the dinner to go so she knew she was leaving and still didn't bill her for the wine. The waitress messed up. No surprise. So she had the drug representative come outside while I am about to get in my car to ask me to pay for someone else's wine!!!! A first! 25$ for a glass of chardonnay (not a large pour) that I come to find out was actually 19$, but the waitress decided to add on a $6 tip for herself! Otherwise she 'couldn't close out.' How about, you mess up then you eat it! So I am chased to my car for another person's drink at another table just because I happen to know her. Wowza! The waitress didn't even say thank you. I can't make this up. It was so tacky and distasteful. Ruined the evening. Oh called the manager on duty, she couldn't have cared less. Too many other places to eat to put up with this!

We felt there was too much aioli and wished they had added another ball or something else to the starter to make it feel more complete. For the entrée, we got the Filet Mignon. That was really good. Both of our steaks were cooked to perfection, and the mashed potatoes were really good too. The red wine sauce was delicious and complemented the steak nicely. We could have eaten a bigger portion, but nevertheless, it was great. Lastly, for dessert, we got the Lava Cake and the Raspberry Lemon Cheesecake. When ordering the Lava Cake, we were disappointed to see that the ice cream was already really melted by the time it got to us. It gave us the impression that it had been sitting there for a while. The Lava Cake itself was really good -- the dulce de leche really brought everything together. The cheesecake was also really good. It was the perfect amount of sweetness for a cheesecake, and the raspberry topping was great. Overall, the experience was nice, but do I see myself coming back here anytime soon? Unlikely.

Started with an Aperol Spritz - a nice light Sunday afternoon drink Piccante Pizza - alway my favorite - Hot cherry peppers, mozzarella, pepperoni, and soppressata. Crisp crust with a nice bite to it. A little spicy and oh so good. Insalata Di Pomodoro - I'm not quite sure I'd call it a salad. Its cucumber. tomato, kalamata olives, onion, with a light pesto vinaigrette. I didn't see any olives, but I think my husband got to them before me. It was a nice lunch and a very nice surprise. Happy Hour 7 days a week from 3-6 at the tables and until 7 at the bar. 1/2 price drinks and discounted food.

Nothing that would stop us from enjoying ourselves. The 50% off wine bottles was a big win -- we had a bottle of Sancerre that was excellent and made the night feel like a great value. My girlfriend ordered the chopped salad; it was fresh and good, though a little on the bland side flavor-wise. The margherita pizza is always a 10/10 -- consistent, simple, and done right. I had the chicken francese with sautéed spinach instead of pasta. It was good, but I wish the sauce had been reduced a bit more for deeper flavor and a touch more salt. Overall, nice atmosphere, good wine deals (Wine Wednesday + happy hour), and a place we'd definitely come back to. Solid spot in West Boca.

Our server Chelsea was so professional and confident when she greeted and explained the experience. I had a tomahawk bone in ribeye WOW!! Just look at the pick. All the sides, onion rings, hash browns with onions, and a perfect ceaser salad. Just Amazing, customer for life.

We started with a few drinks at the bar, where Yardin was the absolute sweetest. She took such great care of my parents before we even arrived, which meant so much. And the exceptional service didn't stop there -- they truly rolled out the red carpet for us. Stanley made sure I felt incredibly special for my birthday, and the team helped us select the perfect bottle of red wine to pair with dinner. The food was absolutely amazing. What makes the steaks here so special are the high broilers they use, creating that perfect crust while seasoning them simply and perfectly with salt, pepper, and butter. My boyfriend's go-to appetizer is the baked shrimp, while I opted for something lighter with the beef carpaccio. For entrées, I ordered the bone-in filet, and we also shared the veal, a 16oz NY strip, and the ribeye -- all cooked to perfection. I couldn't skip my favorite béarnaise sauce. For sides, we went all out: creamed spinach, fettuccine Alfredo, cheesy mashed potatoes, onion rings, potatoes Lyonnaise, and charred Brussels sprouts. Every single one was delicious. The grand finale was their butter cake, which is absolutely my favorite and the perfect way to end the night. What a truly wonderful birthday experience!
